If I could give them a zero I would. The gentleman if that is what you can could call him was extremely rude. I waited 10 minutes at the lobby desk for someone to come out. And when he finally did he was still eating his lunch. When I explained to him that I was there in regards to a bill he ignored me and started helping the customer behind me. When I addressed it with him, he stated Look maam I am multi tasking. He didnt even address me and continued to say that they were understaffed. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he said there were none on staff but that I could call and proceeded to tell me I was making other people uncomfortable . Very condescending individual. Should not be in a position of service.

The lady in the front so much attitude for no reason

Havent always had the best experience with Quest, and this was our first time going to this location. We went to get a test done for our newborn, but Rachel did a phenomenal job taking care of us and our little one. So we wanted to personally thank her for caring for our little guy. This will be our Quest of preference.

The staff here are the best my family have encountered at a Lab Quest. They are friendly, helpful and excellent at drawing blood. I usually have to get poked 3 times before someone gets it right! They did it on the first try!! My 15 year old son prefers for me to drive the extra way out to go here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I’m sending my hubby here also.

Google Maps directions to this Quest are useless (11/22/19). There is no entrance to the lab off of Herndon. Quest is to the left of The Womens Health Pavilion. Enter from the cul de sac at the end of Recreation just South of the intersection of Fir & Recreation.Staff is great, registration is easy, and I only had a short wait even though I did not have an appointment.

This location is very secluded but it is very friendly with a great staff. Normally in the afternoon they only have one or two people working so expect a weight if you see enough people. They open at 7:30 a.m. and close by 4:30 p.m. be sure to call ahead if you need to check how many people are are in the office.

I was shocked by the way they treat their customer. I went to pick a kit for kids stool test. The lady, Shania, just handed it to me without properly explaining what to do. She did not even said a word. Next morning, I brought it back and the other lady started to complain why i did not do what I was supposed to do and asked her coworker Shania if did she explained to me yesterday. She blatantly lied and said that she did explain. I spoke up and told No, you did no. She accused me of lying and told she does not want to argue.I have never seen such a pathetic customer service. I will never go there again.

Really nice employees and fast.

I have been to other Quest Diagnostics centers and never have I ever had to wait this long (an hour and 45 minutes)...with only 5 people on the list before mine (and each only taking about 3-5 minutes of actually being in the room then leaving). Quite ridiculous. Incredibly inefficient with time management.
