The experience was horrible.When I got a procedure done, when I told the doctor that I felt like fainting she made the comment, Oh dont do that. Like really, I was scared. The nurse was nice enough to stay but the Doctor didnt even tell me that she would check back.I also, asked for my medical records so they can be sent to a new office and this has taken them 3 weeks plus and more then 20 calls to receive it. No one is ever by the phone its ridiculous. It seems they are always on a break.Highly dont recommend them.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Ku! She delivered both of my babies. Shes a straight shooter, which I personally love. She tells it like it is. I always felt supported and better after seeing her.

I love Dr. Ku!!! She’s delivered 2 of my kiddos and though one of my pregnancies was rough she was so supportive every step of the way. She is honestly like family 💕The staff was bumpy at one time but since than has new employees and are all fabulous!

Not a great experience and treated me like a number rather than patient, theres so many better obgyn doctors out there - dont waste your time here.

Love Dr. Ku, been going to her since 2008. She’s compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. She actually remembers me and my family, it’s like being apart of the family.

The office staff here is horrible. They are rude and do not communicate appropriately, and they randomly decide to cancel patients appointments. Dr ku is nice but always late. Dont expect the office to handle paperwork well as we decided to transfer care and when you think itd be easy for an office to fax records I had to pick up the records myself just to get them. We should have known this office was a mess when we had our IVF records sent here and they couldnt find them.

Dr. Ku is the best OB/Gynecologist i have had. She is my current Dr and she also delivered my son in 2010 and it was a very pleasant experience comparing to my other 2 child births. She is a very knowledgeable and dedicated Dr and i highly recommend her.

Her staff is terrible. They fail to return calls after leaving multiple voicemails, when they finally answer calls I have to re-explain the situation/question.

I echo reviews by others. Dr. Ku herself is excellent - bedside manner, knowledge, and support. Its her office staff that inspires my rating.I scheduled by pap for 11 days before my wedding. Afterward, I received a voicemail requesting a call back with no details. I had to leave a message requesting more details, since I had signed the paperwork approving detailed messages on my cell. They eventually left a message saying that I needed to call back: Its about scheduling another appointment. I called while I was driving to Louisiana for my wedding, was put on hold, and then hung up on. I spent my entire wedding weekend and honeymoon assuming something was wrong on my pap, since I was unable get on the phone with the office to find out what was happening.When I was finally able to talk to the office manager, I was told that they had just mixed up my sample with another patient and wanted me to come in to give another sample; they said I would not be charged for the additional visit. After the second visit, I received a second bill from PathAdvantage for my labs. (Id already paid the first.) I called the office to see if they could do anything, since I wasnt supposed to be charged for their mistake. A very unfriendly receptionist said that the office manager would get back to me. I called a second time, and an exceedingly friendly receptionist requested I leave a detailed message for the office manager to be sure my needs were met. I did so, even including my PathAdvantage account information. That was weeks ago, and Ive now received a third bill notice from PathAdvantage with no word from Dr. Kus office.The customer service is not up to par with the caliber of Dr. Kus expertise. I cannot recommend this office.

WORST experience with office staff ever. For so many reasons. Constantly being put on hold, someone else picking up the line and asking, What are you waiting for?. Never ever getting a call back when they say they will. When calling about test results, they called and said, Theres an infection, oh wait, there is but I dont have the paper with me...i cant find it. Very unprofessional ultrasound tech. BUT, I loved Dr Ku. I just wish the office staff was more friendly and willing to take responsibility for everything they forgot to do for me.

Dr. Ku is very caring and knowledgeable, explaining things clearly and in detail. She is careful to answer all of my questions and is very genuine and supportive. I am very thankful to have her as my OB/GYN!

Dr. Ku is the total package youre looking for in a doctor and more. She is compassionate, attentive and pays a great amount of detail to her patients needs. I have had my share of bad experiences with gyno offices that brushed off my symptoms or my need of care. Sure enough it wasnt until I came to her that I was finally given the care I needed, had my questions answered, and mind put at ease. This has been the most challenging year for me health-wise but she was my guardian angel though it all! Thank you so much Dr. Ku!!! You are the best.

Just wanted to take the time to say how thankful we were to have the beautiful Dr. Ku as our doctor. She did such an amazing job. This was our 1st child and when she pulled out son Blake out there was that split second where I saw him limp... His cord was around his neck and the only thing that eased my mind was the look of confidence on Dr. Kus face. She couldnt have done a more amazing job and we couldnt be happier! Will definitely recommend to anyone and we will continue to use her when we decide to have a daughter. Thank you Dr. Ku!**Note**I dont think its right to leave a one star review of the most amazing OBG there is just because you dont like her office staff. How about you discuss the issue with her office to her and she will listen and handle it. She spends SO much time with her patients unlike a lot of them out there.

Horrible customer service and front office staff. Everything about this office gave me a headache and I was constantly in tears from frustration. From the nurse not returning my calls to the front office staff lack of professionalism. Not to mention, they faxed my entire medical chart to my job by accident when it should have gone to my new Doctor. MAJOR HIPPA VIOLATION. I would not recommend AT ALL.
