Juanna was the bomb, no pain! Thats the best! Very short wait, extremely happy.It was a super easy process. Went to kiosk put in my phone number. I was then checked in. They got my insurance card, made a copy and took me right back. So easy. So quick.

I use this place personally and for work. I love the staff here. Friendly and quick. Best quest in town.

Was in and out without any delays. Everyone from the receptionists and phlebotomists were very friendly, courteous, and professional.

The recording says they will be happy to call the doctor if the doctors order hasnt yet been faxed or received. I went four times over the next couple days, double-checked at least twice with the doctors office to see if it was faxed correctly, and the call the doctor SERVICE was NOT OFFERED at all. Instead, I went to the doctors office, retrieved a copy of the order, and brought it back. They assured me the lab would be taken and processed correctly, however, they LOST THE ORDER and the specimen.

The receptionist Steph is rude & demanding and is in violation of equal access Federal & State laws. I am considering filing a federal lawsuit against her and the company.

They used tp be good but ever since the Covid hysteria hit they have turned all goofy with fear-based mask madness, and harassing customers such as myself with real medical exemptions when they know or should know by now that masks have no effect on the spread of this fictional virus.I hate wearing a muzzle. Im well and represent no risk of spread of infection. Studies have proven that asymptomatic transmission is scientifically unfounded. Removal of all the chairs and making everyoen sit with clown masks on is deeply discomforting. So-called social distancing is merely made up without any scientific support. The receptionist was wearing a plastic visor as if this were a HazMat site, and barked at me when my mask fell below my nose. There is absolutely nothing to fear and this atmosphere of regimentation and fear is deeply disturbing to customers.

Great place to get all your test done at fast and the staff is awesome

Had to take my 2 1/2 yr old for a blood draw and I’m always so nervous because not many phlebotomists are really comfortable or experienced with small kids. This lab was busy and we didn’t have an appointment, due to being sent over from the doctor’s office, but the wait went so quickly. I was surprised! These phlebotomists were prepared for a lot of people and worked efficiently and were kind. I will come back here next time!

We always make an appointment and the employees are almost always nice and you get in and out very quickly WITH AN APPOINTMENT!! EVERYONE SHOULD MAKE APPOINTMENTS to keep from having crowds and having to social distance yourself. My husband is a heart transplant survivor so we need to be extremely careful about getting him sick. PLEASE WEAR A MASK...

Love the fact even when I do a walk in they are nice, friendly and quick. Have always came here early morning and its fast.

This is my 2nd visit in one week. I came in on a weds at 9:45am waited and which was fine. I never was seen, I had to be at work at 11:15 . Not enough time. The receptionist that sits on the right side was short and rude with me when I asked in the beginning at 9:45 how long the wait is. The 2nd time which is today I checked in. Waited over an hour and the place emptied so I walk in and asked how much longer. The receptionist on the left by window told me that they called me. NO THEY DID NOT. I have no missed calls or text. ( I had to wait in my car so I used my phone as my contact)I asked what time they called and she said she could not tell me but the called. Frustrating. Just be honest, dont lie. I know they did not call my phone. They just make themselves look bad. Unprofessional. Low class

I just left this office with my husband. The girls are rude, they shout out your name in a unfriendly tone. Weve been here before, and have always been given courteous service, which made this office my favorite one to visit. I guess these two working today just didnt want to be there. The receptionist mentioned that she works at the Clovis office. Why she mentioned it is unknown. I need to make sure these two arent working there next time I need lab work.

Walked in this morning 5/23/2020 to get some info about a lab test I need and the receptionist who sits near the window on the left side of the reception desk was so rude she quickly tried to direct me to “sign in” I told her I just wanted to ask some questions about a test I need. She was so unhelpful and rude, every question I asked she would reply with you can do that online or call our 800 number.I dont even know why that woman is employed here she knows nothing. I should of read the reviews before I wasted my Saturday morning going over there. I’ll book my appointment else where and you should too.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. i also would not recommend this company. there is no way to get some one on the phone to ask if you need to fast or not unless you say your a PROVIDER which is B.S. then their tech lie to you about when your test results should be in. which im still waiting for over 6 days for a doctors appointment i have in an hour. still no results. even if you message them or do a Manuel request the go ignored.

Useless phone service, they never answer, just the automated voice response and offers no prices or appointment scheduled

These people were awesome! I was amazed how fast they were getting patients in and out. My paperwork was confusing and complicated and they were really nice about figuring it all out! Highly recommend!

This Quest location is the cleanest, friendliest lab I think Ive ever been to. I walked in at about 2:30 & I was the only patient there. Quick & easy self check-in. The phlebotomist was so nice, very thorough & PAINLESS! All said, I was in & out in about 20 mins. I realize mornings will be busier due to patients who need to fast & want to get it done early, so the fact that you can schedule an appointment online is a big plus. This is the only lab Ill go to from now on.

The place is clean, the service is great and so was my overall experience. I walked in, handed my paperwork, checked in and waited. I was helped right away and on top of that, the bathroom is very clean.

Usually a great experience here. They work quickly and Ive never waited more than 5-10 minutes and that was without an appointment. I do recommend appointments though. One time I went there, it was swamped but I left. I came back another day and there was no wait. The staff is friendly and listens if I tell them Im uncomfortable with anything, like the needle pain. This location is clean and is the only Quest Diagnostics that I go to now.

They need the Doctors order to draw blood. I think theyre great. People who dont work in the medical field, might have a difficult time understanding why things are declined by the phlebotomist, if theyre telling you something can not be accepted. I drop off blood here all the time and theyre great

The female receptionist on 3/10/2018 was not nice....she is probably doing her job correctly but she didnt make me feel welcomed. She dealt with me like I am begging her. Usually when somebody deals with me like that I will not come back.

Facility is what it is...has a local clinic feel. Beyond that, AM appointment is the way to go. Arrived 9:10 for my 9:15 appt, and now Im writing this review at 9:28! Youll never get the same tech twice (probably), but Ashley was a gem!!

My husband was given a hard time cause he didnt have an order even though he specified the doctor did it over the computer. They kept him waiting to the point that they almost made me late to work waiting on him to get back home. Thanks for nothing and get ur heads out of ur asses. People have lives!

Its very clean but there is one female who is a part of the staff and shes up front talking loudly about her personal life like there is no one around at least save that chit chat for your break or after work. Thats very unprofessional to me.

Made an appointment, had to wait 22 minutes before giving up. Google maps is misdirecting people and their office knows it. Had to reschedule elsewhere and fast again. Tough when your on chronic medications.

I had two orders. One if them i had a picture of the order and my husband was on his way bringing in. They wouldnt work with me. She refused to draw the tube needed for lab request that was on the way. Good customer service would try and work with the customer. I asked if she could just draw the extra tube needed and if my husband didnt get here she could toss that tube. Nope made me wait another 15 minutes after he arrived with the order. So very frustrating that they cant use their brain and make it easier on the customer. I ended up being there for an hour and frustrated for all of that time. Quest you need to teach your phlebotomist customer service!

Terrible. Came in mid-morning and now Ive been waiting for nearly 2 hours because the only have one person working now. Everyone else went home before noon. There are at least 20 people in the waiting room...
