Listen to your concerns and provide very useful feedback3.) Be an absolute pleasure to converse with4.) Consistently provide you with quality care and examinationsThen Dr. Tovey is exactly who youre looking for because hell check every box in the list above and more. The staff are super helpful and youre in and out without any extra bs involved.Even without insurance the prices are extremely reasonable and to be honest I wouldnt hesitate to pay that for the quality service you get at this place. Dr. Tovey without a doubt is the best in Fresno and surrounding areas and the 5 star rating from other patients can attest to that; and if youre having second thoughts then I hope my words can convince you otherwise, you will not regret coming here.I look forward to coming back for my next eye exam, hopefully at a shorter time interval than my last one :P

Awesomely easy to feel comfortable talking to Dr Tovey about the particulars of your eyes! Extremely highly recommend! Dr Tovey is forthcoming and honest about whats happening with your eyes and what to do about it if procedures may be recommended (such as cataract surgery in my case). And I loved the frames I got there and they were not even expensive!

Great first visit, as someone who is in healthcare, he and his staff deliver prompt, honest, and good care. Wait wasn’t long, exam was very thorough and Dr. Tovey explained things clearly. I appreciate his expertise. I also liked that there wasn’t any pressure about purchasing frames/contacts through him. Had a full exam and was out within 30 minutes.

Good first visit. Eye exam was good. A good conversation about my eyes and issues. Found a great pair of glasses. They suggested the blue blocking anti-glare rather than my normal one. They where right. My eyes are less tired after a day of staring at a computer. I got progressive lenses. I put them on and they where perfect. My eyes did not need and time to adjust to the new glasses.

Staff is awesome and got the knowledge. They know what they are doing. Very much customer focus. Polite, welcoming. Doctor is so nice. He also knows what they are doing. Strongly recommended. Excellent experience with them, very much pleased. Will definitely come back.

Ive been using Dr. Tovey for about 15 years. His expertise is unmatched. No one could correct my vision as well as he could. He also referred me for my laser surgery (perfect job) and I still use him for my regular check ups. Absolutely recommend him.

Absolute best experience one could have for having to see a DoctorI was met kindly by the friendly, knowledgeable staff before seeing Dr. Tovey. Dr. Tovey is a good doctor but his staffs are awful. Had appointment before and did not get back for my glasses.Today, I called back for my appointment cancellation and called back in the afternoon for appointment and the staff told me that he was charging me for not giving him a heads up and he said its a verbal contract.

Absolutely love Dr. Tovey, I feel so comfortable from the moment I walk in, I can talk to him with such ease ... he always answers all my questions and concerns, the staff is super friendly as well, overal a wonderful experience every time. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new optometrist...he is the absolute best ...dr tovey makes you feel like family and I would recommend him to all my friends and family , I dont trust anyone else with my eyes.
