My dad was a resident in the Memory Care area. He had a beautiful, up to date room and bathroom. They have a lovely dining/social activities area in the center with a gorgeous, soothing, enclosed garden nearby. The Palmettos were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond for us in every way. Kim, marketing, Ruby, the head of nursing, and the director, Katherine were all wonderful. We loved the entire staff in memory care. I looked forward to sharing meals with dad. The food was excellent. I am eternally grateful for the love and care they showed to our family. It would be my choice for any family member.

The staff has been very helpful during this transition time for my mother. They have been patient with her and willing to answer all of our questions. Great first impression!
