My aunt resides at Greenville Glen. I wasn’t able to see her for many months because of Covid but spoke with her frequently. I’m so happy that I am finally able to visit her again. She loves it there and it is truly her home. It was hard for our family to decide she needed to go into assisted living but we are so glad this is the place we chose. They did go through several executive directors for a while but we are all so happy Sonya is back! She is truly compassionate and cares so much about the residents. She is very hands on instead of just sitting in an office all day as some in the past have done. She always returns our calls and if we have even the slightest complaint, she makes it right. The activity person is also wonderful. Her enthusiasm and care for the residents is evident. No place is perfect, but knowing people truly care for my aunt helps my family be able to sleep in peace at night! I would have given 5 stars but the building is a little dated. My aunt loves it there though and that’s what is most important to us all.

Greenville Glen is an awesome facility. I have visited this facility a few times to prepare for a photography session with the residents and during those visits the residents were always involved in different seasonal activities and seemed so happy. I returned right before Thanksgiving to photograph the residents for Christmas and I was so impressed with how the activity director, Patricia, went out of her way to prepare a Charles Dickens theme. She, as well as the other staff members were extremely patient and kind to the residents, so helpful getting them ready for the pictures and encouraging to those who were a little shy. The residents seemed to enjoy the activity and loved the staff. I have visited several residential facilities and this one by far is the best. If my parents needed to be in an assisted living facility, this would definitely be my top contender. It was like a home away from home and the entire staff and residents seemed to be a large family.

Came in to volunteer for the residents and they didnt have anything together. I never visited a facility where they didnt do much for the residents during the holidays. The one lady promised the residents doughnuts, and she came back empty handed. I feel sorry for the residents that live here. Someone shouldve baked cookies or something. The residents were in a room watching a movie, and all they had was hot chocolate. Very unorganized 😞

My mother has been at the Glen for almost a year and during that time, I cannot say enough good things about her care there. The Glen has truly been a God-send to my mother and our family. The staff is always caring, attentive and professional, and I appreciate everything they have done to help my mother when my abilities to do so were limited.

Workers are so friendly . you full so welcome . very nice place .
