Dr. Ali is a compassionate and patient mental health expert who was very personable and always made me feel that she was doing her best to find the right solutions for me. I really enjoyed the time I spent under her care and the front desk staff were also always very nice and friendly.

Dr. Ellendula has been amazing for the nearly seven years that i have been in her care...she has amazing diagnosis and is very thorough with mental health and medicinal moderation. She has amazing accolades and referral lists that supersede her peers...HIGHLY recommend her...The front office staff is very friendly and punctual with appointment times. I live almost an hour and a half away, and would even drive farther for her care.

I have seen Dr. Ali since September of last year, and I can honestly say that she is wonderful. I would not recommend for my worst enemy. State law requires that you be discharged within 4 hours of request. The DR checked a box that I was a peril to my self and/others. Total fabrication to fill beds. As a result I was FORCED to stay another 7 days. STAY AWAY from this place!! DRs and staff totally lied to me! Again and again.

I have seen my share of doctors in my life. I will place Dr. Ellendula on top of list of doctors, in terms of caring, listening to patient and designing personalized treatment plans. I found her very attentive to issues affecting my health, proposed solutions to address them. Most importantly, you are not rushed, and not just number in chain of patients usually common in medical offices. Amazingly, she remembers minute details of your case. Recommended with strongest terms.

I really like the office, it has a very calming environment and the front staff is so nice and welcoming everytime I go. I cant begin to Express how great Dr.Ali is. She is very caring and attentive towards all of her patients. I have been going there since September and every time I walk into her office I feel welcomed. I was very disappointed in this office. The front staff did not follow up on important information needed from pediatrician. We were not able to fill prescription in a timely manner because they weren’t paying attention. The front staff was rude and didn’t take ownership of their lack of attention. I will never take my daughter there again.

Im unsure of the previous review but Dr. Ellendullah is amazing. I have been seeing her for about 5 years and she is the only Psychiatrist that has been able to find medication that works for me. Keep in mind, she is NOT a therapist. While she will chat with you about how you are feeling, etc. she is not there for weekly therapy. Do not let the other review fool you!

I wish I could give more stars than 5! Frisco Behavioral Health is AMAZING! All of their staff is caring, friendly, considerate, kind and make patients feel important.Azka at the front desk, is always kind, respectful, accommodating and takes time to ask how It am. She is the first smiling face you see when you walk in the door and makes patients feel comfortable and welcome. I wish receptionists at other doctor’s offices were just like her. They could really learn a thing or two from Azka.Dr. Ellendulla is the best Psychiatrist I have ever had. She actually listens to you, gets to know you, genuinely cares how you are doing and makes you feel comfortable. If you have questions, she takes the time to answer and explain. She doesn’t judge patients or talk down to them. Her office is calm, comfortable and inviting, so is her demeanor. She is prompt and I love that I never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes in the waiting room. I love the fact that she doesn’t just stop treatment with prescribing medicine, but that she suggests other methods to accompany medication. In my case, she suggested journaling and meditation to accompany my prescription and it made SO much difference!Frisco Behavioral Health always goes above and beyond for their patients. They return phone calls promptly, scheduling appointments is easy and you can get an appointment in the near future, not weeks later like some other physicians offices. Refills are called in quickly so you don’t have to wait days or call too far in advance just to make sure the refill is ready by the time you need it.I can’t praise them enough! I recommend Frisco Behavioral Health to anyone and everyone needing or looking for services!!

Just dont even waste your time. Dr. Ellendula is rarely there, the receptionist is rude. If youre looking for a psychiatrist that hands out narcotics like theyre candy, this doctor os perfect for you.
