DON’T GO TO REHAB HERE!! Still water rehab is the worst place in RI .!! My mom was here for rehab one day and signed herself out. Only one English speaking person on staff the day she was there. Terrible coffee, only fruit punch to drink, when her sandwich came it had a thumb print pushed through the plastic wrap, yuck not sanitary. She got warm potato salad not to mention the meat was unidentifiable and last but not least she had made a complaint earlier in the day about things so when they brought her roommates food in she waited 45 minutes later for hers. I have been in several rehab facilities and have family members who work in rehab facilities and this is not how they are!! the trays come up together. So come on people. I will be calling to make a formal complaint Monday . Do NOT send your loved one here!!

I love this place it only took a overnight and my wife is improving 100% i am very happy the staff is amazing specialy sabrina she is a wing of a angel i love it when i get old i will love to be there because i know i am going to be in a caring and loving place thank you guys keep the good work👍👍👍👍👍

The sudden decision needed to be made to place mom where she would be safe and happy. My family could not have been more grateful to have found Cortland Place. Now in year two, and mom declining at 90 yrs old, Im confident our decision was the right one. Mom enjoys coordinated activities , entertainment and socialization she would not have had living on her own. The staff is courteous and supportive. I truly appreciate their dedication. The place is comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated . We enjoy our visits at the Cafe or on the patio.

I stopped in few months agoon the weekend to just check it out as we had a little scare with my Dad. Thought it might be time to begin the process of looking around. The place was beautiful! It was like walking into a hotel. There was music playing and the residents were having a great time. The staff were very friendly as well. I would definitely consider this assisted living down the road for my parents if and when the time comes.

I am very happy living here at Stillwater Community where I’ve met wonderful people and made many friends. The staff has been wonderful and caring, especially after my husband passed away four months after moving in. Being part of such an active community has been a blessing to me.

I began working at Cortland Place in 2011, currently now Stillwater Community. My experience has been very positive with the opportunities to grow in the company. In recent months we celebrated the new ownership under Eden Healthcare, and again, I was given an opportunity to further my career and could not be happier working with a great team and caring staff! I am very fortunate and grateful to work here as It is not just a job, it’s a choice to serve others, our community, our residents, their families and coworkers!

I came to live at Stillwater Assisted Living Community just about one year ago after a turbulent time in my life. What I have experienced over this last year has been great! You will find compassion and full support for every stage of living here. The staff is truly gifted in caring for older adults and yet they possess a sense of humor that keeps daily life light. Structure in daily living is important to me and Stillwater provides plenty of this. The food is very good and is served hot. I am happy to call Stillwater my home and I am always happy to have guests come here to share time together.

Being in the LongTerm Health Care industry for over 40 years, with 90% of that time being a nurse, I believe I have a good understanding of what is good and what is not in all aspects of care to our elderly population. I have been an employee of Stillwater Assisted Living for 5 months and I can assure you that the care at this facility is outstanding! The front line staff of nursing assistants and nurses is one of the best I have seen in my entire career. All of the departments that make up a healthcare facility such as Dietary, Maintenance, Activities, Housekeeping etc, treat the residents with the utmost dignity and respect, as well their families. The new owners of this beautiful community, Eden Healthcare, is by far one of the best companies I have seen in this industry in many many years and I am proud to be able to call myself an employee of theirs. Eden Healthcare has compiled a dynamic team of leaders who not only know how to lead their respective staffs with professionalism and respect, but they are actual “doers” and aren’t afraid to work to achieve the high expectations that are set forth to meet the needs of the residents in both the Assisted Living and the Skilled Nursing Communities.

I met and toured with Director Bob. Found the facility to be neat and clean, residents of the assisted living we met along the way were very happy and engaging. He spoke about his niece Jacqueline who is an RN and how proud he was of her.

Horrible, they just let Anybody decide who takes care of family wishes. They are rude, obnoxious and just plain stupid

My first visit to see my mom I was not happy. Dirty linen pile on the floor. Bed with no linens a 12:30 in the afternoon. Mom said she had to sleep in the chair because the bed wasnt made. No staff around. Light on for 10 minutes and no one in hallway. No nurses looking in. Brought lunch of fish spinach and rice. I went to desk and they brought grill cheese. Mom was cold and I asked for another blanket at 2 and I spoke to her at 8pm still no blanket. She needs PT but didnt see anyone around. Odd thst their were no nurses on the floor. I went down 2 different hallways and no one. Not a good place for elderly people who are quite and dont want to bother anyone.

They were clean well staffed and took the greatest I mean the greatest care of my mom best place when you have to make that choice

This Place is just a understaffed unsafe place for Any Elderly person Please Dont put anyone you know there Neglectful Place Beware
