Just started using this dental office in 2021. Staff is very professional and courteous. Work done was very good.After being told “several times” that I had $2500.00 allowance with my insurance and that a list of dental work they showed me was fully covered by my dental insurance I said yes. This included an implant that I didn’t really want or need but they convinced me to get.Weeks later they send me a bill for a little over $1700.00.When I called about it the first thing I was told was a mistake was made by a girl who no longer worked there and I only had $1000.00 insurance allowance, not $2500.00. So they admitted “they” made a mistake, not me.This wouldn’t bother me so much if I had not asked about the allowance “every” time I was in the office. I was told $2500.00 every time.I have called and spoken to the office manager on 3 occasions and still no resolution. She always says she will talk to the owner and call me back. She has never called me back. I have waited about 3 weeks each time and I always have to call her.When I called on 23 Aug she offered me a 20% discount which I declined. I should not have to pay for their mistakes. I absolutely would not have gotten the implant if I had not been mislead several times about the allowance with my insurance.My last comment to the office manager was I am ready to go to court over this. She said she would “ call me back”. Lets see how long it takes!UPDATE:After waiting weeks with no response, again, I called and spoke to a “new” office manager. She was very cordial and friendly. We discussed my issue but the owner still thinks I should pay, but they did reduce it $800 now. Started at $2200. Went to $1700. Then 20% off that. Now they are saying roughly $800. I still refuse to pay due to being grossly mislead about my policy.Again, I am waiting for a response.

This dental office is very professional and diligent. They know what they are during, they do not have you in pain, and leave you sitting in a chair. They work with you until they are completely finished. They recommend you to the best Doctors, Preradontist, or wherever else you have to go, they refer you to the very best. The reason I gave this rating is because I do not like the way their teeth is made.

From the time that I arrived, until the end of my appointment, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Natalia (I hope I spelled her name right) even offered me a small pillow for my head so Id be more comfortable during my appointment! They explain everything in detail and answer any/all questions you may have. EVERYONE was so kind to me, which will make me a lifetime customer. Just came back from a routine checkup + cleaning. Super professional staff and everyone was super nice; answered all the questions I had and were attentive to my care. Highly recommend Advanced Dental Care of Fburg to anyone. Oh, and also they have a crazy good deal going on right now for new patients where scans + cleanup = $99. A poor heavy college debt student like me really appreciate that.

Went to 3 other places for my daughter...couldnt get work done because the “gas” never worked and one of the places wanted 1200 with my insurance! Every time I went if it was a week apart they would name off more and more cavities. I went to Advanced first and everything was fine but I had some places closer to me..I shouldnt have been so lazy and just stayed with them! After all the travel and prices that were crazy I went to see Dr. Jang and told him everything...he went over all worked that needed to me done in detail and the price for it was a 3rd of what I was told in Stafford...my daughter had her first visit and she loves Dr Jang I will not go anywhere else or use any other doctor.

Amazing amazing amazing! Went in scared to death and walked out with a root canal and treatment plan to fix my teeth. The entire staff were super friendly and the dentist and dental hygienist were phenomenal!

Isnt this Allen and Tatum? I lived in Virginia and seen them since the late 00s very friendly staff clean my teeth up nice and good throughout the years. sadly I no longer live in Virginia but if I ever move back to this area, Ill certainly see them again.

My whole family loves Advanced Dental!!! They have been so good to us over the years and are so friendly! They are no higher in price than any other dentist office. They are always willing to work with you based on your financial needs, which is a huge help! Both dentists are wonderful and over the few years I have been coming here, I have yet to have any sort of negative experience!

I had a tiny cavity and they drilled and it slipped my tooth is gagged on the top of the gum line the pain is intense and the female dentist is the one with blonde hair all the staff are nice but she doesnt know what she doing Im going somewhere else to try to fix my tooth I think they might have to pull it the condition its in dont go here unless u get another dentist

Love this place and both dintist are great. I went in with a lot of damaged to my mouth and jaw. No other dentist including a oral surgeon from this area would touch me. They removed the wisdom tooth and one other tooth that was causing issues. Im terrified of dentist however I will be going back here very happy everyone was so friendly. These dentist really care.

Dr.Arafa and staff are the best. Do to previous dental experience nightmares I had not visited a dental office for major dental work until the pain due to my filling falling out had become so severe that I had to seek help. During my visit X-rays revealed that I needed a root canal,the procedure was fast and pain free, I didn’t even feel the needle when it was time to numb the site.The dental staff and dentist eased my anxiety and fears. I would recommend this office to anyone needing dental work done. Thanks to Dr. Arafa magic hands and compassion, I have found my dental home.

Office staff nice and easy to deal with.

Please be warned - I went to see Dr. Arafa because I have been having tooth pain. He did some tests and x-rays and said tooth #4 needed a full root canal for $800. In sticker shock, I immediately called another dentist who Id never been to for a second opinion. Turns out, a filling I had in tooth #3 had cracked and fallen out. They showed me photos of it, and it was obvious to me and Im not a physician. I cant believe Dr. Arafa misdiagnosed something so obvious. All I needed was a new filling - in a completely different tooth! He wanted to do a root canal on a perfectly healthy tooth, and my pain would not have been solved. Its unbelievable. This experience leads me to believe he is motivated by money, and not helping patients. His hygienist was super kind, though.
