I have found the best dentist and office staff in South Carolina. Absolutely the best from entrance to exit. I have to say this dentist and staff made me feel relaxed and at home the entire visit.

They are the best! Took my 2.5 year old son with me to get my teeth cleaned. They cleaned his teeth too! To help him feel comfortable before they started he got to hold “Mr. Thirsty” while I got my teeth cleaned. He then got to watch them clean his teeth. Once he was done they even cleaned his doll’s tooth! Very loving, kind & patient with my crazy toddler.

First Class Experience!!! Excellent business and nothing but caring people here to serve all of your dental requirements. Priority one was to make me comfortable and attend to my needs. After years of traumatic experiences with dentists I was forced to find a place to fix a tooth just a couple weeks before my wedding. Dr Thomas’ office treated me with patience and kindness and had my tooth fixed perfectly for my special day. With their caring staff I’ve been able to overcome my extreme fears and today I even look forward to our cleaning appointments.

I had my teeth cleaning yesterday by Lisa. I have a sore tooth and Lisa was very gentle and thorough. I had very little discomfort although I was expecting major discomfort because of my soreness. I have another appointment on Monday about that tooth.

I did have to wait 20 min for the doctor to see me after the cleaning and he never came. I think he was dealing with something. It would have been nice to just leave after my cleaning.That was a first and not the norm.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Thomas for what, ten years or more. And I recently had a cavity filled and I believe Dr. Thomas is a better dentist today than he was on my first appointment. Hes constantly learning, keeping up with the latest techniques and knows his patients very well. He really knows his stuff and is expedient and very sanitary. He has an amazing staff and theyre always punctual and professional. Highly Recommend.

This team is awesome! Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. If I had questions whether about billing, cost, or the care/what to expect, my questions were answered. From start to finish the process was smooth. My appointment time was 10:00am and shortly after checking in I was called back for my routine checkup and cleaning. There was no waiting in the lobby for an extended period of time. Great staff that I will be returning to for my next checkup and any future work needed.

I love Dr. Thomas office. Ive been seeing the same hygienist for years now. She is fantastic and thorough. Their operations is very streamlined. They always get you in and out on time. They keep to a tight schedule. You can tell that Dr. Thomas has military experience. He is also of high integrity. My wife and I have been told by other dentists that we have cavities when in fact we dont. Both of us take our oral hygiene very seriously. We floss, brush and use mouthwash regularly. After a fraudulent dentist told us that we had cavities, we searched for a second opinion and found Dr. Thomas, and he set the record straight that neither of us had cavities. The other dentist just wanted to get paid to drill in our mouths.

I went here for the first time today, and my experience was great! Cindy was soooooo sweet and helpful, and all of the dental hygienists are super sweet as well! Great cleaning and care.

Friendly, professional staff that does excellent work. Also, you will rarely sit in the waiting room long enough to warm up a chair!

I have a fairly long treatment ahead, but so far my experience with this office has been nothing but awesome. Super friendly group of people, really care about their patients. I went in for a cleaning and they made sure to check all over for any cavities. They found two and were upfront about how much work would be involved in fixing them. I had one done and was so pain free during the experience I almost fell asleep. One of the few dentist offices that lets you wait until the numbing medicine actually numbs! Beautiful office, very clean, always good on scheduling you right. I literally could not be any more pleased. They answer ALL questions and are SO patient. Worth every dollar.

We are new to the area and I happened upon Julian Thomas dentistry. I went along with my two young girls (5 and 7yo) and they both had a great time. Julian Thomas and his staff of professionals are wonderful. I love my appointments in the summer time because they often have fresh vegetables from the garden at check-out. Good check-up? Have a squash! (Of course a box of Godiva chocolate is a good giveaway too!) Did I win the Valentines packet? I think were cooking dinner for Julian and Kim this Valentines arent we? :)

Ive never heard of anyone enjoying a dental appointment, but I am going to say that I completely enjoyed my appointment. I got a confirmation email and a reminder text prior to the appointment. The office is gorgeous outside and inside. Everyone was happy and smiling. The furniture was comfortable and nothing smelled yucky. I enjoyed HGTV in the room, music playing in the background and birds eating outside of the window. The office was clean, organized and well designed. I was impressed by the x-ray technology and the improved impression making process. Julie was wonderful and made me realize that Coke and candy constantly on my desk at work is probably the reason I have to get crowns and fillings. I left with a gift bag with the cutest lip balm, a free toothbrush and other goodies to try. Kim is wonderful and I really appreciate all the time she spent with me to make me feel comfortable. I left with smooth teeth and appointments to come back soon. I have been to the same dentist for most of my life with a faded sign, office decorated with yellowing newspaper clippings of the high school football events, and junk rooms without doors. They charge me $1 for my toothbrush and apparently have left cement on my teeth through Dec/June/Dec cleanings ever since my braces were removed in October 2012. I just cant thank you enough for taking such good care of me and making me feel as if I had spent the day at the spa. Im excited about whitening my teeth and coming back for crowns and fillings next month. Your website is MOST impressive of all. You must have a wonderful web designer. :)
