First time patient. Was attentive and informative. Answered all questions and addressed any concerns. Made my daughter feel at ease and later my daughter said she loved her.

We love Dr.Leung ! Makes us feel very comfortable and confident on the child’s well being . nurse and staff are very friendly. Doctor takes the time to answer all our doubts and doesn’t rush us through the appointment

Our daughter was born with a few complications and came with high recommendations from the NICU nurses given our circumstances. Dr Leung took a while to warm up to, but since we “broke through” we couldn’t ask for a better relationship. Dr Leung cares, and is open to hearing us out. She truly cares for the best for our child, and she will do the same for you! I would recommend all new moms looking for a small, intimate, family practice to everyone! She truly cares and listens to your concerns.

Horrible, never want to go back, and wish I can go back to my old pediatrician, were the words of my 8-year-old daughter when we came here last month as new patients for a simple routine annual wellness check-up in this quiet office with what appeared to be only one nurse, one doctor, and one secretary who was taking care of his own baby in the backroom on a Thursday afternoon with no other patients in the entire office. My daughter needed no shots and had no medical issues, so I expected a simple visit. When Dr. Leung entered into the exam room, I told her that my daughter didnt feel comfortable changing into the provided gown (much like one would see at an OB/GYN office). Though my daughter was very familiar with a complete physical exam from her prior pediatrician, what both she and I were unfamiliar with was a doctor then interrogating her about disrobing before introductions were even made. Unfortunately, Dr. Leung did not even so much as introduce herself before barraging my daughter with a string of questions about why she didnt want to get undressed, which caused my daughter to clam up and become even more uncomfortable and not want to talk. Odd questions such as, Is it your father or 6-year-old brother in the room thats making you uncomfortable, indicated to me how oblivious Dr. Leung was to her own actions, and other questions such as, Is there something you want to tell me? before a relationship has been developed is a poor and ineffective technique to get someone to feel comfortable with truly opening up to you, which is essential in order for a full and complete assessment to be made. Dr. Leung even pointed out and asked my daughter about her sweaty palms and past burn injury that had scarred over that my daughter is extremely self-conscious about. My daughter was incredibly uncomfortable and it was only when we got back to the car that she verbalized how she felt. What seemed to be poor social awareness and an inability to make a shy child such as my daughter feel at ease, Dr. Leungs behavior is maybe excusable for a medical student who was simply caught off guard by a young patient who happened to be shy; but being that Dr. Leung has been a licensed physician since 2010, it was odd to me that she made my daughter feel so traumatized and made no effort to make a young girl feel comfortable so that she could open up on her own naturally and at her own pace. I decided to professionally address my concerns with the Dr. Leung via a phone call the following day to try to understand what happened. However, Dr. Leung did not call me back and had her nurse, Ashley, call me back in her stead. Alarmingly, the nurse confirmed that she noticed my daughter was uncomfortable, but didnt know what to do, and felt that Dr. Leung was pressuring her and it was not the best way per Dr. Leungs employees very words. This only verified that something was seriously amiss about this visit, but Dr. Leung still never called me back. I later addressed my concerns to Dr. Leung in an email, but also did not receive any response back. Hopefully in the future Dr. Leung will build a rapport with her patients and talk to them about things such as school, friends, pets, family, hobbies, etc., as none of these subjects were broached at all the entire visit, as she simply focused on the importance of undressing and my daughters subsequent lack of talking the entire time. I also encourage Dr. Leung to contact her patients back directly when they leave messages or when there are concerns so she can properly address them in a similarly professional manner. I wish good things for Dr. Leung and hope she can learn from this experience so that no other child leaves her office echoing similar words.

This one star is for the promise they didnt keep. I took my 5 months old daughter to get her ears pierced. With her first piercing the backing got stuck in the gun and Dr. had to re-pierce the same ear. I took this a no fault of anyone. When she got to the second ear, the piercing was not on the dot that she had marked. Everyone in the room noticed it and Dr. offered to re-pierce the ear but my daughter was already really upset since her ears had been pierced 3 times already. I didnt find it in me to sit thorough another piercing. Dr. said to think about it and call back if I would like to get it re-pierced. I have been looking at it for months and noticing that it is more apparent as she is getting older. I called back today to see when I can bring her in? The nurse said that they can do it but it will be another visit and another full charge. I told her to check the chart to see if the Dr. made a note and was told that they do not have a chart. but since it has been 2 months, they will have to charge me. I have already recommended two of my friends to them that I will be contacting and telling them to not go.

Went there for our childs ear piercing. Pretty decent place and the doctor was good. Guy at the reception was super nice. I think they do the most reasonable medical ear piercing in town as a couple other place we asked were charging on average $35 more than this place.

Very knowledgeable and kind! You can tell they actually care about the kids. And I love that they are a family business!

Great practice ! Very intimate with just having one doctor in practice. A nice change of pace from other pediatricians in the area who are slammed and just getting people in and out. Nothing against that, I just felt like we needed a slower pace and more individual attention, that is exactly what we got here ! Very excited to of found Dr. Danielle.

Fantastic experience. We were able to get in at the last minute which is completely unheard of for pediatric offices. Dr. Leung was so kind and gentle with my little boy and very thorough with her examination. She also took time to really explain what was going on, what and why she recommended treatment and meds. Her staff was super friendly and professional.I am so happy to have found our primary pediatrician for my three boys.

Horrible experience ever. Dr Leung doesnt listen to the parents. My son had 3 days of fever and an Asmatha and she refused to give any antibiotics. - I am new to the area and I asked Dr Leung to call my sons previous doctor to get his history. She refused so I called my sons previous doctor and I was instructed to take him to Urgent care - So now I have 2 doctors visits in 1 day - Over 300.00 in cost- I totally wasted my time going to Dr Leung- If you want to waste your time and pay a lot of money to hear go home and rest then go to this doctor - She is inexperienced and practice by the text book. I would give her a 0 if I could. Dont waste your time!!!
