Dr Sara Ibrahim and Eliana were fantastic. They kept me informed throughout the procedure, made sure I was comfortable and reassured. The office staff went above and beyond as well to help with finances. I HIGHLY recommend Dental One associates and especially Dr. Ibrahim and Eliana.

The office staff is very friendly and professional. My dentist is the best!! I hate going to the dentist , when I was younger I had the worse dentist and all I can remember is pain. Special shoutout to Dr. Obregon, Ms. Gisele my hygienist, all assistants involved, and of course all of the ladies up front.A few months ago, realizing my molar that I neglected finally gave way and was causing some SERIOUS discomfort, I was in a pinch. After moving to Tappahannock recently, I decided that having a dentist closer by would be nice, but its very country out here and out of the 7 practices I called as an emergency, Dental One associates welcomed me with opens arms, and fast. Granted its an hour drive from my house now, it is worth every minute.Some more back story is that Ive failed to go to the dentist for the past 3 years or so. With that said, when I needed to get fitted for the crown, my gums were so swollen that we needed to allow those to contract and ultimately heal the affected area before they could do anything with it. As you can imagine, the rest of my mouth didnt look great either. To fast forward a bit, my crown is now finalized, deep cleaning finalized (several sessions lol), and now I just have a few more fillings in a couple weeks along with a check up on my cleaning progress. Everybody was extremely helpful and encouraging during the process and encouraged to contact immediately should I have any issues between visits. I also wanted to point out specifically that any additional treatments that were advised, I generally would take and found all of them necessary. I say this because I take responsibility for the way my mouth looks, and also when I asked what things meant or why, they had no issues elaborating or educating me. There was even a point where a gingivectomy was supposed to take place; instead I come in and my gums healed so well that the gingivectomy was no longer required, consequently saving a bit of money.I will shamelessly write on here that the state of my mouth exceeded gingivitis, and with the help of Dental one associates they have not only restored my molar & rest of my mouth, but some more self-confidence. I believe my insurance is beginning to cap off after this adventure, but I would gladly pay the 100% if thats what needs to happen. I couldnt find the 6th star so apologies for only 5 😁Thanks again team!!

I went to Neibauer first, for my first dentist visit in 10 years, and was told I had a LOT of dental work I needed done. I figured that was probably right, but I couldnt afford it so I shopped around and went to Dental One for a second opinion/quote (they participated with a dental discount card I found online). I found out that nearly half of the work Neibauer told me I needed was incorrect, and it would cost less than half to get it all done. Dr. Ibrahim is so personable and the assistants were fantastic. I just got a root canal done and it was such a breeze. Im definitely a loyal patient now!

This is the worst dentist Ive ever experienced. The office could not file a correct dental claim on multiple occasions and after multiple errors I personally had to work with the insurance company to fix the errors from the Dental One office staff to get multiple claims processed. Then, the office continued to send me bills for work they had been paid for. Even after calling their billing office who agreed that they were incorrectly billing me, they continued to bill me and sent my bills to credit collection. The problem, according to them, was that they moved to a new billing agency who had old data. However, they never corrected this with their own billing agency. I had to take the time to dispute that on top of all the issues above which were all caused by their office staff. This went on for almost a year and took a major amount of time. Later, I received a notice that their systems have been hacked and the personnel information of my entire family has been stolen. As to the dental service itself, after we switched to a much better dentist (who does great work and we havent had a single billing problem) we were told some of the procedures recommended by dental one were not needed. I feel like Dental One was attempting to do procedures simply to make additional money. I would avoid this place at all costs. This is the most incompetent business I have ever dealt with.

Very good dental staff, but awful office staff. They had to cancel my appointment due to the hygienist being out and they did not appropriately notify me. They said they left a message at both my number and that was simply untrue. And there automated email alert didn’t notify me either. I drove an hour to be sent away. I won’t be going back.

A professionally organized and operated facility. Everyone I have encountered there, DDS to Hygenist to Office Assistant, has been highly proficient in their fields and client considerate. I highly recommend this firm.

I have very bad teeth. I have decided to have them extracted and replaced by dentures. The doctor tried to dissuade me from this course of action, but finally allowed my decision. I respect her immensely for how she has treated me so far. The e expected cost of the procedure is very reasonable. I chose this doctor because my wife recently had 3 teeth extracted by this doctor, and said the experience was the least traumatic of any dentist experience she has ever had.

Dental one was excellent with me I went in not in such good physical I need an 18-pack teeth pulled so I could get open heart surgery and they were wonderfulI have never been so thankful to a dentist office in all my life I got my teeth out. Being their new customer I thought itd take long time to check me in,it wasnt.They are fast and friendly.Dr.Sarah was straight to the point,explained what shed do and what to do afterwards.Pulling out wisdom tooth wasnt as scary as i thought itd be.Was able to follow her advice and few days later was able to fully chew using both sides.

My family had tried several other places and was unsatisfied with the service, but this place was awesome! Yesterday( 17 Dec 2020),On my first visit there for my semi-annual cleaning and general exam, after Didi took my temperature and I filled out a covid19 questionnaire, I only had to wait 5-7 minutes before I was called back to see my dentist Ms. Mina Jamesson. Not only was she extremly nice and gentle as possible, she went to the extra lengths to take extra x-rays( at no additional charge) and was able identified problems that I had long suspected but was overlooked by my prior dentist. She not only detailed a very comprehensive plan to get me to back to perfect in my follow up appointments, but she gave me excellent advice on different electronic toothbrushes and flossing options that would work best for my issues.Back at the front desk, Didi printed me a copy of the plan. She and Laura both kindly answered all my questions and went to great lengths to ensure that I understood everything I would need and broke down exactly what my insurance would pay for and what I would be responsible for at the end of each of my following visits. I felt very well taken cared of and comfortable and knowledgeable of what to expect for my future visits. Thank you Dental One Associates of Fredericksburg, Va!😊

The hygienist was excellent. Dr. was great but the price they gave me was outrageous. I went to Stafford Dentist and didnt need what they stated.The receptionist is just rude and dont listen at all. I will not be going back at all. First and last time.

The dentists in the office are just after $$$ and not the patients health. They recommend procedures that dont need to be done. The first dentist I saw at Dental One recommended I get a skin graft for my gums which are slightly receded (which I have had for 25 years with no problems). I got a second opinion from another dentist and he said my gums were fine. I went back to Dental One a year later for a cleaning (the hygienist there was good). They refused to clean my teeth saying I needed a $800 deep cleaning. I went back to the other dentist for a second opinion 6 months later and he said my teeth were pretty clean and definitely didnt need a deep cleaning.

I took my sister, who is disabled, to Dental One for an adjustment of her dentures. I want to give a shout out to Donna (Dental Hygienist), Kenyatta (front desk) and Dr. Obregon (DMD) all of whom treated my sister with care and respect. As I live out of state and my sister cannot drive, they went out of their way to make schedules work and overall gave great service.

The new hygienist Kayla is wonderful. Very thorough and has a great personality to keep you relaxed and comfortable during the appointment. The office is always good about booking appointments for my husband I for the same day so we only have to make one visit.

Best dentist I have ever been to. Dr Mohammed is very straight forward and nurses are awesome. Front desk staff does there best at making sure they can get you in when needed and taking care of your needs. Highly recommend them

Great practice! No wait time, quality, affordable. I wish I would have gotten the name of the nurse that attended to my husband this morning. He had a broken molar and other severe dental issues. The orthodontist side is amazing they get 5 stars. They do awesome work and take real pride in it. The dentist side is meh at best they get 2 stars. They need to use a different lab for crown making. We have been there twice to have the permanent crown placed and twice now it has not fit. Hopefully 3rd times a charm.

My Family and I have been going here for over 10 years as well as Ortho. We will not return due to the rude office manager who refused to listen to my explanation as to why the office wasn’t listed as our Primary Care Dentist. (The office needs to call my insurance to add us back, not sure why this even needed to be done because we’ve had the same insurance and same dentist forever but things happen, she refused to let me explain this to her. According to the insurance I am unable to add the office back because insurance says the office is not accepting any new patients so someone from the office had to call and add us back) She refused to let me explain and continued to talk over me. I told her that if she refuses to do it we can no longer come there and she responded with “ ok then” because of her and her alone we will no longer be coming to your office. She is not only rude but very very unprofessional and extremely lazy.

I hadnt been to the dentist since I was 11 years old, and I was terrified to go back. As soon as I walked in the office I was immediately at ease. Everyone I dealt with was absolutely wonderful and they really made me comfortable. They ended up pulling out a wisdom tooth and filling another one just to give me relief of my toothache. I wold recommend this office to anyone that wants a great experience.

I was very pleased with my recent visit. It was an easy check in and check out. I was seen on time and the dental hygienist was very thorough when she cleaned my teeth. Dr. Mohmmed was pleasant and professional as usual.

I was incredibly nervous about even calling a dentist as I had put it off too long and now was in pain. The very first person I spoke to on the phone helped me feel better by being so kind. Everyone I interacted with in this office continued to be so nice and professional including the front office staff, hygenists and the dentist. They really cared and repeatedly made major efforts to help me feel comfortable. They all did a very professional job and I am referring family and friends to them.

After more than 30 years with the same dentist I had been avoiding selecting a new practice. Dental One associates were professional and understanding with my apprehension. Now I am back on track to having great dental health.

Service is excellent.Only issue I had is being able to talk to a front associate by phone. The call went straight to a call back devise after several rings. Not only once but several times. Three employees sitting on the front desk every day and the phones is not being answered properly..

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Ahmad very nice and made me feel welcome. The x-ray experience was terrible. The worst I ever experienced. My mouth sore today. Either the x-ray or the mold experience - not sure but had to use ambersol and a pain killer. I was there quite a while and not sure if they realized it but I was left alone for long periods often. Not a good feeling. First visit. Lets see what happens next time.

Getting in contact with someone is horrible. Leave a voicemail and I never get a call back. I finally get in contact with someone about my bill, was told it was a mistake and told me not to worry about it everything was fixed, a month later I get the same bill with an extra charge on it. Tried calling about it and yet again, cant reach anyone and no call back. I had a really good experience with the staff everyone was friendly, but a huge issue with reaching someone!

Gave me the runaround when I had impacted wisdom teeth. Then sent me to a dental surgeon who demanded $750 before even speaking with me. I ended up leaving both practices in pain and had to go to a completely different establishment.

My last visit to a dentist was 2yrs ago and my experience was so bad that i didn’t want to even see another dentist.I am a new patient and was surprised with the care that the doctor and staff gave me from setting my first appointment and 2nd visit. From a warm welcome when walking thru their door to the Awesome care in the chair. This place is a joke! Dont make this place your go to dentist because of the stars . I thought it was great but it is the worst place I have been too. My first appointment was bad . It took them over a hour and a half for X-rays of my teeth and another 30 minutes waiting for the dentist to come in to say I have zero cavities and no gum problem. So they refured me to a oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth and told me to schedule an appointment for a routine cleaning . I scheduled it for a day off due to I work 12 hour days .I came in for my appointment early morning and they said I never had one that day after being scheduled for 2 weeks. So we rescheduled for a nother 2 week away . IIt was for 9am Saturday my only day off and said I was squeezed IIn due to the mix up . I arrived at the office at 830am and waited till 920amam . Little did I kknow they where not even open on the weekends like they told me they where . I will never go back . This is the second time they wasted my time. I live 35 minutes away as well . Find somewhere else ..

Staff is friendly; Dr. Amen explained the results of my x-rays thoroughly and addressed issues that need to be addressed in a clear, concise way that I easily understood. I am very glad I chose this dental practice for my needs.

It seems they changed dentists. My family and I went to the dentist for about 4 or 5 years with no problems. All of a sudden, we got a new dentist who found something wrong with each of us, i.e., cavities, moving/weak teeth, etc. And, of course, its always THOUSANDS of $$$ to fix - even with insurance...smh! We move to another dentist and, once again, get clean bills of health every 6 months!!! Get a second opinion of the dentists at Dental One suggest major, i.e., EXPENSIVE, dental work!!!

We went to this dentist for 10 years with no issues. It seems like they have recently changed management and the experience has gone downhill. Still dealing with a billing issue (that they swear is on their end, but they keep on sending me a bill). Ive moved on to a new dentist and couldnt be happier.

If I could warn just one person with this review, I would be very HAPPY. I wouldnt want anyone to experience this place if they dont have to. I give them one star because I appreciate that they keep up with technology by texting appointment times and reminders but everything after that is downhill and I mean EVERYTHING. The women who work the from desk are rude and uninviting and some of the doctors dont speak English very well so half the time you have no idea what they are talking about. If you have children who are not fans of the dentist RUN dont walk from this place. They would not allow me to sit with my child through her procedure because of patient privacywhich really means they are TOO CHEAP to provide walls separating each chair station or rooms for each patient. They also never provide a new toothbrush to patients during your visit or little prizes to children who have to deal with their non-child friendly atmosphere. No a toothbrush or small prize is not a reason to not take your child here but the whole experience adds up to unpleasant. We have moved on to another dentist.

I would never recommend dental one to nobody been almost 6 month still no temp teeth I want my money back that was paid for temp teeth I have neva got Im going somewhere else and jackie the manager is a liar she told my husband and me to our face that we would have a year to pay 800 dollars to carecredit with no interstitial I just found out today she only submitted it for 6 month what a liar and I want my money back.
