All of the Ladies at The green ridge location are awesome. Going to the dentist is my favorite holiday if that was to be considered a holiday! They are extremely nice, knowledgable and caring. They know what they are doing and make it so inviting everytime that I come in. I am a hooked patient, even if my insurance wasn’t covered I would still be going to them they are that good. This is the best dentist ever. So very patient. The experience was so easy and pleasant. We have a couple children that are timid and have never let anyone look in their mouths. Well today it was no problem and we accomplished everything that we came for and set for any other needs. They care about caring for your family. No complaints at all.

I have struggled the past few years with my teeth after having kids and insurance changes. This is the first time I have had a dentist that is concerned about my teeth and health. So much so that a clear plan was laid out and I was able to afford the out of pocket costs that my insurance didnt cover. Everyone here has been so kind to me and even fixed concerns I had while working on another issue. And they told me it is their pleasure. I will never go to another dentist! I had cracked a back tooth. The Greenridge office worked me in. They thoroughly explained my options and the treatment going forward. They were exceptionally nice and professional. Dr. Studor was very cautious with the pain and spent as much time as needed to make sure I was comfortable as did her assistant. I didn’t catch her name but she was very sweet and considerate of my questions and comfort. Overall an. excellent experience and I will definitely be using them in the future. Amazing care! I have a long history of being terrified of the dentist, but Dr.Stuber and her stellar staff make me feel relaxed, and cared for. They are amazing people, truly skilled in both dental work and bedside manner. Office is always pristine, and everyone here is kind and gentle. 10 out of 10, will come again.

Ive had a deep cleaning done, two adult teeth removed, and 4 or 5 fillings done. Ive been to a lot of different dentists and yall have been the best. Youre always as gentle as possible and kind. You always make sure that Im comfortable and never in any pain. I am really thankful for how personable, caring, and considerate everyone is there.

I went today for a routine cleaning & X-rays to figure out future planning for my teeth. This was by far the best cleaning experience I’ve ever had. Most places I have gone to grab my gums & try to rip them out & cause a lot of gum pain & bleeding & then try to blame it on my oral care, but not today not once we’re my gums gabbed by the pick & there was zero bleeding or pain. They were also very thorough with the next steps for my teeth. I’m VERY pleased with this place & will recommended to anyone!

Great experience. They are always quick, but I never feel like they are rushing. I have sensitive teeth and I never have any pain while having dental work done there. Super nice and helpful staff!

I have no complaints against the Dentist and most of the staff, but they refused to allow me to purchase their Apple Smiles Insurance on the basis that Im retired and on Medicare. Their position is I have to pay full price for any and all services. Most recently I went for tooth pain and after xrays, I reviewed with the dentist, who told me the xrays were inconclusive and they referred me to a Endodontist who has better, more conclusive equipment. Oh but they still charged me $135 !! Outrageous experience, they should be ashamed to discriminate towards people on Medicare.

The ladies that I dealt with here were top notch people. SUPER friendly staff. I felt comfortable with the dentist and I usually hate it.

Everyone there has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I had to take my baby with me today and they helped entertain him while I had my xrays done.

I absolutely love this clinic! The positive attitudes are everywhere as soon as you walk through the door! My daughter was so scared to get dental work done, and the immediate response was to come in and support her and set up a fear free way to accomplish her needs. I was and continue to be so impressed by the patients of the staff and by the positive reinforcement by the entire office after each visit. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

This is a good practice. Im new to the area and found them on Google. Staff was attentive to my needs and pointed out a couple of things that my previous provider has missed. Overall i was happy with the experience.

I am from out of town and needed some dental work. Upon arrival, I was greeted at the door by Brittany. Kesha was at the front desk. All were very accommodating and friendly. Brittany was efficient and gentle with her xray of the problem tooth. Additional pictures were taken with some type of high tech camera. Dr Studer also very friendly and was prompt and efficient with her diagnosis. I was surprised and very pleased that they removed an old filling and put in a new one....all in less than 45 minutes. Dr Studer was very particular with the end result, which ended in perfection. Dr Studer and her assistant Brittany were very comforting and informed me of everything that they were doing every step of the way. They had a sweet tone to their voice which kept me relaxed the entire time, in fact, it was basically painless. The equipment was very high tech in comparison to any of my previous experiences. Besides the amazing experience from door entry to exit, I was very comforted by Brittany taking my temperature at the door and having hand sanitizer available at the door also seeing all the girls with masks on. Over 5 stars for sure. The service was stellar in comparison to and dental care that I have had in the past.

Wonderful place! Like seeing old friends every time I go. Had an issue with a filling that had to be done and redone several times by my dentist in Charlotte but still had pain regardless! Dr. Studer fixed my filling and now... no pain! I can chew on the right side of my mouth again. Thank you!

As a new patient here, I found the entire staff to be incredibly welcoming and warm. My hygienist, Tricia, was very thorough and explained the pricing and benefits of every procedure used. I signed up for their membership program (great for people who do not have dental coverage) to save money on my next cleaning and some extra work I need done. I feel very confident about my teeth after my visit and will continue going! 10/10

Dr. Studer and the ladies are fantastic. They make you feel safe and comfortable in a non judgmental environment. My first visit was an emergency situation due to years without dental care. They fixed that problem and gave me a treatment plan that was financially feasible. They took scary and embarrassment out of dental visit. Id recommend them to anyone.

We have really enjoyed Family Dental. Looking for a new dentist, after moving, is never easy. The staff is super friendly and highly experienced. Dr. Studer is helpful by showing and explaining what is happening to your teeth. For the proposed treatment, I was given a document showing the estimated cost so there was no surprise when I returned.

I have very high dental anxiety and the office is all really understanding and sweet about it! They work with me so much to make the environment calm and provide some anti anxiety prescriptions to help with more invasive procedures. Highly recommend!!

I have been a patient here for about a year, but have known my hygienist (Catherine) dating back to a prior practice she worked at. She is wonderful! Catherine always walks me through what I need to do, what she thinks is best for me to use, and does a thorough job of making sure my teeth stay healthy. And Dr. Studer is a pleasure as well, and is also very good at making sure nothing slips by - and nothing ever does. Both are great people to have take care of my teeth, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist/hygienist!

I have now had several services provided by this office in the past 2 months. Bleaching trays, cleaning, xrays and today I had fillings done. Each time I’ve visited the office for my appointments I’m always greeted with smiles from a friendly staff and little to no wait whatsoever. They make me feel at ease and very comfortable. Dr. Studer is a phenomenal dentist who treats you like a friend rather than just a patient. I had four fillings done this morning and was out in a little over an hour. The rest of the staff here...Brittany, who assisted in the fillings and also did my bleaching trays, Tricia who did my cleaning and xrays all go above and beyond and are some of the nicest people you’ll meet! The entire staff that I’ve dealt with has been so great. Going to the dentist has never been more comfortable for me and that’s saying a lot. My teeth are whiter and healthier thanks to them. Looking forward to getting the rest of the family in, in the future.

I always get super anxious when it comes to the dentist. Thankfully, the professionalism of the team here really put my anxiety at ease. It was an overall great experience from the second I walked in, to when I left! Being greeted by Allisons warm smile made me instantly realize I chose the right office. The cleaning Catherine gave me left my teeth shining and feeling great! That paired with Dr Lochtefelds excellent work, gave me confidence in my smile, which is something money cant buy! ALL SMILES, Professionalism from the start, the office was immaculate and the entire staff was AMAZING! We walked right in with no waiting, my daughter was able to hop right in the chair. My daughter, whos five was a little anxious at the start of her appointment- thanks to her former dentist office. However, Kesha, Trisha and Dr. Studer were able to calm her down right away to accomplish her dental needs. They explained EVERYthing in full detail and made her feel so comfortable and at ease. By the end of my daughters appointment, she said herself that shed be back:) And as a parent, that did my heart well! Needless to say, weve found our new dental home! I would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone.

Was the first time ever going in to this office and I am glad I chose this one. It is very welcoming when you first walk in, front desk workers were very sweet and helpful. I hardly had to wait at all in the waiting room before getting called back. During my exam, X-rays, and cleaning I was asked a few times if I was comfortable and if there was something hurting in my mouth while they were cleaning they were able to switch to another method that was far less annoying. Sun glasses were also offered to me so that I wasnt blinded by the bright light on my face. They didnt constantly ask me questions while they were cleaning my teeth which I liked! They would wait until they knew I could respond for the most part. I would highly recommend this office and I am planning to go back in the future.
