Great staff, Were able to identify a problem encounter and fix it with the other issues while sitting on the chair. The Doctor decided to fix it. Service is outstanding and the personal excellent. First experience after the military dentists to civilian.

Finding a good dentist is no easy task, trust me I have been to numerous dentist offices in the past. But no one has ever treated me as good as Dr.Najafe and Dr.Farah have. They were super patient, honest and had a clear course of action that they throughly explained to me. Not to mention the clean office and the nicest staff I have ever seen, they truly are the best in the area!

Our family has been coming here for years for cleanings and routine visits. Recently our teenage son lost a tooth in an accident. Dentist met us at 9pm on a Saturday night to help stabilize the surrounding teeth. After sons follow up appointment, you cant even tell he lost the tooth. They take great care of their patients.

If you want a good dentist this is the place. Great staff and Doctors. I will recommend everyone I know to this Family Dentist.

My 16 year old daughter broke her two front teeth on a Saturday night. Of course she was traumatized because it was painful plus she is a 16 year old who broke her front teeth. Dr. Najafe and Lisa came in to help restore her smile. She felt calmed and well informed and reassured during her visit. The results were so beautiful, natural and most importantly got my daughter smiling, laughing and feeling like herself again!I wish I could post before and after pics here!

Dr. Najafe is simply THE BEST he has a gentle touch and a soft voice that puts you at ease. His assistants are awesome as well, sorry I dont know the name of the assistant who did my X-rays or who helped yesterday but they are both were wonderful.Before visiting your office it had probably been 7 years since I had gone to the dentist, my chart supports that lol, after my first visit here I realize going to the dentist should not be a traumatic experience IF you have the right people in your office. You guys truly are the best!!! Thank you and see you in 2 weeks.

This office has a wonderful dentist and many gentle staff members. They are always kind and show much patience as they know I am terrified of some procedures. I highly recommend a visit to this office for a great experience!

I needed a same day appointment after developing a toothache that was rapidly worsening. The practice fit me in for a morning appointment and I was seen by Dr. Najafe. Unfortunately, the news wasnt great, but Dr. Najafe provided me with a couple of treatment alternatives and presented the pros and cons for each one. We came up with a plan to manage the tooth problems until treatment begins.My husband, son and I have been treated by both dentists in this practice for years and we think very highly of them. Both Dr. Najafe and Dr. Farah are kind, gentle and skilled. Same for the rest of the team, from the hygienists and assistants to the front desk staff.

I visited this dental practice for a treatment plan on some teeth of mine that were chipped and broken. The Staff was very friendly and my recommended plan was very informative. The procedure to correct my dental issue was well explained. Based on my visit experience, I highly recommend Fredericksburg Family Dentistry!

I have had horrible experiences in the past with dentist and now have severe anxiety with just the thought of going. I was referred to this practice by a family member and am beyond amazed! From my first visit I made them aware of my fear and anxiety. Everyone from the receptionist to the Dentist have been so patient and accommodating. I still have anxiety with dental work but it is comforting to know when I get here I dont have to worry. There is a difference in being nice and being genuine. The staff here is so genuinely caring. I will never go to another practice.

I have a tiny mouth & an awful gag reflex, and I have had a few bad dentist experiences..... I have had a couple of procedures done with Dr. Najafe and find the whole staff & Dr. Najafe to be gentle and very conscientious! I will be a patient there for life! 🙂

Had my very first cavity filled here and it was done incorrectly. I was in a lot of pain for 3 weeks and I came back in to have someone look at it. The dentist said it needed to be redone and there would be no charge (I would hope not). I came in the next morning and when he was done, he told me that he hoped I never got another cavity because they would not fill it. Apparently, I was too nervous or anxious about having this work redone on this cavity. I have spent thousands of dollars at this dentists office. My entire family is seen here. I can guarantee that if everyone had a filling done like this, noone would ever get another one done again. Nearly all previous experiences with this office have been good. This was very insensitive and rude!

Excellent dental office!! Dr. Farah and his assistant Lisa did a great job repairing a filling on my front tooth. The hygenist Amy was gentle but thorough and my teeth look and feel amazing! I highly recommend this office!!

Dr. Farah is an excellent Dentist. I had couple of fillings and a crown done by him. He is very gentle. He also did my daughters braces. The office is clean and his staff are very kind. I highly recommend Dr. Farah.

I had anxiety which kept me from seeing a dentist for a long time. Had I known about this office I would have saved myself a lot of trouble. Dr Najafe, the hygienists, and staff are incredibly patient, caring, and professional. I honestly can not recommend this practice enough.

The dentists, hygienists and staff are wonderful. They are the best dentists Ive ever been to, and by far, the least pain Ive ever experienced with dental procedures and dental cleanings.

My husband and I had to change our dentist last year because of insurance purposes. FFD made this transition very easy by taking care of all the transfers. The staff is very friendly.
