All staff members are friendly, welcoming and ensure that you have a positive experience! The Fall Hill Avenue location is easy to get to and theres ample parking. Its close enough to where I live that when Im able I walk to my appointments.

The staff at Dr. Heresi’s office is the best I have ever experienced. They make you feel 100% comfortable, and go through all options and side effects of treatment so you can make complete informed decisions. They answer any questions you have, and make you feel validated! I love this staff so much!! They’re all so friendly and kind! I can’t thank you enough! 100% will be recommending to all of my family and friends!

I saw Mary a month ago and she is wonderful and took time to clean my teeth and made me feel comfortable coming to the dentist. Dr. Chaudhry & Wilma took care of my crown prep and will be placing my crown in a few weeks. I cant believe how well these 2 work together and how quickly I was seen. I would highly recommend this office for dental care. Compassionate staff!! The front office girls are amazing with handling my appointments and insurance. I will be back for future care!!

I’m normally not one to post a review, but this practice deserves a HUGE one ! They’ve accomplished a miracle with me. Always have made me feel comfortable and relaxed. When I first came in, I had really bad cavities, tooth decay, and needing lots of work done ! We are still not done with my treatment plane but we’ve come a long way from when I first walked in. Yesterday marked a very big milestone for me and not only was I overjoyed, but the staff was too. The entire practice is like family now, every time I come in, I get welcoming smiles, great conversation, and even better jokes and laughter. They’ve never once made me feel uncomfortable, but have eased my anxiety. I am scared of needles, and the noise the tools make, also the way my teeth looked the first day of me walking in. Also having very sensitive teeth & gums (which has significantly improved). Here’s a photo of me before I walked in to this practice and a photo of me walking out yesterday ! Words cannot express how overjoyed I am ! I truly have so much confidence in my smile that I thought I would never have !

Before I came to heresi dental I was miserable with my teeth, and my smile. After the first visit heresi dental identified the problem and after a few deep cleanings and a couple necessary teeth pulled due to my gum disease I have a new bridge that completes the smile I’ve been dreaming about for years. No complications whatsoever. I love it. 10/10 recommend

I came in for a tooth ache. They told me nothing and after looking at it just started injecting me with numbing solution for a tooth removal surgery I had no freaking warning to. I was never asked if I wanted to do it that day. THEN they gave me the consent to remove paperwork to sign like they gave me a choice. AFTER they made me wait AN HOUR AFTER when my appointment was supposed to be. They talked to me and asked me questions afterwards like I could even talk IMMEDIATELY after surgery like a bunch of inconsiderate idiots. I have two children I had to find last minute babysitters for! Pretty sure this was illegal!

I love this dentist office. I needed to get my autistic son into a dentist ASAP and these guys got me in same day even though he was a new patient. Everyone in the office is so nice, accommodating, and professional. I liked this office so much I set my whole family up to come here.

Very easy and convenient experience, got my wisdom teeth pulled and the doc knows exactly what he’s doing. Very experienced crew, my wisdom teeth process was very quick, my wait time was very short once I arrived at the office, and the process couldn’t have been easier. Called to check on me after, and I’m healing up really good, all throughout the process was so much easier and less painful than I expected from the stories I’ve heard from others about wisdom teeth extractions. Been going their for awhile now and would not recommend any other dentist. Good location. Great staff and great services. Of the 30 years I have lived here they are by far the best. Never had any problems with teeth cleaning or other dental services. Give them a chance and you will see what I mean.

I went to get prep for a crown but to my surprise the tooth was too decadent it had to be removed! I could only think the worst which was frightening!! Dr. Heresi assured me it would be nothing like I imagine. He was so Right! No pain numbing the area no pain with the procedure and most importantly it was done less than 5 minutes!! He said raise her up and I said are you done?? He say yes!! I was shocked!! Love Him!!

I absolutely love Dr. Heresi and his staff. Before going here I was so scared and had so much anxiety about going to the dentist. But after being with Dr. Heresi and his staff for the past few years I have been able to be more calm at the dentist. I totally trust him and his wonderful staff to take care of me while there. I can’t say enough good about Dr Heresi and his staff. I was referred by a friend with sensitive teeth who had told me how good his experience had been here. Dr Heresi made me feel comfortable before and during my wisdom teeth extraction that I had been putting off for far too long. Dr Heresi even called to check on me the night he removed my wisdom teeth.

I had two old crowns removed and will have them replaced with new ones. Last Friday the temporary crown cracked and a piece came off. There was no pain but made it hard to eat. I went back to the office and Dr Heresi replaced the old temporary crown with a new one. Took me right in and spent quite some time for the replacement. It was a pleasant experience as dental experiences go. Dr. Heresi and Adriana, his assistant, made sure that I was comfortable and that the new crown fit as it should. I go back in a couple of weeks to get the real crown. Quality dental care if you are looking for a dentist.

Dr. Matar did a very good job taking care of my family’s dental needs! The staff are very friendly and helpful. My FSA card didn’t come when it was suppose to, so they billed us until it came in and didn’t make us wait to get our sons procedure done!

Came here to get an extraction. I’m those type of people that are scared of going to the dentist btw and I told them. Also that I’m sorry if I can’t go through the process and if I couldn’t to just stop because I didn’t want to waste their time. BUT Dr. Carlos got a little upset and I could tell he didn’t even want to deal with me or even tried to calm me down and make me feel comfortable like I’ve read on other places. So he just recommended me to be put to sleep somewhere to get them extracted. I just felt like he didn’t even want to help me out. If you’re like me just don’t go. It’s like you’re just bugging him.

I bring my 8 year old here after having terrible experiences with koolsmiles. They are great with her and get us back on time. The staff is very friendly especially the front desk woman she remembers us no need to say who you are very personable. Dr heresi as well as his other dental staff at both locations are amazing. Would definitely recommend. Very convenient Saturday hours as well no need to miss school or work!
