The best part was this evening when Dr Summers called us personally to check on him and explain what to expect on Day 2/3 (with a new appliance). I am not kidding when I say, this is probably the best practice Ive been to- ever. These people, all of them, were incredible. Every single person was so kind, so thoughtful, so thorough, so knowledgeable. The technology is high, the doctors and support staff as so professional. The facility is immaculate and so new. I loved every single thing of this visit.

This was my initial consultation. I had braces as a child, but as I became older and had to have crowns, my teeth started moving. I was warmly greeted by Mrs Summers and offered coffee or tea. The building is unbelievably comfortable. Large waiting areas, spotlessly clean! Thru the entire process everyone was patient and ensured I understood everything that was being said and done. Dr Summers was warm and friendly. Explaining the type of braces he recommended and why. The technology was amazing. I was ready for the gooey material to make my mouth mold. Nope, they have an awesome tool that is guided around your teeth and a computer generated mold is made on screen. Amazing to watch. The decor is relaxing and rustic style. Very comfortable. The smell is not a typical office…it’s popcorn. When a patient has their braces removed, Dr Summers gives them popcorn. Something you can’t eat while wearing braces. We’ve been seeing summers for about year now. We never have long waits. Getting a convenient appointment times has never been a issue and we’ve unfortunately had to use the emergency line for a weekend visit but brandon was excellent and accommodating. Andrea at the front is always so friendly and welcoming! You can tell she loves what she does and enjoys being there, but really the whole staff is equally as amazing. Summers is excellent at explaining what they’re doing each visit and why they’re doing it. I’m definitely happy with our desision on choosing SO.

We chose Summers Orthodontics when we were living in the Taylors area for my husbands brother who is on the spectrum. I have to admit I was dreading the drive when we moved about an hour away, but it was totally worth it. Everyone is so amazing with him and patient with him. They always tried to cater to his needs. Wearing bands was very difficult for him and they always fit us in for extra appointments no questions asked. Ive sent several friends and family to Summers and will continue to recommend this group. Not to mention how much Im going to miss the beautiful new office and coffee station.

His office recently began a home monitoring system allowing me to send in weekly scans to reduce in office visits, which is so amazing as I work a full time job that is very difficult to take time off from. Our youngest daughter recently started her orthodontic treatment at Summers. From the initial consultation to the payment setup process to the braces application and beyond, we have been extremely pleased with our experience. Every single person we encountered in the office was pleasant and friendly and especially kind to my 7 year old. We have never felt rushed or as if we are just another customer. Dr. Summers takes ample time to answer questions and really explain everything to my daughter and myself. The technician that did the prep work prior to braces being applied was so kind and really connected with my daughter to make her feel more comfortable. The treatment areas feel private versus the very open atmosphere of other offices. They even sent us home with a fun bag of goodies, including some soft foods to get her through the first couple days! And Dr. Summers personally called us the next day to make sure our daughter was adjusting well to life with braces. Thats incredible.We recently completed treatment at a different orthodontist office for my oldest daughter and our experience at Summers is overwhelmingly better. We have more treatments to go with our kids and I am thrilled we found a great provider with a customer-focused philosophy that the entire practice embraces. This is a very large office every dental chair is spread out more that six feet with large walls between. I saw staff sanitizing constantly, I felt very safe sending my daughter here for braces. Dr. Summers staff seems to have it all together, organized! They truly are in their on league! One last thing...... They have male and female dental assistants. Our experience at Dr. Summer’s office has always been a positive one. My daughter got braces about 18 months ago. I thought I would be dealing with whining about the pain. I gave her something for pain the first day she got her braces (in 7th grade) and she hasn’t complained since. She loves going to see Dr. Summers. They send me many reminders for my upcoming appointments, which I find very helpful.Our visits to Summer Orthodontics are actually very fun: the front desk lady Andrea is the sweetest lady in the world; the office has an arcade that both of my kids enjoy very much, if we ever need to wait for the appointments; the office runs a couple of contest during the year which makes our visits more fun, the kids may have popsicles after the visits and get pencils and chopsticks for free.

The entire experience was professional, personal and very complete. All the staff as well as Dr. Sumners were kind and genuine. I give them 10 stars!!!!
