We had a visit with Nurse practioner Charmaine. She was good and very patient in listening to our concerns. Finally my daughter had a shot without tears for the first time..... overall Happy with our visit

I used to review my 4 year old usually here. Dr.Lata is one wonderful doctor, she is very friendly and addresses all our concerns. Most of all my kid likes to come for the check up and that says all

We are so incredibly thrilled that we chose Natural Pediatrics in Frisco! Our Pediatrician, Dr. Lata Shridharan is extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and has amazing bedside manner. She really connects with our Violet, and she is extremely thorough. Her innovative approach to Medicine is both scientific and holistic, which sets her far above her peers. We never feel that we are being rushed out the door, and she takes her time to fully answer all of our questions. Her staff is very friendly and courteous. They always go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that you are completely satisfied as a patient. Also, the entire doctors office is absolutely spotless, and the restrooms are super clean, as well! There is never a long wait, and they never double book patients. We definitely recommend this phenomenal physician!

My daughter has been going to this clinic for the past few months. I had been satisfied with the visits up until I had concerns over a potential ear infection for my daughter. I brought up my concern that my daughter might have an ear infection with the pediatrician. She told me that this is likely teething related. Being a first time mom, on the drive home I realized she didn’t take a look at my daughters ears. Fast forward a few weeks later I finally got her in to be seen due to my gut feeling that this was more than teething. My daughter was finally diagnosed with an ear infection at another site. I completely understand that clinic days can get busy, and humans make errors. I just wish Dr. Latta had taken the time to actually look in her ears just to double check. 2 stars.

Highly recommend this clinic. Staffs and nurse practitioner, is kind, thorough and knowledgeable. Everyone is amazing, great with kids, with a great hospitality. We couldnt ask for a better pediatric clinic.

We moved from New Orleans and was looking for a great pediatric Dr’s office. Natural Pediatrics is Awesome! The NP is great always friendly, very knowledgeable and willing to answer any question that you may have. Always in and out never a long wait. I highly recommend Natural Pediatrics!

The Frisco location is much cleaner and spacious verses the Plano location.Dr. S is very sweet and gentle with my little ones. She makes me and my children feel very comfortable. However, the front desk ladies in Frisco never gave me my ID back and misplaced it...ALSO: if you have Aetna Medicaid and are preparing to make your newborns 24 hour checkup, please know that they will make you pay $120 out of pocket just because your DAY old child doesn’t have an insurance card yet.I did complain to the higher up at this place and was refunded. This goes completely against Medicaid’s policy and they were in huge violation.Just be careful. 🙄

Staff is great as well with scheduling appointments and billing related questions etc. Entire facility is clean and they take all the precautions during these COVID times. We recommend it by all means...

The staff is horrible. Needs some service quality development. We were there 12/17/2019 for my 2 daughters wellness check up. Very impolite receptionist. We were there first and then 3 more families. I was surprised when we were called last after waiting for long time. I decided to request for a new schedule but the receptionist said we will be charged for no show. We showed up, we were just not treated right. Ill come back tomorrow to personally make sure I will address this concern and start looking for a new pediatric clinic for my kids.

Both of my kids come to this office. Staff is friendly, appointments run on time and doctor takes time to answer all my questions. Very please with our pediatrician.

Its kind of donating some amount via Paypal. So please refrain in submitting the payments via online.It would be great if the front-desk people have a courtesy to patients or limit their rudeness to people who are reaching out them !!.

She is an excellent pediatrician, can get hold of a problem very quickly.. my both kids have same doctor, recommend her.

Visit was okay, but unfortunately this is NOT a Natural Pediatrician. They press vaccines on you and do not give you an option to be seen if you choose not to vaccinate your child. Not sure where the Natural part comes from.

Dr Lata was really great with my daughter during her annual checkup and helped her get over the fear about the flu shot ..

The doctor and nurse practitioner are really amazing. They take time with you and never rush out of the room. They answer all questions. The office doesn’t seem to overbook like most doctors offices. The front desk is very patient even if there’s one person doing everything by themselves. I’m so glad I found this doctor.

Very disappointed with the treatment we have recently received. We were charged a late fee for not attending an appointment, after making the office fully aware in advance that we would not be attending. The fee was initially removed, but once a staff member was terminated, we were told we would once again owe the fee. We received little to no explanation for this decision, and have no had our medical records held until the fee is paid. There has been very little attempt to rectify the situation. The medical care we have received has always been fantastic, but the reception seems to have no interest in helping.

I visited this place on 12/21/2018.The doctor is awesome. But the staff are horrible. I want this to bring into managements attention. No proper guidance from front desk.They are not serious. I hate to go this place for my kid.What a disaster place.

Quite the misnomer here. Not to be confused with “Natural CHOICE Pediatrics”- this facility is not very “natural”. If you’re looking for “Absolutely Conventional Pediatrics”- boy, have I found the pediatrician for you! If you’re looking for “natural”- go to “Natural Choice Pediatrics”.

Apparently you cant even schedule an appointment. I called and was on hold for almost 10 minutes before I could even try and schedule a new patient appointment. I hung up and called again and was told to leave my number and I would get a call back. Guess what? Two days later and never received a call. Thank you for letting me know how you run your business and what kind of front staff you have. I now know I would not want to take my child there and will take my business elsewhere.

Dr. Lata and Dr. Matthews are both wonderful doctors. My husband and I couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician! Dr. Lata has been my son’s pediatrician since his birth it’s been almost 4 years. We were happy to ask her to be our newborn pediatrician. They both offer sound medical advice. Our almost 3 month old son was sick and the doctors were available to see him right away. It’s great when you can trust their judgment and they have your children interest.

Awesome and friendly staff! Even though my son was tested negative with the in-clinic flu/step tests , Dr Lata wasn’t convinced seeing his symptoms and condition and put him on antibiotics and sent sample for culture, which did test positive later. Thanks to her judgement we didn’t wait for 3 days and treatment started right away.Another annual visit and as always Dr Lata is just awesome! She patiently answers all your queries and also makes your child feel so comfortable! Thanks to the entire team for being so friendly

Natural Pediatric takes appointment in the name of Dr Lata Sridharan and only some nurse meets you. You will never get a change to meet Dr lata at Plano facility. Happened this twice with me. Always avoid and go to the facility where you meet the doctor directly. They will sending you bill for meeting Dr lata even if meet nurse. Avoid avoid avoid...

Office staff and all of the providers are excellent
