Ive worked with Brittany Elks, the Sales and Marketing Manager of Brookdale on Arlington. She and the staff are incredibly prompt, professional and kind to families, especially during such a sensitive, difficult time. Good people make all the difference with assisted living facilities and Brittany is excellent.

Run to the nearest exit if you care about your loved one. They oversold and totally did not deliver. Dad was there only 2 weeks. Lost 20 pounds and they refused to change his hip surgery wound which they knew about. They will do anything to make a buck and then not care for your loved one. They did not post my last review because they dont you to know about their poor care.
