I really like the atmosphere, and I love how they ask if you want it to be quiet or if you want to talk. I’m autistic, and having the option for it to be quiet was huge for me. I always feel rude if I don’t talk much during my service, etc., but I felt comfortable and Bailee did a great job! I haven’t gotten my eyebrows done in over 2 years, because I’ve been getting my face dermaplaned for about that long, and this was a real treat for me (brow lamination). I also got a lash lift and tint (I’ve never done anything to my lashes except used a growth serum for about a year). It made a huge difference! However, I still want to see how this affects my lashes after multiple treatments, etc. I will definitely be back. I also wasn’t aware of all the services offered here. I have been trying to find a place I can get everything done under one roof (nails, hair, brows, lashes).

Candy is absolutely AMAZING. Frida Beauty was recommended to me by someone in a Facebook group. She is the sweetest person ever. Her name definitely suits her! It was my first time getting my brows tinted and she walked me through the entire process. Since it was my first time, we left the tint on for a fraction of the time and unfortunately, it didn’t last as long as I hoped, but I spoke to Candy and she was extremely helpful. She was able to get me in last minute before my trip and re-tinted my brows. I have a very busy schedule, so I am eternally grateful for how accommodating she has been since my first visit at Frida. The website has an excellent mobile experience! I arrived 15 minutes early for my 9:30 appointment and was received immediately.Sarah is the highlight of my experience! She’s a knowledgeable esthetician with loads of experience and she’s a wonderful conversationalist. She guided me through the care and upkeep of my services before I even sat down in her booth. I found this extremely comforting as someone who did a little bit of research but ultimately wants to listen to the directives of the professional performing the service. When I explained that I was getting this done for a long vacation and had a general idea of the look I had in mind, she made suggestions and minor tweaks that would ultimately lead to further longevity of my brow and lash treatments. I can’t say enough about this place. Courtney did my microshading on my brows and though I am coming in a few weeks for my touch up, my brows have never looked better!
