Laura was the only employee there this morning. There were about six people ahead of me and I thought I would be there a long time but I wasnt. Laura got everyone through pretty fast and she was very friendly to everyone. I want you to know what a good job Laura did by herself.

They say opened until 4 but yet they were closed before 4Would be nice if you put the correct hours of operation on website as well as voicemail

On a rare occasion I have had issues with Quest and their staff however, I have never been disappointed at this location. Victoria is the best! She is always professional, efficient and proficient, not to mention such a lovely human! Every staff member at this location has been a pleasure but, I mention Victoria individually because, I have been fortunate to have her take care of me almost every time I am there. She is timely, and PAINLESS. Thank Victoria! ✌️😊

Never thought I would rate this visit, but today I experienced a bad day.

I was very pleased with their services today because they were able to take my complicated order and help me out while their computers were down. I had previously gone to another location and they didn’t want to do the order for me because it would be too much work. Shawn or Sean (sorry) was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process and did not once complain which was very cool :)

Fast friendly service. Was greeted by a lovely girl named Inderpreet who also drew my labs. I hope I spelled that right. Very polite and a clean office. I do all my lab work here when possible. Almost no wait.

They have a lot of phlebotomists that are highly experienced and have been doing it for years. I personally have small deep veins and i am a super hard stick and i am happy to say here they only try once and get it every time and it doesnt even hurt! Not even a pinch (: this is the best office Ive been to and it is the only one now (: my mother in law has to get blood taken often because she has MS and she lives in kerman and she goes to this one as well because they are so good at what they do (:

Theres a lot of Quests in Fresberg... I recommend this one, have heard some great accounts from other Med. Folk, and they have turned out to be true.Very Effiecent, Very Personable, Very Professional, did a great job.Go Here...
