Made on line appts for me and my adult son who has a brain injury. When it was our turn the front office woman was very nice. I explained we would need to go in together due to his brain injury he would wonder off outside looking for me. She said no problem come on through the door and she had both of our blood drawn and out the door in 3 minutes. I found her to be very professional, did a perfect draw and she had a nice attitude. Waiting area could use a paint job but we just stood outside till it was our turn which only took a couple of minutes.

They should be wearing name tags. The female person at the front desk is RUDE! Thats the nicest thing I can say about her! She needs to find another place to work where there is no contact with other humans! She took blood from my teenaged son and caused him pain! If I knew it was on purpose Id call the police! No one will answer the phone there either. Supervisor needs to know!

Made my appointment online the night before, they checked me in, called me back, did my bloodwork & urinalysis all within 10mins. You can use your phone to check in that you’ve arrived & they send you a text letting you know they’re ready for you. This was the easiest & fastest appt. I’ve ever had. The guy was nice and right to the point, did a great job taking my blood.

Been to a lot of labcorp places and this always goes smoothly even with my complicated medical needs. The woman at the front desk is very serious and such but the girls and the guys in the back are always prompt and double check my medical information. Also very stern on HIPPA privacy. I have rolling veins and chronic dehydration and these flobotomists are always able to find a vein on first stick (doesnt happen at other locations). I applaud this lab for professionalism and promptness. The many times Ive been here the only thing that upsets me is the fact they havent enforced masks for patients (unmasked staff is vaccinated and Im fine with that). I would like to see a cleaner waiting area but it seems draw stations are clean.

I went in today for a 3HR Glucose Test for my pregnancy and the front desk lady (couldn’t get her name because of NO name tag and wearing NO mask) just quickly overlooked my blood work order and gave me the glucose solution to drink. I drank it and was on my way out to my car to wait. I immediately got a call on my way out and they asked me to come back in to talk. The front desk lady takes me to the back and had the audacity to BLAME ME for HER MISTAKE. She told me that “I was rushing her and that I was in a hurry” so that’s why she didn’t give me the correct glucose solution and didn’t go forth with the CORRECT procedure (they have to draw my blood first and then give me the correct solution for the 3HR test). I was livid that she was trying to blame me for a mistake she made. Seems like someone CAN’T do their job right and it was literally 7AM, they just opened. Anyway, I told her that I NEVER said I was in a rush and that it LITERALLY SAID ON THE BLOOD WORK ORDER AT THE BOTTOM: 3HR GLUCOSE TEST, she just had to take literally 5 seconds to look and know what exactly I was there for. Long story short, I have to go back in and redo this. She literally kills the vibe of this place. Poor customer service and does not care about you and frankly, seems like she doesn’t even care about her own work. Lab Corps HR should really reconsider having her on the job.

I have gone to LabCorp every other week-for 3 years. I Love Rose! Rose works in the Fresno Street LabCorp office I Fresno, CA. She is always kind, compassionate and very efficient. My veins are hard to find-but she never complains and her blood draws never hurt!! She has decorated the office (with her own decorations) that make my visits cheerful and happy. As a chronically ill person, I appreciate everything Rose does to make my life brighter!!

Rude woman at the front desk. I didnt get her name but see others in the reviews that day the same thing. Waited outside for social distancing purposes for 15 minutes .. the sign said if there were six people in the lobby to wait outside I did so right in front of the door so I was seen .. when someone left I walked inside and immediately began to get scolded. Lady didnt even give me a chance to speak. If you dont like your job find a new one.

Super nice and professional employees. I did my blood test here and I didn’t feel any pain at all. It’s easy to check in too and it’s not a long wait. It probably took me only 20 mins even though there’s 6 people ahead of me. I really recommend this LabCorp location.

I do not recommend this place at all. Not helpful, poor attitude, rude, and dirty rooms. Techs were not practicing distancing or decent sanitation. When I finally got to talk to someone they didnt wear a mask but i had to. When I arrived there were 3 people in the waiting room. 45 min later there was 2. If anything give Rose a lesson in humanity and manners but after reading the reviews sounds like maybe a new job might be best. Also grab a sponge and wipe something down. (Im being polite.)

The Hispanic lady in the front desk was rude. She seems frustrated and annoyed when she asked for my insurance # from my employer, and I told her I dont have my insurance # that supposedly emailed to me. Rolling her eyes at me was not necessary. I will never go back to that place! I felt sorry with the guy worked next to her who was really nice and patience with me, he help looked me up if i was in the system.

Got blood work done here , such a great place it was fast and the employees were absolutely amazing 10/10 would recommend coming here for lab work

Spent over 2 hours driving to each location because none of the 6 locations would answer their phones. All 6 ended up being closed either because of COVID or closed by the time I arrived. If the office would answer their phones, I wouldn’t be leaving this review. Huge waste of time. Terrible service. If I could give negative stars I would. -5/5.

This place is the absolute worst. The lady at the front desk with black hair and glasses was the rudest person i have ever met. I signed in as I was supposed to and the waiting room was filled past capacity because of COVID, so I went to wait in my car for an hour and came back because i did not receive a phone call like it said i would when signing in.They said they called me awhile ago, but didn’t bother to call my cell phone. She was extremely rude and she deserves to be fired.

Went in for a urine and blood work check up , it was quick and easy and the lady was very helpful through a stressful situation

I went here to do an employer drug test very recently and I was both disappointed but then pleased. Heres why: The Hispanic lady that was at the desk really didnt want to be bothered when she saw that I was having trouble checking in at the kiosk. I even went up to her TWICE to ask her questions about how to check in. She didnt care. BUT THEN, the sweetest young man came from the back and helped me finish the check in process so that he could begin my drug screening. The rest of the visit was good and I was in and out. I am pretty sure the other bad reviews came from people that were also treated poorly by the lady I mentioned that didnt want to be bothered.

Worst customer service ever and the fact thats its covid they are allowing everyone to come in and be in here, they arent practicing social distancing at all and I just have to say again that the customer service is absolutely terrible... if you want a job in customer service then you need to atleast provide customer service.... this place is terrible... and im 8 1/2 months pregnant!!!!! I will never come here again

Great area. Pretty hidden but it is between Sierra and Bullard. They have a lot of clients in the mid day so it is highly recommend to go early in the morning or later in the afternoon. Be sure to always have your health insurance cards, lab order/papers, and/or other forms. Be sure to sign in and let them know if you have an appointment or not. They are usually really fast.

The staff is horrible, do NOT go here. The technician, Rose Canero, was unprofessional, aggressive and discriminatory. I discreetly told Rose that the patient (my daughter) does not go by her legal name and that she goes by a preferred name because she is transgender. This request made Rose visibly angry and she refused to respect the patients preferred name. She repeatedly used her legal name. I corrected her again about the patients name and Rose stood up and SLAMMED the glass window at the check-in desk and walked away! She then went to the back to the office and loudly discussed this situation to her coworker and I could overhear her all the way from the lobby. I cannot even begin to express how unprofessional this was. Rose should be fired! Hostility and mistreatment of transgender patients is a violation of section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act. I do not usually feel compelled to write reviews but I wrote this one in hopes of preventing other trans folks (or anyone else) from experiencing this level of disrespect. THIS PLACE IS NOT TRANS FRIENDLY. I am so disappointed that a healthcare provider could be this insensitive. Why do we continue to employee people in healthcare who clearly dont care about vulnerable communities?If you dont believe me read the other reviews! It seems many other people have had awful experiences here as well.

My mother had her lab drawn yesterday and was put in tears after she left the place. The phlebotomist was very rude and unprofessional. She had walked in before their lunch and was treated with disrespect. The lady first of all turned off all the lights while my father was sitting in the waiting room waiting. She had asked my mother to give a sample and stood behind the bathroom door as she walked out she said she does not have all day and to hurry because it’s close to her lunch. While she drew her lab she gave her another spiel of how she’s took most of her lunch time. I can’t believe all these bad reviews and no one is doing anything about this. The phlebotomist that worked yesterday 10/7/19 before 11:30 am should seriously be terminated. I expect a call from the corporate office by tomorrow otherwise we will handle this another way. No one deserves to leave a clinic in tears by the way they wore treated.

I usually like going to this lap corp location and never had any problem. Today i had a very bad experience. One of the staff was very rude. I had a glucose test taken today and she told me that they will be calling me in at 9:05 A.M and i told her ok thank you very much. As the time came and im waiting with my son, they had called someone in before me and the staff member had call me in right after she was done with that person. She told me in a rude tone that my time had passed and why didnt i say or tell them? In my head i didnt want to say anything back because i didnt want the staff to be upset with me because she already seemed upset as is, not only that shes going to draw my blood so i was afraid she might not do a good job. so i kept my comment to myself. i wanted to tell her why is it my job to let you guys know when im supposed to be called to the back?Arent you suppose to call me in?Not only that, it wouldnt matter because you guys had called someone in before me . She was very frustrated and in a rush . she didnt alert me when she wanted to put the needle in my arm. She just did a very fast job and not only that when she had wrapped my arm,she wrapped it very tight. I hope anyone else doesnt go through what i did. I hope they work on their customers skills more.

The woman working here spent 20+ minutes trying to find a way to get someone without their insurance card to get accepted in the system while there was a long line of people waiting. either send the customer home to get their card, or serve customers who wont take so long. she wasnt even nice about the situation, just rude.

First experience with this office was good no problems at all staff was nice and it didnt take long for my pregnant wife to get her blood work but this rating is based on my most recent visit about a month ago. When we showed up no one was at the front desk so my wife signed in through the kiosk they have there as usual. We then waited at the front desk for a couple minutes wondering if there was any staff at all working but then we heard two ladies laughing so we peaked a little through the desk screen they have and my wife saw them watching tv and caught their attention by saying hello a little loud but not yelling she said she recognized it was Netflix when they paused it. I dont know their names but it was sometime around 2-3 PM and they acted like we were interrupting them or something and werent very courteous. They rushed my wife through the whole process she said and we left. Fast forward three weeks and we get a letter stating all of her blood work taken from this visit could not be read because the samples were either mislabeled, contimated, or spoiled and my wife was already 20 weeks pregnant so there was no time to get blood drawn again due to specific time periods related to the pregnancy. I can only speculate that this happened due to the employees that withdrew my wifes blood samples who seemed more concerned with watching netflix and rushing her through the process. My advice to anyone else is try a different Labcorp.

The people here were so mean to me . i was litterally crying and starving from fasting almost six months preagnant, and they just said oh well you shouldnt have waited so long, i have anxiety, i dont know how to drive, i had to pay to come here and they were trying to turn me away , had it not been for my obgyn suggesting i drink the grose drink and weight outside the hour (while they took lunch) i would have never gotten my labs done i will never come here again.

Make an appt unless you have the Day to wait for lab draws!!! Phlebotomist is great and she knows what she is doing but this lab is chronically under staffed!!! This company needs to be investigated for over working employees. Hey LabCorps, increase staff at this facility!!! People are walking out, are ill, dont have hours to wait and if I return and see this same issue I will find another lab!!! People before profits!!!!!!!

Was 3 minutes late and wouldnt do my blood test. Have no idea why they list their address on Fresno St. But its NOT! Otherwise I wouldnt have been late. You will save yourself a lot of confusion if you turn West On Escalon (off Fresno St.), then left on Thesta St. and Lab Corp will be on your left, you can park in their parking lot. Otherwise you will be searching through a bunch of Drs. offices. They should just say Thesta St & Escalon.

Apparently drug screens are only until 10:30 & dont start again until 12:30. No where is this indicated on website or at location. I was 17 minutes too late due to the crappy parking situation.

Great staff they are super multifaceted, that impressed me a lot,! They do their best to handle all the hassles ex: dr handwriting, wrong paperwork, INSURANCES (Always a pain), etc, etc, etc... Really Happy with all this multifaceted and wrong appreciating hard workers
