I am very happy customer because the knowledgeable optometrist and Costco technician staffs. The price is reasonable. Do you know that most fancy coats come with Kirkland lens with no extra cost?

I was very pleased with my service with Diane. She gave new advice and input. Very kind about doing so. Britt also gave input on which frames looked better. Never before did I pay attention to glasses fitting the bridge of my nose properly. Learn something new everyday. Thx

The doctor here is terrible. she gave me an incorrect prescription, but doubled down when i visited her for a follow up since my glasses were already made. i was experiencing so much nausea from the incorrect prescription that i was on the verge of vomiting. my current doctor confirmed that my astigmatism dx from my previous doctor was way off. i also paid extra for contact lenses. what a waste of money. she didnt even check my eyes to see if the contacts she gave me were a correct fit. my current doctor noticed that the contacts she had me try did not settle into my eyeballs, and ordered 4 more contact brands for me to try. do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. the doctor is miserable, the techs/front desk is miserable. find a doctor that cares.

Awesome customer service & the selection of frames & the prices make Costco better than any other place I’ve went to. I see some negative comments & I’ve never had this problem. Sometimes the problem is not treating people the way you want to be treated.

The optometrist was wonderful... However the sales lady seemed irritated. Not helpful at all... actually she insisted on me purchasing a pair of glasses that I did not want. When I came back to return them... She practically yelled at me for it. I kept them... Will never return to the optical department for glasses again.

Did not get her name but she was very rude. Should not be working in retail if she can’t be polite to customers. I went in to see if i could get my daughter’s prescription filled and she said no because the name did not match my costco card. An older woman came and said she would be right with me, the lady responded “no they dont need help” ....This is not the first time she has been rude either. A few months ago i got a prescription for contacts but i didn’t have it on me. She said she couldn’t print it out and that i would have to schedule an appt for an eye exam. Definitely will not be returning. By the looks of it. Most negative reviews are about her. I hope she reads this. Such a bitter person should definitely not be working there. Anyways i ended up going to Stanton optical who’s customer service was excellent.

I recommend looking elsewhere for your eye care needs. I have typically had great experiences at other Costco branches. After failing to call me when my trial contacts arrived, they wanted to charge me an extra fee to reschedule my exam. Now they want to charge me to repeat my entire contact lens exam because I waited a year to return. They offered no compromise or options or suggestions. Also, the optometrist was disheveled looking during my appointment, not the level of professionalism I would expect.

One word for this place OK. Dr was good and did decent job to test and write prescription. They don’t have lot of options but are much affordable compared to places like Eye Q.

Terrible place.

The employee there was very rude. I had picked a number but realized the only copy of my Rx I had was electronic. It was very busy so I didnt want to wait the whole time just to be told the electronic copy was not sufficient. So I asked him if I could ask a quick question, he ignores me. I asked again, louder and he rudely said, what is the question... After I told him that I only had the electronic, he said that wont work, then walked away. It was the holiday season, I know he was busy, but should really treat people better, I will not go back to optical.

Waiting an hour already simply to pick up contact lenses- their fax is broken also... Ughhhhhhhhh

Called Costco Optical. The person who answered the phone mumbled, had to ask to repeat what she said multiple times. She did not seem very enthused to have me as a customer. I will look somewhere else.
