Dr. McLaughlin and her staff were very knowledgeable and caring. After my consultation I knew immediately that after all my extensive research I had found the place I wanted to have my surgery. I felt at ease with Dr. McLaughlin and her P.A. Alexa. On top of that they did not stop after the surgery. Alexa called and checked on me several times. Dr McLaughlin is an amazing woman and doctor. My procedures were reconstructive following breast cancer and my issues were challenging. She was not afraid to think outside the box and try something completely new to her. The results are great. We made an appointment that was at their earliest convenience for my wife only to have it changed a few days earlier to a later time which really wasnt that big of a problem. The date of the appointment we received a call from the office 1hr before the appointment because they wanted to reschedule to another date. I cant begin to express how disappointing and unprofessional this is my wife has been waiting for weeks for this appointment

When I first met Dr. Mclaughlin 7 months ago for my consultation, I was immediately impressed and comforted, even though we were all wearing masks and we couldnt see each others faces well. The entire experience of my breast reduction was wonderful. Every interaction, from the first consultation to the surgery itself to every follow up appointment, I felt valued and felt listened to. All questions were answered and the process was always clear. My desires were always the top priority and were never abated. My questions and fears were never burdensome nor dismissed. Dr. McLaughlin is truly the best. I went in for a breast augmentation consultation and she explained everything very well and made me so excited right from the start. I had meet with other plastic surgeons before I meet Dr. Mclaughlin, and I knew they were not a fit for me right away. Dr. McLaughlin was different. She really cares! I had some obstacles to over come before my surgery. Dr. McLaughlin helped inspire me and kept me pushing towards my goals. Once I reached those goals we were able to move on to the surgery. I can not say enough about Emily and her staff! She is amazing, talented and a caring doctor! I had a breast augmentation and lift. I was totally impressed from the first visit. I was up and out to dinner the night I had my surgery. The recovery was amazing following the guidelines.After 4 children I was totally self conscious and ashamed how my breast had weathered. Melissa is THE BEST lip injector. My lips look natural and symmetrical, which is a challenge because I have scar tissue on the left side of of my lip. I have been to another injector in Dallas in the past, and Melissa does a far superior job.

I had my 21 year old saline implants replaced with silicone gel. They look absolutely beautiful! I couldnt be happier. Dr. McLaughlin is knowledgeable, fun, and easy to work with. The staff are wonderful as well. The atmosphere is cozy. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I first came to her over 5 years ago and have been back many times since, for one thing or another. She is the real deal. Honest ,compassionate and a perfectionist ,which is really all you could hope for in a surgeon. In my opinion, her best event is the tummy tuck. Awesomely amazing. But really, she can do pretty much anything . Anyway, in case I havent been clear I would 100% recommend Dr. Emily McLaughlin to anyone looking for a qualified plastic surgeon.

After having saline implants since the early 90s, I had one rupture for the second time and my surgeon had long since passed away so we had no records to refer to. I had seen and heard Dr. Emily McLaughlins name around and made an appointment to see her. They got me in as quickly as possible and her gracious team went to work in assessing my situation and exactly what needed to be done, carefully taking my wishes into consideration. After working with Patty to establish what size I would be comfortable with, we scheduled my surgery 3 weeks out, as opposed to the old normal of by the end of the week, giving me ample time to be sure about size, make arrangements at my job, or answer any questions I might have.I loved and so appreciated the convenience of Dr. McLaughlins operating room being right there on the premises which alleviated running/calling different places to get established. After my surgery, they made sure that I was comfortable enough to go right out the door, into my waiting car, and straight home. They made sure someone would be with me overnight and gave me explicit instructions on how to care for my incisions. I had special circumstances and they never seemed to tire of my calls and questions nor did they rush my healing process, making absolutely certain that I was where I needed to be in my recovery before moving forward. I could not be happier with my results and the entire team of compassionate women at Dr. Mcglaughlins office made this unexpected surgery a great experience with their knowledge and fun, but professional manner. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else!

Dr. Emily is absolutely the best there is.
