I have no idea how anyone would give this place less than 5 stars. After the treatment I received and the focus on my dental health more than how I was paying. In fact very little focus was on financial concerns. Even when they found out that I was uninsured. I received a very thorough examination. Afterwards I was given a private consultation on a very reasonable payment plan. Then immediate treatment. I was pain free inside 1 hour from walking in the front door despite the waiting room being full. Dr. Bernard made a very painful procedure pain free. His skill and professionalism immediately made me feel at ease. To top it off, he is just a first class human being all around. Foolish not to request him for any dental care. Miss Patricia and Miss Angel kept the entire experience in good spirits and kept me calm as they could tell I was more than nervous. Scared to be honest. Not to beat a dead horse, makes a guy wonder how anyone would leave less than 5 stars. Thank you VCare!!!

Horrible experience. Seems to be all new staff. I did not feel comfortable at all, they had me waiting in the room for 2 hours for a simple exam while working on others that came in after me. They cancel appointments randomly with no notice if they are under staffed. I would not recommend.

Please don’t visit this hospital very unprofessional. I took appointment one week back and they called 3 days before and said Dr. had an emergency work ( will the emergency comes 3 days before) and it happened to me twice. Unprofessional and unethical.

I waited until 9:30 am to see them and nobody showed up dont say 8:30am if your not going to show up

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Dr.Barnad and Jannay his assistant had great bedside manners If you want a clean environment and great atmosphere and great dental work that doesnt take all day come check them out❤❤❤

I really dont see how this place have all these good reviews. I see most of them were from yrs ago though. I called TODAY to make an appt and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude, have no customer service at all! I asked for her name and at 1st she didnt give it to me then she said Sarah. Im not sure if thats true or not. It got to the point, I just told her to cancel the appt. If the ppl in the front feel comfortable enough to lose patients, the ppl in the back are just as bad. I do not recommend!

As I was researching for a new dental visit for a cleaning. I was in the area so I stopped inside this office as I walked inside I was greeted from the office manager Alicia her smile lit up the room I felt great energy as I asked her questions about scheduling an appointment for a cleaning. She was very helpful. I think this will be my new dentist office. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff Im sure the Doctors are as nice. I cant wait for my appointment!

A piece of my tooth fell out and I was set up with an emergency appointment (their words, not mine) to get it fixed. I worked a twelve hour overnight shift walking around on cement floors, then stayed up two hours after work to get to my emergency appointment instead of going to bed. The doctor finally came to my room an hour after my scheduled time, saw me for a total of about thirty seconds, and went to send me on my way. When I mentioned I came in for a filling and thats how I set the appointment up, he shrugged and told me I could wait around if I wanted, but he was busy with other appointments and lunch. When I pushed to get my scheduled treatment, he resigned to he couldnt bother with it today and to come back again. The arrogance exuding from this kid was too much. When the nice lady who completed my x-ray asked when I would like to come back in, I made the decision to try my luck elsewhere.One of the ladies insisted on giving me my treatment plan when I refused to make another appointment (which is laughable in hindsight) and practically ran to get it for me before I left (she heard the confrontation in back, she should have left me alone and let me leave quietly). So there, in front of the whole front desk with a waiting room full of other patients, I explained why a treatment plan was unnecessary. I was met with combativeness and a sarcastic have a nice day as I walked away from the situation.The shrug from the kid dentist, the almost nonexistent eye contact and staring at the door waiting for me to leave instead of acknowledging me. The complete dismissal from the have a nice day lady...go somewhere else, they dont care.

New to the area and found this practice through a mailer. Decided to try through a biannual check up and cleaning. Excellent experience. The doctor herself, not hygenist, did my cleaning. Staff was friendly. Easy access and convenient location. Would definitely use them again.

Great staff. I went in for a tooth extraction and not only were they gentle and reassuring during the procedure, but you can tell they care about their staff. Even after the surgery they are still helping me with at home care. What I love the most is that they dont try to get you in and out, they take care of you and they take care of your teeth. Very wonderful ladies and I highly recommend VCare for all of your dental needs.

At first I was upset with these people but truth is I was just upset at myself and blamed them. Since day one these people have been really good to me and really sweet. The dentist is precise and professional and also caring and takes her time to decide your overall care. I love the receptionist with the glasses she is really easy to talk to and is ready to cross her tail and dot her i’s. I would recommend anyone go here, great people.

Dr. Yaden , Alisha and the other staff member are really nice, caring and sweet. They keep checking on you the whole time their working on your teeth! I recommend anyone who is looking for a wonderful dentist office. They are also great with kids. My kids love the play area with the large slide! A great, fast, and professional dentist office.

Very professional, immaculate and family friendly Dental clinic. The service received here is long term and we are through pleased how our parent was treated. In our estimate, the clinic would get 10 stars instead of 5. Absolutely fantastic!!!

Clean and nice place and everyone is sweet! Had 4 teeth pulled a couple days ago and one of the hygienist held my hand while they were numbing my gums. The extractions were very fast and painless. Go back tomorrow for a check up and fillings. Overall a good dentist so far!!

Do yourself a favor an do not visit this dentist!!! Its been one hour since i walked in with my 4 kids who had an appointment at 3pm and they still have not been seen!

All these years Ive had a huge fear of the dentist, but after today, VCare Dental staff was the biggest blessing to receive. From the moment I walked in, they were genuine, patient, and extremely attentive to everything. I have more work to be done and I couldnt imagine being anywhere else with such a wonderful staff. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! I went for a broken tooth and ended up staying 2 hours to do 18 X-rays which did not address the tooth. Afterwards call and say you need to come in for extractions... okay what extractions? So I never called back to schedule an appointment until recently.So today I have swollen gums but she says I have a cleaning and extractions okay well isn’t there supposed to be a discussion?? She wouldn’t schedule an appointment for me at all.And don’t apologize to me, you sounded very unhappy girl.

Everyone was extremely polite and professional. Im fairly self conscious about my teeth and the staff made me feel very comfortable. Basically put professional and judgment free, everything I look for in a dentist. These people are great.

I was a little skeptical because it was a “clinic” but I just needed a cleaning so I figured I’d try it out with it being so close to my home. I ended up needing 3 big cavities filled that weren’t noticeable to me and 6 more little “spots” fixed so I made a second appointment to come back, This staff is amazing! I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist and they accommodated every need! I would recommend them to absolutely anybody!

What a great experience I had here. The staff are all incredibly helpful and nice but the doctors really make the visit special. I have been a long time avoider of dental work because other places have been too clinical and cold. At VCare they put their most important aspect in the name. They treat you like you matter. I would definitely recommend VCare Dental in Cherrydale. As a nervous patient who had to have several extractions done at once, I could not have asked for a better experience. Ms. Alicia, the dental assistant, held my hand and reassured me that everything would be ok. The dentist and the staff were all very patient and attentive. If you need any work done or even just a cleaning go see them!

I get severe anxiety when going to the dentist. I was so nervous I cried during my first visit here, but they reassured me that they would do everything they could to make sure I didnt feel any pain. Alicia, who works the front desk, even held my hand. The visit went extremely well. So much better than I expected and I didnt have any pain. Even with my following visits Dr. Yadav was very patient and accommodating and always asked if I was ok and if I could feel anything. She made sure I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone!

My first experience here was ok. I got a filling and a couple weeks later , the same tooth we filled needed to be pulled. The male Dr. I had seen my first time was not in office so a lady pulled my tooth. She did not give me any antibiotic nor pain meds. I ended up having to go to the hospital where they told me it was infected and I need to be seen by the dentist that did the procedure. This morning, Monday at 8:30 I was at the door waiting for them to open. Their hours of operation are 8:30 -5. The receptionist showed up at 9. I told her I needed to be seen and it was an emergency, she told me the doctor wouldnt be in this week and she didnt know what to tell me. I asked for her to put that in writing. She hand wrote it in pink and was very unprofessional. I do not recommend this dentist office. This office will be hearing from my lawyer!! I am now currently sitting in another dentist office hoping they will help me.

Friendly professional staff very clean environment.I had Dr. Yaden she did Amazing work on my fillings.***update went back for more dental work and a old Amalgam filling fell out onto my tounge it made me very sick for about a 2 week no less the filling that fell out on my tounge was put back in and cover up it fell out after I left and I must of swallowed it.It causes many health issues from swelling,face pain,neck pain head pressure shortness of breath extreame sweating.I actually feel betrayed and lied to that such a nice doctor would not say anything and ingorne what happen.I had to go to another dentist to get some of the issue worked out.It not just her fault there should be specific measures before putting foreign object in people teeth like toxic mercury/silver.Like testing to see if your allergic.I been suffering since they been put in eight year ago by another dentist and none of them wanted to remove these poisonous fillings for years.I sorry but there need to be more awareness they need to stop lying and let the public know these filling are not safe!!!!!I also believe over the eight year they have caused many other medical issues!

My fiance amd i just started started going here they are awesome. Nice quiet n clean, wifi conection and clean play yard with a slide and games for all ages touch screen and system. Frendly dentist and hygienists. family friendly even little ones with special needs. Just awesome.
