We feel cared for and cared about by Dr. Bart Aikens and his entire staff. The staff spared NO expense to ensure patient and staff safety during the pandemic: air purifiers and constantly circulated air, masks, cleansers, coverings on the patient chairs...but nothing quite compares to seeing the happy, contented smile on Dr. Aikens when we talk about his latest fishing adventure or the love of his life. Quite a place, and NOT just a dentist office but a collection of kind people who give a darn. Thank you.

I can not say enough about Dr Aiken and his team! They were my first choice since moving to Greenville 6 years ago and Ive only ever had great experiences since. Not only do they actually provide great dental work, but they go above and beyond as humans. Ive been to a number of terrible dentists over the years where basic cleanings would leave me in pain or Id get water squirted on my face. Dr Aiken is the complete opposite. He is gentle and professional in his work, and friendly and warm as a human. This trickles down into the team he has hired too as they all exude the same traits of kindness, comfort, and professionalism. They always make sure I have a blanket when Im a little too cold or snacks when I didnt eat before my appointment. If you need a team of people who are dedicated to you and your well being, its in the name - THIS is your place.

Had to have a cavity filled today. NOT my favorite thing. Everyone in Dr. Aikens office went out of their way to try to keep me calm. Not an easy task. Dr. Aiken made the entire process painless. I love these people! Best dental office around.

Very simply, the best dental service/practice/care in Greenville!!! Dr. Aiken did an outstanding job repairing my front chipped tooth, which was noticed and complimented by my regular medical physician. Regular visits are actually fun! He is painless, which is not always the case.

First-time patient today after having Dr. Aiken recommended to us by our past dentist in Charleston when he found out we were moving to Greenville. So glad he did. Very professional and personable practice with excellent staff.

Barton Aiken is a muscular, genial if smarmy dentist who treats his all-female staff like a harem, pays through the nose for a premium real estate location (which your bill reflects), and pours on the sociability syrup while delivering a mediocre service. His skills are in marketing-- not indentistry.He is patronizing. Hell nonchalantly describe his wealth and four-day work-week to his dental hygienist while you are upside down on the chair, then spontaneously call for a different substance mid-procedure, without benefit of explanation to you, the customer. Mr. Smith asks a lot of questions . . . thats good. Its good to ask many questions, he remarked once, dripping with condescension. Of course, my mouth was immobilized at the time so I could not respond.Barton used two different acrylic fill compounds on two of my molars inexplicably. The second version did not last 4 months-- he might as well have filled my teeth cavities with peanut butter. No explanation was ever offered, but the end result finds me needing a repeat procedure . . . go figure.Bottom line-- dentists are a dime a dozen, and this one relies on basic business acumen to trick you into paying top dollar for middle shelf service. No discount dental plans are accepted here. All the while, he makes a show on his website of not being money motivated. (Their lobbys mini-fridge gives away Perrier.)

Dr. Aiken and his staff are awesome! This comes from someone who used to be his Office Manager. He is kind, gentle, and supportive. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a non pressured but well educated group. I can honestly testify that Dr. Aiken does outstanding work on both small issues and cosmetic. Go to his office and see the pictures of his patients. Youll be impressed!

I have been going to Dr. Aiken my whole life. Barton was great for me as a kid. He told me things like, Open your mouth wide like an alligator! while checking out my teeth and was gentle with my baby teeth during all my cavity fillings. I have continued to go to him as an adult because he is wonderful at his job and all the people in his staff treat me like family. Very professional while having the best time you can while at the dentist! I gave Dedicated Dentistry 5 stars but I would give them 100 if I could.

I have anxiety when it comes to dentists. I was having horrible pain one night and did not have a regular dentist that I could see. I looked up dentists within walking distance of my work and decided to call Dedicated Dentistry. The receptionist fit me in that same day and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. I just got back from my second appointment where I had to get a filling and like Dr. Aiken promised....I FELT NO PAIN. I didnt feel the two shots that I received, felt no part of the process at all. It was a great experience and I love that Dr. Aiken took his time to sit down with me and discuss my dental health. Dr. Aiken and his staff are very knowledgeable and personable. They make sure that you arrive knowing what is going to happen and leave with a plan that works for you. Thank you all very much!! Keep up the great work!

He gave me his professional opinion for possible treatments choices for my care with advantages and disadvantages for each . I recommend this practice if youre looking for a dentist.

Highly recommended!UPDATE, MAY 15:I just had my first cavity since Ive been using them. (and technically it was an old filling that needed to be replaced) WOW. I went in and they started doing a bunch of preparatory work in my mouth. After a while, Guys, can we finally get to actually pulling the cavity? Were done. WAIT, WHAT??? WHOA. I never felt the needle going in with painkiller OR the drill. Mom had just given me several days of soft foods, but within hours I was feeling totally back to normal. I repeat, WOW!

Some people cringe when they think about going to the dentist! I look forward to the visit. I am always greeted with warm smiles and a short time for conversation. Then they put a q-tip into my mouth with numbing medicine, followed by a paraffin hand treatment, and then I get to recline into a comfortable position while they bring a blanket so that I will be temperature-happy followed by a round pillow for my neck and last by not least the television is adjusted to my desired viewing. By time they finally begin working on my teeth I am so relaxed the shot and the drill mean absolutely nothing to me. I always call a visit to his office as a visit to the spa!

I have severe TMJ disorder and had to have a crown on my back most tooth. It took 2hrs. I was treated with kid gloves. I had to have multiple injections to stop my pain all were done expertly with no pain. They are wonderful caregivers. I never dread going to Dedicated Dentistry!!

I have TMJ and I’m a skeptic when it comes to dentists. I moved from Dallas, Texas to Greenville. As I walked along Main Street, I came upon Dr. Aikens office. When I walked in the door, I was greeted by an amazingly helpful and congenial staff. Dr. Aiken made it a point to greet me as well. At my appointment, I told him about my history of vertigo, migraine headaches and the inability to chew without discomfort. He evaluated my bite and my x-rays and was determined to help. He diagnosed me with TMJ, fitted me with a bite guard and reevaluated my bite every week (at no cost) until he, and his knowledgable staff, were satisfied that my bite was corrected. I have had no more symptoms. I am confident and no longer a skeptic as long as I am a client of Dedicated Dentistry.
