I absolutely Love this Dentist and his Staff my Children have been going here for Years!!!! They have always been great with my busy schedule and getting all 4 of my children in at the same time. Treats you like family and not like a check. His staff has been with him for awhile and they do not seem to have high turn over in techs with is great because everyone knows you. I have recently gone for myself and i recommend anyone i can to go here!!!!!!!!!!

NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU ! I waited a month for my appointment time, had to find babysitting ( paid extra ) and took off work . my way to the clinic ( Im new to the area ) the phone navigation system got me lost as it stopped navigating by the Arbys right up the street from the doctor office and I had to get on the phone and, get directions from the receptionist to get to the office . All together put me 9 minutes behind . When I went in she said that the doctor, cant see you as you need to fill out the new patient paperwork . I said it was 9 minutes and informed her that I done the paper work online . Was told that , That was a covid 19 questionnaire ( the forms I filled online asked about my medical history and medications Im taking and more , that is a new patient form not covid19 questionnaire) . I got offered an appointment on the 31 ( couple of days shy from a month down the line ) . With all this said , the doctor had no one else at the clinic . I could of filled the paperwork fast and saw him . I mean what if I was slow writer and took 9 minutes extra filling the paperwork !?!?! Absolutely horrible!

Most honest dentist I’ve ever visited. The receptionist is also extremely warm and welcoming. We love everything about this practice. Lifelong customers for sure. I recommend them to everyone

I have been going to this office for approximately 10 years and have even had to use the office on the other side for braces for the step children I had in my life at one point. From my personal experience from DAY ONE, this office, the Dentist and all the staff have been outstanding! Ive never had a billing issue or pressured into unnecessary procedures at any time. This practice is just what its name implies Family Dentistry. I relocated further north and was pleased to see that there is an office in my area and that I do not need to find another outstanding Dentist. I like the one I have, Adam is GREAT! The staff is GREAT!

Came for my 3 year old. Not very kid friendly decor but my daughter regardless loved it. The dentist was very nice and made us feel comfortable. They were INCREDIBLY patient with my daughter and even had a prize box for good behavior. Great staff and doctors

I first went to this practice 10+ years ago because their office was next door to my primary care doc. I keep going because of their professionalism, knowledge, atmosphere of calm, kindness, and most importantly, Dr. Afsahis patience, skill, and ability to put his patients at ease, no matter what their age. With little to no staff turnover, you can count on Tira and Nicole being there to handle the paperwork, billing, scheduling, and so much more. Whether youre calling or walking in the front door, Tira greets you with a smile and compassion which carries through to the moment you walk out the door at the end of your appointment. Because of insurance, Ive been to a few other practices in Fredericksburg, but never more than once before I decided to pay out of pocket rather than see any other dentist. The prices are reasonable, sometimes less than my insurance deductible at other places, and the fee structure is straightforward, which Tira explains clearly, so you understand your options ensuring theres no surprises. I cant say enough about Fredericksburg Pediatric and Cosmetic Dentistry, I highly recommend this practice to everyone, pediatric and beyond, for the best overall dental care in Spotsylvania.

My children and I have been coming here for about 10 years now and I would definitely recommend this place. The dentist is honest about what work you need and doesnt try to push you to get unnecessary procedures. He gives me all the options for treatment and lets me decide which is best for me. Ive been to a few other dentists over the years but Ive had nothing but problems with them. This place doesnt overcharge and my bill is always what they say its going to be (Ive had other places send me unexpected bills following procedures). Both of the front desk ladies are great and have always walked me through billing and work before I have anything done. I also love that they have separate rooms so I can be in the room with my children when they have anything done, Ive been to a few places that wont allow the parents in the back. If you are looking for a dentist that is gentle with children and isnt overpriced I recommend this one.

I had postponed going back to the dentist for years due to a past bad experience (wisdom teeth/nerve damage). I was so scared to go but they were really nice. I am also taking my daughter here on Friday for her very first visit and I will feel okay coming back in 6 months. Thank you!!

I’m been going here for 4 years since the last time we move in the area. Dr. Afsahi and his team delivers the best care. He is honest, compassionate and do the cleaning himself. If not only because we’re moving again we would definitely love him to be our family dentist forever.

We love this office and have been coming here for about 4 years ! All 4 of my children actually enjoy going to the dentist now. Everyone is very friendly and Dr Asfahi is great at engaging the kids and letting them know exactly what he is doing in terms that they understand.

Came for my 3 year old needing dental care. I was very impressed with how good everyone was at engaging my son and helping him stay calm in what could be a very stressful experience. He is not the slightest bit afraid of going to the dentist now and talks about visits as if they are exciting parts to the day.

Being one of the few offices in the area that accept my insurance we took our son there. What struck me as odd was that one of the dentists was sitting in the reception office with his legs up on the desk as if he was at home......okay. Odd but I went on. There was one dentist there who did not have the same professional etiquette and was actually very nice, he seemed really out of place.The office in general is old and not very well kept. Unfortunately one of the dental hygienists had a very serious attitude issue with my 3 yr old child at the time because I wanted to give him his toy before the appointment started. She was very cruel to him and cold as she assisted the dentist. I cant tolerate that from anyone let alone from someone whose job it is to be friendly and ease children at the dentist.I complained to the head dentist, yes the guy who likes to kick his feet up and relax. He apologized and said he will talk to that women who was quite rude.Anyway if you want a clean, professional and friendly atmosphere this is not the place.

The best dentist ever! Its not everyday you can say its a pleasure to go to the dentist but for me and my family it truly is. Dr Afsahi is beyond passionate about what he does and hes staff is truly amazing!When I moved to Fredericksburg 3 years ago my family was in need of a good dentist. I found Dr. Afsahi online for my children but when I called to make the appointment I asked if he saw adults as well, to my surprise the young lady said yes! So being the great wife I am (lol), I made everyone an appointment and we made going to the dentist a family outing!!! (Little did I know I would have the worst report card! )I dont normally take the time to write reviews but after the amount of work I have had completed at Dr Afsahi office its the least I can do. If you are looking for a GREAT dentist you will not be disappointed, I dare you to make a family appointment!

Pull wrong tooth... Treat very bad.. My mom suffered alote....he did very bad.... Not good dentist....
