Wait time isnt long. Super clean. Overall great experience, awesome staff, clean and well kept environment. If you have any other additional questions you can contact him through your patient portal which is a great feature. Will never stop going here.

Skilled & compassionate doctor with an efficient and friendly office staff. You get in quick and get out quick which I appreciate because I can easily plan my day around his appointments. I also really appreciate the fact that you can easily message him on the patient portal for any health concerns and he will take the time to call me or reply to my message fairly quickly. I like my experience with Dr. Fong. Office staff is nice and friendly. Office itself is very clean, especially restroom (during my pregnancy I love using their restroom, feels like home :))) Dr. Fong is very knowledgeable, kind and quick. He doesnt tell extra information, he doesnt scare with any diagnosis or symptoms. I just had a planned C-section, everything went amazing! Also, I was amazed how quick on-call service was working, Dr. Fong really cares about patients.

Great OBGYN I feel very comfortable asking questions! He didnt deliver my daughter only because she came early but he has already gone over a plan with me for when baby number two comes and I trust his recommendations.

Dr. Fong and his office staff are amazing. Every visit he was on time; my husband and I never waited past my appointment time. We even ran late once being physicians ourselves and he was very courteous and understanding. He delivered my first baby and though things didn’t happen according to plan he was very reassuring during the entire delivery process and everything went smoothly afterwards. He visited us daily in the hospital and that was much appreciated. During the pregnancy process he was always responsive to my concerns and addressed any questions we had. He’s very professional and so is his entire office staff! Jessica in particular was very friendly and made sure to forward any of my questions/concerns after hours to Dr. Fong (which were many being a first time mom). We plan to return to him in the future and would highly recommend him!

Dr.Fong and his staff is amazing!!! I relocated to Texas late in my pregnancy and Dr.Fong was able to handle everything timely. I was high risk and he made sure to see me weekly to make sure my baby and I was ok. Any time I had a concern he was available to answer questions. Never felt rushed during appointments! Labor was absolutely amazing literally stress free and relaxing. I would recommend him to any one I know!! Very good doctor who still have the passion for his profession!!!

Dr Fong and everyone in the office are super friendly! They explained everything to me in the best way possible when I got my IUD they walked me through the whole process and made everything really easy to understand. Normally I don’t like having a male doctor, but Dr Fong makes you feel very comfortable. Although the office is really far from my house I don’t mind driving 50 min. Definitely the best experience I ever had.

I cannot say enough about how amazing dr. Fong and his staff are. I’ve seen him a couple times now but it only took one time to realize he’s the doctor I want to have deliver my babies someday! He’s so calming and understanding and totally put me at ease about my IUD insertion I had done with him. Incredible doctors are rare but I’m glad I found this one! Seriously if you’re terrified of the OBGYN, you won’t have to be when you come here. His staff and him CARE about you! 10/10 experience. Found my forever OB.Thanks dr. Fong and staff!

First off, had my baby at Baylor Frisco. Induction after 40 weeks. Such a smooth process. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes during pregnancy. Baby and I are healthy. Dr. Fong is attentive, to the point, kind, calm and approachable. But what I value him most for is how knowledgeable he is of his profession. When I asked him a question about the labor process he referenced me to the most recent studies and findings, as well as take the time to educate me on why he makes certain medical decisions. He asks me what my options are and what my expectations are. Whenever things didnt go according to plan (I was devastated being diagnosed with GD), he always remained calm, encouraging, light hearted and still laser focused on his job. To me, I had an exceptional experience. My son is healthy and crazy to say....the labor and delivery was stress-free. We were all cracking jokes 10 minutes before pushing. But at the same time I could tell he was on the ball, ready to go to work. Its hard to find a doctor who has a balance between great knowledge and great bedside manner. You usually dont get both.The only area for improvement is that because he is so good, hes also very busy. That means that doctors appointments are short, sweet and to the point. Unless you have specific questions, there wont be much extra time to linger and chat. But, if you need more time he is always willing to stop and listen. Being a first time mom, I was worried about tearing, getting induced, pain management, c-section etc. I wrote a list of all my concerns and he addressed all of them without judgment or rushing me. Loved that. Also.....huge shout out to the ladies and nurses in the office. Dr. Fong is only as good as those women and they are so enjoyable to talk to. They all reassured me so much when I got GD and anytime I had a Is this normal? moment, they were so sweet to always answer them. Ill definitely go back should we have a second baby.

I would say he is the best OB doctor I’ve ever met since 2016. I’ve changed a couple them during 4 years. Dr Fong was the best choice. To get to his office, I drive from Rockwall, and it doesn’t bother me at all.He is very professional. Always attentive, observing and helpful.

I cannot say enough about my exceptional experience as this was my first pregnancy. I had many worries/anxieties (as most 1st mommys do) but Dr. Fongs patience, professional respectful demeanor, & extensive knowledge always found a way to make me feel so comfortable, at ease, and overall cared for. Dr. Fong has been one of the best doctors I have come across! He and his staff always answered to my concerns throughout pregnancy. My sons delivery was a bit scary and yet Dr. Fong proved that he had skills and knowledge to bring my son perfectly healthy to this world. I can only thank him and his nurses for the pre and postpartum care Ive received. They are truly amazing!
