The employees are wonderful i always get a great laugh with them. The reason you go is to pee in the cup. So if they were rude to you trust me you were rude to them first. They always smile, very fast process if you actually pee in the cup

NEVER AGAIN ! This was my FIRST TIME HERE AND THEY TREATED ME DISRESPECTFUL! They were not helpful at all there was an old lady and man with a little pony tail... they are very rude

Very very rude I called to ask for hours and the man I spoke too was not helpful at all and was very rude and was talking to me as if I was a child or like I was just stupid. I hung up and called again and then a woman answered and she too was super rude. Date is 12/29/2020 rude miserable people.

Thre first time going is always the hardest. You have to drop your pants, raise your shirt, and spin in a circle. Then youre watched while you pee. After the first few times you get used to it and realize that these are just employees doing their job. Ive always been treated with respect. Im never uncomfortable, considering. My kids are welcome and also treated nicely. And Ive really grown to like the employees here. I love how they decorate for holidays here, making it feel more homey... aaand I love the fact that im treated like a human and not a user/tweaker. I definitely give averhealth 5/5 stars!
