The ladies all ways do a great job for me. They always ask about my family. Take their time with my nails, and in general just make me feel like a princess

Dont get me wrong, the prices are decent and they do a nice job but I always feel unwelcome. I come here because of the prices but I feel judged.also, not so long ago i tried to get my nails done and I came in and was greeted rudely again. She ask what i wanted to do, I showed her, she said she wasnt going to attend me or anyone. I asked why and they started to look at eachother and I walked out. One lady came after me and told me shell attend me but it took 4 hours and there wasnt ally of people. After i got in the chair they worked so roughly on my nails.

Horrible I asked for coffin nail shape, got one nail in coffin shape the rest are crooked and every shape and size and definitely not coffin. But they still charged me extra for the shape I asked for and didn’t get!!NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!

What a unique and well deserved experience. Having my feet massaged and pampered to the point relaxation!.My BFF treated me and another friend today at this wonderful place. Staff was excellent, polite, courteous and very professional from beginning to end. I now have the happiest feet in the world.Thnx to the entire staff of ladies who took care of us today. We will be returning!

I came as a walk-in today. I called beforehand then had about a 20 minute wait. Service was okay but I didn’t like the way 2 of my nails were shaped. I also didn’t want a top coat so they could dry faster. Inevitably a top coat was applied and it took forever. I now have 2 smudges in my polish too.I enjoyed seeing the techs disinfect chairs and areas after clients.

Love the place, the service is decent and the staff is super friendly, I like Mimi, shes very nice and professional.

When I walk in the door everyone greets me like they are happy Im there. The sservice is always very professional and the pricing is reasonable.

Phenomenal nails! Tom did amazing work! Perfection for sure. Highly recommend this nail salon. I have been to 5 different salons in the last several months looking for someone to listen to what I want and make it happen. Today was my first visit to Kim Nails and I am thoroughly pleased.

Its my second time in this shop, first time I only got a pedicure and it was awesome. Today I got pedicure again and a full set of Dip powder and it was amazing like the first time. Will not be going back here . When I walked in they rudely asked what you want I told her I wanted a full set , before she started I told her I wanted LONG coffin shape and she told me it would be $10 extra, I let her know that was fine , she then told me very rudely that if I they broke I had to pay, which I told her was fine as well. While doing my nails she kept filing them down shorter and shorter , I told her they were too short and asked not to be charged for the length because they are not long at all , they still made me pay and said next time I should speak up WHICH I DID , also my paint job was horrible , its very bumpy / bubbly , . After I paid ( while still waiting for my nails to dry , she tossed my card down and walked away . Horrible experience , only went because its close but I do not mind driving to lakeworth .

My cousin and I went to have our nails done both of our nails dont match. We both felt like the lady would not listen to what we wanted and did what she wanted we will not go back there. For sure not worth the price we paid.

This was my first and last time coming here.....they cant do lashes or nails

I had a full set done on Friday April 20 and I advised the operator Tom, that I needed them to be a little thick because I type for a living. Well on Saturday April 21, I had a hairline crack in the middle finger and it fell off before the night was over, mind you I was on vacation and didn’t do anything unusual. Let’s just say since then I have had 5 fingernails replaced and the manager had the gaull to get loud and say that it is my fault. First of all I have been wearing nails for over 20 years and I am professional enough that if I break my own nails due to my own negligence, then I will pay to have my nails repaired. This was my first and last time ever using them for my services especially when I explained upfront where the thickness needed to be. If I could give less than a zero that would be great. Run from this place they are also way behind in nail advancement and design. They also lack professionalism and customer service skills.

Been going to Kims Nail Salon for about 6-7 months and Ive always been happy with the outcome. I wont go anywhere else. They are awesome!!!

I didnt have a great experience. I was greeted very impatiently but I didnt have to wait long to be seen. My nails look like I did them myself though... uneven texture and my nails are different lengths and shapes. I went there because it was close to work and had good reviews, but I wont be coming back.

Horrible experience my first time here got a pedi lady was nice but too rough made my toes bleed i was like am here might as well get my manicure i didnt have time to go somewhere else, the guy started on me not even asking to be sure if what he was doing was what i wanted well no i wanted and i had told the lady even showed her a picture of what i wanted and she even accused me of lying like how is that a way to treat your customer? I asked for a shade of pink guy said they ddidnt have it like the one he took out was the only one i dont even know if he was lying or just upset because the other lady did not tell him correctly what i wanted he was practically rushing and did a horrible job on my nails am not ever coming back i even asked for design on my nails and they got mad because i wanted them what a horrible place.

Amazing staff and they always treat others with care, respect and friendly environment. Definitely recommend this place.

Worst nail salon I’ve been to ,the lady took an hour and so minutes and didn’t do my nails look nice at all ,the acrylics came out lumpy and uneven , hate it ! Don’t recommend at all
