Lynne, the nurse practitioner, always does an amazing job with my Dysport injections. Casey, the medical aesthetician, is always so thorough and makes my skin look so good! Definitely recommend this place!

I first went to Beverly Hills Rejuvenation for a consult. I was worried when I walked in, that it would only be women who were snotty and over the top with fillers and Botox. Lynn was my consultant and right away she made me feel comfortable with her appearance, personality, and knowledge. If it wasn’t for Lynn I doubt I would have went through with anything and now I’m a regular. The staff is friendly and I absolutely love this place.

OH...MY... GOSH... I LOVE this place! Extremely professional. The staff are so down to earth. I feel like I am going to see my sisters and my brother Charlie every time I go for a visit. They care about what concerns me and come up with treatment plans to help me get to where I want and need to be. They work with my budget when I am unable to financially get EVERYTHING done at once.They break it down for me. They also LOVE that they educate me on the latest procedures, products and technology available. They run monthly specials too. I brag about this location all the time when in public(I never meet a stranger). I keep extra cards in my purse to give to my friends for this location. You need to go make an appointment to see what I am talking about! My husband is even a customer! Yes, you read that right, my husband is even a customer! He too loves spending his money here. They help us be the best we can be. Trust me...We only live once. This is a great place to look and feel your best for a better quality of life! xoxo

I purchased a Groupon for a filler and what a waste of time. It’s a big sales job. Instead of using my $279 Groupon they wanted me to spend $4100. My Groupon was redeemed and I’ve been told I will get a refund but I have to wait 5-7 days. Never will I use this place or Groupon again. It’s a big sales job.

The staff is really Nice! Justice and Tiffany are great help. Heather helped me achieve the look I wanted with fillers! I look so much better and less tired. I will be coming back here for all my fillers.

Wish I wouldve started Botox treatments and had gotten cheek fillers years ago!!! Omgosh I love, love, love my results!!! Lynn and whole staff were so helpful and knowledgeable!! Staff was informative and helped me make the best decision for my particular concerns. I had been offered other treatment elsewhere only to find out it was not what was the best option. For me. Ashley was knowledgable, informative and made me feel like what I wanted was important to her.

I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal , but I was not able to use due to sensitive skin. I was originally told I could use the Groupon for another service for the full piece value of the Groupon. When I called to make an appointment I was told that the Director said that I could have a $60 credit for my $160 Groupon that was valued at 199. I have called the corporate office to complain. I tried to reach back out to the front desk at Beverly Hills with no answer. I was treated poorly in a time when we are in a pandemic & our Money is more valuable than ever. I would never recommend this to anyone. I was a palled at the disrespect and customer service I received. Especially from a location as lovely as this. Do not go here unless you want to be misled.

Every time I walk into this office it’s beautiful and everyone is so professional but also so sweet and welcoming. I get my lips done here and every time they do an absolute amazing job! Seriously this is the place you want to go!! Amazing job on everything I won’t go anywhere else!!!!

Used A groupon I bought of 50 units of Dysport to be used at BHRC Alliance and had NO results. I assume they used fake products Was told I would have to come back and pay for more units. Clearly a ploy to make money This is a very dishonest place. Do not buy any groupons or servicesfor this place.

Horrible service, PLEASE AVOID THIS AREA ALL COST, I went in to ask about information and the blonde and brunette lady that were there were so RUDE. I just had come in to ask for information and they gave attitude, and when I tried to book an appointment with them, they couldn’t schedule me in and ON TOP when I found a date I that worked, they asked me to leave the place and call... like what I’m already inside why do I have to leave? and when I asked blonde girl she said “ we are max capacity”, and that when I realized this was the worst place I’ve ever been treated, oh and did I mention THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO ONE THERE!!!! So I left and drove off. Worst experience there and I was just there for info, imagine being a paying customer there....

There’s somethings they need to work on, but this office has only been open for a little while so hopefully that will get worked out. I’m sure I’ll come back, as this was my first visit to this office and I’m willing to try again. Here’s a breakdown of my 3 star review.1: Negative: I scheduled my appointment and as I pulled into the parking lot I got a call that I would need to reschedule. I understand traffic can be bad and getting caught in accidents is no ones fault but it was inconvenient and really would have been helpful if I had known even 30 minutes prior to leaving my house.2: Negative: I rescheduled snd them got a text for a confirmation appointment for the same day an hour later which didn’t make sense. When I called to make sure my card wouldn’t be charged I was told the system automatically sends out text messages. Which makes no sense to me, and again was an added annoyance to deal with.3. Positive: Day of appointment checkin was quick and paper work didn’t take long to fill out.4: Positive: being interested in a few other services they offer I was given a very informative packet and had a good conversation with Heather.5. Negative: The wait. I thought I would be an hour but I was there for two hours. Not because I chose to be. After sitting in a room for almost an hour and half I steeped out to ask how much longer it would be. I was told someone had passed out. Okay. Fine. I get it, but communication on their end BEFORE I had to ask would have been great .6: Positive: Procedure - my injectionist was knowledgeable and informative. And I do like my results- I’ve had Botox before so I knew what to expect.7. This isn’t a negative but could be for others - Up Selling. If you go in with a set amount of units or syringes from a Groupon or Gift Card be very up front that that is all you want or you’ll end up spending more.8. There’s really not a “relaxing” environment at this facility. I’m used to having tea or coffee or water offered to me at the place I normally go, as well as the room I wait in being ambient lighting and very comfortable. Here it’s just stark, beautiful but not “warm” this is just a personal preference.In conclusion I’m pleased with the process and results. I do feel like I should’ve been compensated for the inconvenience of the rescheduling and waiting so long ( like give me a free unit or 2 of Botox it’s $12.00...) the facility is pretty and the staff is nice. I’ll try it again for the benefit of the doubt.

This place is the best. All of the staff is so sweet and friendly and my injector, Lynne Opperman, is AMAZING at lip filler and she is so knowledgeable. It’s a beautiful location and so clean and I enjoy the entire experience every time I go in!
