I have now been an H-Circle member at Hiatus for five months and I can’t believe it took me this long to find such a great spa in our area. The facility is gorgeous and well-appointed and the front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable. From relaxing manicures and pedicures by Sarai S. to invigorating and ache-relieving Swedish and reflexology massages by Chelsea G., it truly is one of my favorite days of the month when I pay a visit to the Hiatus spa and retreat in Fort Worth.

Didnt get the right pedicure my husband bought the Groupon for, although slightly his fault because he may not have specified when making the appointment but they also didnt double check beforehand. Filled out preference sheets for massage and pedicure, including if we want any extras, but preferences werent followed and extras werent done (and not charged). It was difficult to enjoy the pedicure when I had a feeling something was missing and then the internal debate on if I bring it up or not. It was interesting to have a pedicure fully reclined with an eye mask, warm blanket, and noise canceling headphones. It felt like my feet were buffed but not a deep pedicure. Husband paid for an Groupon $82 hot stone and found out I got the $70 basic pedicure. When they looked in the system, said my husband paid $62 (I didnt know what he paid at that time) so I settled since I thought it was still a deal.

I had a great experience. Stephen was informative, professional and was really helpful at recommending what types of massages would help with my pain in the future. The atmosphere is also nice and relaxing.

The service was fine. The problem was I was given a Groupon for the service and wasnt able to use it. I scheduled my service in the lobby of the spa and showed the lady my Groupon. She scheduled me for the next day. I came to my appointment and had my service. When it was time to checkout I pulled up my Groupon voucher and it wouldnt work because the lady had scheduled me for the wrong kind of mani/pedi. I ended up having to pay for a service that was suppose to have been an anniversary gift from my husband. I was given 15% off because of the mistake but considering it was not my mistake I dont feel like that was good enough. I had no intention of spending that much on myself today and a relaxing nice service turned into a stressful unexpected expense because of the employees mistake. So, if you plan on going here and are using a Groupon make sure you verify its the correct service. If not youll be stuck paying and told but now you can come back again another day and use your Groupon. No thank you.

Amber H. was AMAZING. She was so professional and the environment was relaxing. The music was beautiful calming piano, it was clean and beautiful. I have pretty high spa/massage expectations and I will definitely be coming back.

Check in is ridiculous very redundant. Made me late for my massage . Which was 30 minutes short and painful. Same area for 30 minutes is too much. Then I was over charged for sevices that I didnt get. Left totally stressed.

Wonderful 👏 experiences....I had a facial that was the Best I have ever had!!Then when I thought things could get no better...I had the most relaxing pedicure ever IN MY LIFE!!! The zero gravity chair is the most wonderful thing ever....I feel asleep over and over!! I will go nowhere else!Bring back the tea and showers so we can enjoy the true spa experiences!!!

Never had a massage before so nothing to compare to, but it was nice. relaxing environment, and Danny was attentive and polite. would like to come again when I have time.

I was with a group of 6 women with different services and every one of us had an amazing time and immediately wanted to book more services.

If youre are looking for a place to relax, the Hiatus can accomplish that. They have safety measures put in place during Covid times. Whenever I go I have yet to encounter another guest. They take social distancing very serious that I feel safer to go there.

Absolutely love my hot stone massages with Chelsea. She targets my problem areas expertly and releases the tension.

I LOVE hiatus! The amazing front desk staff make you feel welcome and at home right away! The relaxation room is heavenly and inviting and the signature Aveda Comfort Tea is phenomenal.Nicole changed my skin care regimen - taking my dry skin to beautiful, soft and hydrated!She knows exactly what she’s doing and genuinely cares for her guests! And Chelsea works out my sore tired muscles better than anyone in Fort Worth!Hiatus is truly an experience you don’t want to miss!

I’ve been a member of Hiatus for 3 years and was super excited to learn they were opening a Fort Worth location! I’ve been at least 4 times for massages, facials and mani/pedis. I HIGHLY recommend Takisha in nails and Danny for massage. They are AHHMAZING.. Dannys touch will knock you smooth out, i had extremely tight shoulders, by the time I got up i instantly felt relief that i havent felt in a long time. Takishas mani & pedi service had me very relaxed and zoned out..I almost forgot I was there... Kudos to these ladies ❣
