I give my full endorsement to this Stanton location. These guys will take good care of you. Initially I went in before the pandemic and had ordered 2 pairs of glasses but once the pandemic hit I’d lost my job and had no way of paying for the full price of these glasses…. I went in w only enough to pay for 1/2 of one pair and they let me go home w both pairs! Already this was awesome and I’m so thankful! But I’m rough on my glasses unfortunately and needed up breaking both frames, so I went in to see if I couldn’t get them warrentied and since they were within a year of me getting them issued I was able to! And even through they didn’t make the frames anymore Lily from Fresno’s blackstone location went above and beyond for me and got a whole new pair of frames w lenses comped for me. Amazing work guys, I couldn’t be more happy w the services provided to me. Keep it up!!!

Ariana is the best! It Is very clean here. Customer service is great! My kids loved it and dont even want to leave. There is thousands of glasses to choose from. You will be very excited to come and you all will love it:) its a 10/10 for me.

This is my 1st time at Stanton optical and I am impressed I spent an hour with Martha ,and Lily came up and helped also. My appointment was at 10:10 on August 3, 2021 and was acknowledged immediately as I walked in. I had to complete 6 pages of questions, some of which, if you couldn’t remember, you were forced to make up something in order to move on. After that I was examined in a virtual meeting by a doctor. Next I was assisted in picking out frames with a wonderful person who really knew her job. I was in and out of Stanton Optical in an hour with my glasses to be ready in one hour. I picked them up later and they were perfect. It was easy and pleasant. My past doctor took about 3 hours for the exam and then I had to wait weeks for my glasses. All in all, I would totally recommend Stanton Optical for your optical needs.

The manager is is absolutely AMAZING!! She took the time to really get to know my daughter. She was so patient. I’ve never been more happy with the customer service. My daughter’s glasses were broken and I was worried it would be days before we were able to pick up the replacement. They were ready the same day.. 40 mins!!! Amazing! Thank you guys!!❤️💋

Stanton Optical is a welcoming, friendly place. They are efficient, but careful in their work. It is our first time there and Martha was very detailed and explained everything to our understanding. They have a great selection of frames and are very helpful.

I would like to rate my experience highly, however I cannot. Anyone who hasnt received their contacts within 3 weeks would absolutely feel negative about this. I went to the store to receive poor customer service, I am awaiting a delivery and still nothing. Ive had to call their customer service and they try to contact this store and they claim that they are too busy to answer. Take your time, and service elsewhere. I would rate 0 stars if I could because Im going on week 4 without my contacts. An entire month, and they still havent shipped the contacts? Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional.

There is a young lady there by the name of Karlee that is an absolute joy to work with. She understands customer service. She listens, which is an art, she also looks out for your best interest as far as how much money youre spending and how to maximize your insurance benefits. Really really appreciated her service. She needs a raise and a promotion to Manager! Seriously!

Terrible place to get your eye exam. Been over 2 week and still havent received my prescription. I feel my prescription is being delayed due to the fact I will not buy their product. I only need a quick prescription and this place was the only Dr available for my need. well, 2 weeks later and still no prescription. I do not recommend.Update: still waiting on the prescription. For some reason this place wont give you the prescription until after wearing their trial pair of contacts. This place is a joke, I do not recommend this place.

I would not recommend any of my friends to ever visit Stanton. I felt rushed through my eye exam. The test for near vision, the optometrist barely gave me few seconds. She didnt test eyes separately like they do for distant vision test and gave me prescription for both eyes. I was told $30 for eye exam when I called the call center to book an appointment and at the store I was charged $45. The sales staff was super aggressive and pressurized me in buying glasses from them. The attitude at Stanton is strictly to sell sell sell without any consideration for the well being of the customer.

They was really sweet helped me find glasses

I came in to Stanton optical with 1 pair of glasses missing an arm on my frame and another pair lost. Lily and Jason were able to help me out get 2 pairs of glasses and lens with ease. Even though I was out on my warranty, I’d highly recommend coming in and asking for their help to get your eyes right !

The entire team was so nice and helpful. Especially Ariana for the great service. She also gave a tip on a good taco truck and that was a bonus. It did end up taking more than hour for a walk-in but it was worth the trip.

The whole visit was very pleasant. Derrick was a great person to work with.He informed us of every step along the way. He is a great people person. Every store needs a Derrick!

Kind of takes awhile to do even with an appointment, but if you dont have any other plans the staff is very friendly and even better the prices are the best. Highly recommend this place. I dont mind one bit waiting for care whether it be medical, dentistry, car, etc....so the almost 2 hour total process for exam and choosing glasses even with an appointment was not really high on my list. I will be definitely going again with an appointment again.

If I could give this place zero starts I would. The manager Lily very is unprofessional. Mistreats customers and her own staff. I’ve heard the way she talks to people. Never going back to this place I didn’t even purchase because of the way she was acting I paid for my exam and left to fill it somewhere else. If it weren’t for the way The manager was acting towards her staff I would have been a happy customer. Stanton optical needs to really look into the store management team of this location. Poor girls working there getting harassed by someone who’s supposed to guide them. No wonder they always need people, nobody can take the attitude and hostility of this manager.

A few months ago I came to this location and Karlee helped me get two pair of glasses I adore. Just last month they started feeling a little wobbly and off I took them in and thankfully got Karlee to help me out again! She was able to get them adjusted super quick and the fit like they did when I first got them. Her customer service is great and shes just a gem to be around!

They tried to double charge for an insurance covered eye exam. They are over scheduled, under staffed and under trained. The A/C is broken and the place is dirty. No real covid protocol as many people walked around without a mask and all the glasses are being touched and not disinfected. Would not recommend at all.

Good customer service. Eye exam is done very quickly via video conference, nobody in person, which isnt good or bad, just different. The biggest complaint I have is the store is FILTHY. Numerous really bad carpet stains throughout that appear to never been cleaned. Smears and finger prints everywhere including mirrors and many pairs of sample glasses. Paper trash laying on the floor in corners. In the area where you pick up your glasses there was lense laying on the ground and employees were simply walking around it. Happy with my glasses but wont be returning because of the uncleanness.

The association lizvette was vey helpful and gave me a good price for what I need for my prescription.
