Walking in, staff at the desk are extremely rude and short with anyone and everyone coming in. If you don’t like your job, maybe find another one.The woman who drew my blood was EXTREMELY nice and informative.Maybe some new secretaries.

My mum has dementia and I need to confirm that the doctor orders Have been received via fax and in the system already. It would be extremely difficult to manage if we got to the lab and no orders are in place. I have been calling since 830 this morning To try to confirm before bringing her out and no one is picking up. My recommendation is if you have any important questions regarding lab orders call when they open or they wont be able to answer. Sandra was extremely helpful!

Have had good experiences here. Closes at 4:00pm, but is open at 6:30am, so stopping by before work is easy. Convenient location and never seems very busy. Biggest drawback is that they are not open weekends.

The staff was friendly and the draw went fine, however the staff was not AT ALL safe in regards to COVID 19. The check in screen was dirty. I was handed a glucose drink from a staff member with dirty hands - she had just handled my insurance card and other office equipment, all without gloves or sanitizing. When I was drawn, the staff member handled the draw suppplies without gloves, then put gloves on, then handled the office equipment again, then came back to do the draw. I asked her to change gloves, and she did without an issue, but I don’t feel I should have had to ask. I left very upset hoping I hadn’t been put in danger, especially dealing with a high risk pregnancy. The utmost care and caution should be taken for patients, especially in a high turnover medical setting. I would never recommend this lab to anyone.

They made us wait over an hr just to tell us we had to gobto a different lab!! They should have told us from the beginning!! No apologies nothing... my grandmother was fasting and she was starving by the time we were asked to go elsewhere!!

This is a very convenient location because they open at 6:30 a.m. but they do close by 4 pm. The staff is very friendly and always kind helping everybody with their labs. Be sure to call ahead if youre not sure they have your paperwork and if you have your paperwork with you make sure you dont forget it because you will have to call your office and fax it to them or go back home and get your information.

QUEST Diagnostics on Hearndon and N. West street is my local Quest. Appointments are so easy to make online. I am always treated very nicely. Appointments are not needed, I have to get blood work every 2-3Months. I like this Quest.Thank you to the staff for making a Blood Draw so quick and painless.

I cannot reach a human when I call. This can be a big problem when you are disabled with 2 disabled kids. Otherwise, no complaints about office staff or the people that draw blood. They are all very courteous.

Easy to find, right behind the Walgreens. Sparse but serviceable. No lobby/desk clock...thats a $10 fix from Walmart ;)

Rude, rude, rude staff!! Bunch of high school graduate phlebotomists who think they are something special. The attitude of the lead there is unbelievable. Nothing but a bunch of female politics in this place. Their gossip needs to stay in the lunchroom.

The unit has a problem with record keeping. The promise of online lab results is too much for Quest to handle since they seem to lose track of results.

No way to talk to a human. Rude people in general - they arent the only lab in town.

I suggest you get A more efficient person to run the front desk It might even save you money also save A few patients anger /
