I have been a patient at the Frisco facility for the last year and a half. I have seen all three Drs and the PA multiple times, with Dr Patel being my primary care doctor. All three Drs and the PA take their time listening and discussing any and all the issues you are having. I have never felt rushed or dismissed. They have always been proactive in ordering testing when necessary, or referring to specialists timely when called for. I have never had even close to a negative experience with any of the staff either, they have always been friendly and welcoming in our interactions. Dr Patel has been an especially good Dr for me. She is easy to talk to, makes you feel welcome, as well as not rushed. She is very competent and I would have no problem recommending here to anyone looking for a good primary care Dr.

MA are very rude and disrespectful went in as a new PT and the MA rolled there eyes at me and treated me very differently I walked away.. I do not recommend this location
