I have been to OrangeTwist 3x now for IPL. Delana is fantastic and so kind! She explained everything to me and was very informative about what to expect during and after the procedure. She took her time and didnt push products or treatments, which I appreciate! Compared to other places, the price is much better without sparing quality.I get hormonal acne and also use retin-a (prescription strength) and still have been struggling with my skin. I found that the IPL helps more and also doesnt cause the dreaded dryness. The main reason I tried IPL was for hyperpigmentation. I noticed significant results probably 1-2 weeks after my first IPL and have noticed even more improvements with the following two IPL treatments.

This facility is near my home, so I decided to give it a try. When I walked in, the space was very clean and bright. I work a few stores down from Orange Twist and I finally set up an appointment for the Hydrofacial...WOW. I’ve been doing facials wrong my whole life! The facial was amazing and left my skin so supple and hydrated (I mean, it is called a hydrofacial). It only takes 30 minutes, but the results are unlike any I’ve ever experienced. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, thank you Summer and Veronica for making my face ready for the wedding, I’ll be back soon!

First, I’d like to say Heather is very much in fact a talented injector. No doubt about that. She’s friendly and polite and her office is super nice. That said, here was my experience...First, I had decided that I wanted Vollure or Juvaderm Ultra for my lips, since it does last significantly longer, and both products are advertised on the Orange Twist website. She told me that my only option was Restalyne, and that they had stopped using Juvaderm, bc Juvaderm is more likely to cause hard knots essentially. I thought it was very strange that 2 days after my visit she had advertised a before/after on Instagram of another client saying “I used vollure to increase hydration and volume” 🤨 If you no longer use Vollure, why would you continue to advertise it..? And why is it still on the website? Why didn’t you give me that option, if you gave it to someone else the same week? First disappointment. 😕I also wanted the vast majority of my syringe to be used on my top lip. I asked if we could skip my bottom lip. She said the “ideal proportions” is 1 to 1.6. So, what I ended up getting was about 50:50. But, what i really wanted was 80:20 or even 90:10. So, second disappointment 🙁At the end of my appointment, I realized they weren’t as big as I had hoped. So I asked to come back to get a half syringe or .4 CC. She told me that “it doesn’t come in half a syringe” (not true) and that she “doesn’t do half a syringe” bc it isn’t “sanitary” hmmm. Ok. Well, that kind of stinks bc I’d like the option to come in occasionally for a touch up, and not pay $600 every time...third disappointment ☹️Anyway, after I left she told me she’d send my before and after pic. Well, I reminded her 5 days later. No reply. And a few days after that she sent it to me. Turn around time was about 7 days. Meh. 4th disappointment 😖So, when I went back a few weeks later to get my tear troughs done (I prepaid already at my lip appt), I noticed there was a little bit left in the syringe, which she wasn’t going to mention, (frankly if you pay $500 for something, I want every drop, and if there is any left over you should always.tell.the.client). So I asked about the leftover. She said there was .2 cc left ($100 worth). When I asked if we could use it elsewhere, and I didn’t want to waste it, she said agreed and said “its a girl rule not to ever waste filler” and “this wouldn’t normally be enough to save” (meaning for another client). Hmmm 🤥🧐 what? I thought you didn’t do that? 5th disappointment.After getting my tear troughs done I waited for her to text me the picture of my before and after, like she promised. Well, she never did. But I did just find it on her instagram, from 10 days ago... with a ton of likes and comments. Hmm. I guess posting to insta is more important than showing your actual client..? Psh. 6TH DISAPPOINTMENT. 😡I watched Heathers Instagram for about 3 straight months and debated on getting my lips done for so long. Then waited with such excitement for 6 weeks for my initial appointment bc she was booked so far out. I have to say I feel pretty discouraged and disappointed with the whole process. Moreover, I feel lied to, bc I literally caught her in a lie, twice. And failed to follow through on her promise to send the before/afters.Unfortunately I won’t be back to Heather. She’s a great injector but I really do feel that she likely chooses Restalyne bc it doesn’t last as long (more upkeep =more money) and doesn’t do a half syringe, bc obviously $600 is better than $300 (again, about the money).Update: I went see to see another very popular injector, and she did a half syringe of Juvaderm Ultra for $250 AND did only my top lip, like requested. I got exactly what I wanted :)

I’ve had two separate Coolsculpting treatments here. Results are real. Staff is professional and knowledgeable! I had Coolsculpting done on my upper abs, lower abs, and flanks. I saw results in 3 weeks because of how active I am. 8 months and 2 treatments later, my stomach/love handles are 🔥 I don’t have the six pack I want, yet, but it’s coming in faster with this treatment. Coolsculpting at Orange Twist is a must! If there’s a special, y’all better jump on it.

Highly recommend this place. The staff is professional and so friendly (hi Shayna and Heather!). I felt super comfortable asking questions about possible treatments and they gave me honest feedback on what were my best options. Also love the lounge area, it was cozy and clean and since I didnt have time to stop by Starbucks the free coffee was a lifesaver.The medical director is Steven Camp, one of the best plastic surgeons in FW. So it was reassuring to know that the staff is trained by an expert in the field. Really excited to have a professionals and convenient place to go to for Botox/fillers/coolsculpting in town.

I do not recommend OrangeTwist for the Vivace Laser treatments. I bought a package of three Vivace sessions in December. The morning of my very first appointment, the consultation, I received a call from their receptionist, Summer, telling me they are having some issues and that my appointment will be pushed back 15 minutes later. That’s fine, I didn’t have a problem with that at all.When I first walked in, Summer greeted me, she may not have noticed her own facial reaction but I did — she basically stared me down from head to toe with a judgmental look. I was wearing sweats and my hair in a bun because it was my day off.My first Vivace session was three days later after the initial consultation. Veronica was my aesthetician and she was friendly and approachable.My second appointment was in January, four weeks later as required, and this time I received a call from Summer to change the appointment date. I was flexible and did not mind, even though this is the second time they’ve called me regarding an issue on their end with appointments.My third appointment was in February and for the third time, I get another call from Summer to change my appointment. This time my schedule was not flexible, and since it was the third time to have happened, I was annoyed at their lack of punctuality and professionalism. I told her I was unable to change my date and that I also did not want to change aestheticians since I was familiar with Veronica already. After about 10 minutes of beating around the bush she finally tells me Veronica no longer works there and that someone else will perform the third session. At this point I no longer wanted to use OrangeTwist for my medspa needs, in addition very minimal, barely noticeable results from the treatment.Their refund process is a little strange. They can not approve it themselves so an email has to be sent to corporate for approval, once it’s approved it takes about 5 days before you see the refund. Also, you have to come in in person to sign paperwork to receive your refund — very inconvenient.And lastly, after two treatments, there really is no noticeable improvement in my skin but because their aesthetician was no properly trained on Vivace, I am left with a hyperpigmentation spot on my left cheek from the laser.I have moved on after I received my refund and did not intend to leave a review but out of nowhere today, I received a telephone call and text from their PA, Angie. When I called back to see why they were calling me, Summer answered the phone and said they wanted to discuss my Vivace treatment and give me “medical explanations” for my results. After discontinuing my services at OrangeTwist, I went to see a dermatologist, who has been a lot more helpful and knowledgeable. So thanks but no thanks, OrangeTwist. Please just leave me alone, I’m over you.

I have seen Veronica at OrangeTwist Fort Worth twice now! She is so sweet and has such a calming voice! Made my treatments relaxing! She is very knowledgeable on all of the treatments at Orangetwist— and I ask a lot of questions! First time was a month ago for my very first Hydrafacial. She explained every step to me and was very knowledgeable of the processes. There was no pain at all. I was there less an hour total. My skin felt great and looked fresh and dewy afterward! And my pores were all cleaned out ;)My second treatment was Ultherapy- if it’s good enough for Christie Brinkley then it’s good enough for me! It took 3 or so hours to treat my face and neck. I read reviews online beforehand and decided I better premedicate... I took 600mg ibuprofen, .5 mg Xanax and a Tramadol pill I had in my medicine cabinet. Veronica put numbing gel all over my face and neck before treatment. I felt no discomfort the first hour or two when she treated everywhere on the Ultherapy cycle that goes deep down. The last hour or two was the second phase where the treatment doesn’t go as deep. This was uncomfortable /painful (like laser hair removal). I think the numbing gel had worn off and maybe some of my meds. But I will definitely do again (SOMETIMES BEAUTY IS PAIN, PEOPLE) - just with more meds nect time. I can’t wait to see my skin tighten on my jowls, neck, and around my eyes! I work for Steven Camp MD Plastic Surgery and received this treatment complimentary. These are my true and honest thoughts and opinions! You will love everyone at OrangeTwist!
