I am here in Texas From Ohio training for a new job. While I have been here in Texas I’ve been able to visit this place two times. I was not disappointed either time they do great service they are very professional and not to mention it is not expensive like other nail salons. I would literally moved to Texas just to be able to come to this nail shop every time. I have been getting my nails done for about 19 years so I know a good job when I see one. I highly recommend anyone in the area come to this place. They will not let you down!!

Tim is always so kind and professional. He always takes his time and I never feel rushed through . He also gives the best foot and leg massages!

I recently tried this salon out and was not disappointed at all. The receptionist was very friendly, alongside all of the staffs. I went in to get a pedicure and dip and was very surprised by how they turned out. The massages were amazing and the customer service was on point. I highly recommend this salon!

I am never been disappointed when I go here for dip nails and a pedicure! My nails are always thin and shaped well. They make sure I am happy. I rarely have to wait when I go in. I have been trying to grow my natural nails out and they have helped me to maintain them even with the dip process. I feel like they really do care about you and the health of your nails. They are also always super nice and friendly and remember me when I come in.

I recently visited this place with high expectations as I have heard a lot from those close to me about this place, and it did not fail to impress me. Sara was a terrific technician, gave great feet and leg massage and wonderful pedicure.The technician who gave me my pedicure did a terrific job as well. I just did not get her name.I highly recommend this salon and services.

NJ did a fantastic job on my nails; I only got dip ($37.50).I like that she asked if I wanted thin dip polish.Everyone was very friendly. I’ll be back!

Ive been Coming here for about 8 months now. I drive almost an hour just so that Amy can do my nails. 💅 she is by far the best one Ive ever been to. Always a nice atmosphere. Always clean and friendly.

Found my new favorite local nail shop.The manager there made sure she explained to me what I was getting. She was so nice. Had my nails done by perfectionist Yvonne. My cuticles were cut with no bleeding. I like my fingernails natural colors. Helped me pick a color. My toes I always change colors. There are 3 nail shops in my area but this is the one for me. Im Very picky. Thank you Yvonne.

Great experience!! Im extremely happy with the work I got done at Legacy Nails. The staff is so talented with a high attention to detail. Everyone there including management provided excellent customer service. I couldnt be happier. I would highly recommend Legacy Nails.

Tim and Amy never let me down. Tim is King of Pedicures (OMGosh). His 20 min leg massage is a MUST! I promise you will never have a better pedi. Amy’s dip nails are wonderful. She takes the time to inspect each nail as she goes to make sure they are perfect. They never crack or lift or break. Knowing I am moving in less than a week, she reinforced my nails even stronger so I can focus on moving and not worry about my nails. ❤️

Wow this is by far the worst nail salon experience i have ever had in my life. I made an appointment for 1 pm and when i arrived the mail tech that i booked the appointment with (ruby) was working on someone else’s nails and asked me to sit and wait. I waited approximately 5 mins before she came up and told me to pick a color. I explained to her that i just wanted black and she asked me to wait again (about another five minutes) When she returned i showed her what I wanted and she said she can do it for me. I told her i would like my nails filled and the polish changed. She told me that she would not do the fill ($45) only a complete new set ($90). I told her calmly that i would just like my nails removed then. She brings over a bowl fills it up with acetone and sits my hands in it where the sit unchecked for another 30 minutes (during my appointment time). After 30 mins of not being checked on i wiped off the acetone from my hands and nails got up and went to the front counter to pay, they then pleaded with me and said she was just about to come finish my nails. I insisted I leave and asked them to tell me how much to pay. She then told me I am not being charged and i left. overall I am not happy with the services or treatment and will never return nor refer anyone here

Everyone here has been taking care of me for a very long time and I refuse to go anywhere else. I’m treated like family here and always receive exceptional customer service. Thank you all but especially Ruby, you’re the best!

I LOVE this place!! I’ve been trying to find a good nail salon in the Roanoke area forever and Legacy Nail & Spa is outstanding. I got a pedicure and received the best foot massage I’ve ever had! As well as an amazing dip manicure. Amazing service and they are so friendly. Covid precautions are also taken very seriously! I will definitely be returning.

Tony was very professional and he was the gentlest manicurist I’ve had in a very long time.

I’ve been coming here since 2013 and this place has been to only place I get my nails done, but I will never come back here again. I got dip like I’ve been going for the past 6 years, but 2 days later my nail broke and the rest of the dip was cracking, so I went to the manager to explain my concerns, and she started yelling at me as if I was her child, and told me that it was my fault that my nail broke and the rest were cracking. I’m in beauty school and I know what I’m talking about she didn’t even want to hear she was rude as hell arguing and yelling. I will never come back and I do not recommend this place.

The manager at this salon is so friendly and professional and you can truly tell that they value their customers. Sara, who did my pedicure, was fantastic & so nice. I highly recommend this nail salon!

Babaayy when I tell you they get you right!!!! So I hardly EVER get nails because my nail bed is wide. Yooo my nails came out looking like the pic I showed them!!! Will definitely be coming bk. Very happy with my services

I was hesitant to try this salon due to some unfavorable reviews. I went today to try it out and it is by far the best place I’ve been to, and the closest to me! Tracy, the owner, was so kind, and professional and assured me that under her management, they are striving to give every client excellent service and an enjoyable experience. Lee did my pedicure and it is superior to any I’ve had. Amy did my dip nails and took her time and made them perfect! I’m so pleased and will definitely make this my new place! Thank you Legacy!♥️

I was in town from out of state and found Legacy on google as it was close to where we were staying. My mom and I went in for pedicures each, along with dip for myself. Our negative experience began with our pedicures as a chunk of my nail was taken off when they were trying to take my shellac off. My mom had to ask for her polish to be re-done as they painted it on with chunks and fuzz from the cotton. The negative experience continued on to my dip. It was applied like she was in a rush just to get it done. When putting the polish coat over, she basically just slapped a layer on and didn’t cover my entire nail. We are not even a week after we had these services done and I already need to go back to get my nails done again as my dip is already lifting. Not to mention I have an ingrown nail on my toes. Highly disappointed in the services and a complete waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone.

I’m giving them 5 stars because my pedicure done by Van was amazing! Most relaxing pedicure I’ve ever had but then they convinced me to get my nails done and I’m not impressed at all. It was a different lady that did my nails but I don’t want to call her out. I’ve been getting dip nails done for years though and these look horrible. They’re so bulky and shaped weird. I wasn’t pleased with the way she filed them. I will be going to my normal lady in Fort Worth for my nails from now on but will definitely be back for a pedicure by Van! She’s so sweet and did a phenomenal job! She definitely knows what she’s doing!

Went here yesterday and the guy who did my nails did a horrible job!! I asked for coffin & ombre and he did SQUARE, BULKY, & UGLY!! I paid & left but as I was driving home I realized I paid for my service and should’ve been happy with what I got so I went back and one of the girls was super rude & “fixed them”. She got the shape right but used a different color pink and didn’t know how to blend the pink and white. I just let her finish and left I gave up on them. There was no way to fix my nails. If they didn’t know how to do them they could have just said so and i could have done something different or gone somewhere else. Never going back!

I LOVE this place. It helps that they are just down the road from me. But the service is amazing and they do really great work. The atmosphere is beautiful with flowers and tasteful lighting. The specials they offer during the day are really great too.

I came in today for a pedicure and Ruby was my manicurist. She did a amazing job and she is extremely sweet.

Love this place! They are so amazing! I have never been disappointed. I also have brought on occasion my 3yr old (she is well behaved) with me and they treat her so kindly!

The people are super nice don’t get me wrong but I’ve been there are two times and they always seem to question how long I want my nails and the shape “oh no you can’t do nothing with long nails, square is easier” that made me mad because I like my nails long and sharp..it’s what the customer wants not the employees. I told her no I don’t want a square shaped nail and she sighed. When she was drilling my nails she made my cuticle bleed and she tried to cover it up. AND I wanted GEL and NOT dip...they said they couldn’t give me long gel nails and that my nails need to be long and real...I’m pretty sure you can do it the first time I came they did...

I highly suggest this nail and spa. My daughter and I had been shopping around for a place close to home that we would be comfortable coming back again and again. Well we find that place. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and when you make an appointment, you get your time slot on time!

I always have a great experience when I come here. (Which has been on and off for the last year. Im not very consistent.) All the employees are friendly and do their best to accommodate. If you ask for something and youre not sure theyre doing what you ask - just say something. Its most likely just a misunderstanding. It sure beats saying nothing and getting upset later about it. I ask questions all the time about what theyre doing. Nobody seems to mind.

The prices are a little high and they rush through the process that should be relaxing. The gel nails last a long time on the toes, but tend to chip off quickly on fingernails. Ive had bad luck with the acrylic nails breaking off even when doing non strenuous tasks. They do provide you with a complimentary drink. It is clean and the massage chair is nice.

The absolute WORST pedicure I have ever experienced. The ONLY good thing about my experience was they did a beautiful job of painting my toes. My heels were in okay shape when I got here. When I left they felt like velcro. So I asked if she could fix it, and they told me that I would have to come back and get another pedicure! My feet are in WORSE shape after coming here. I had a bad pedicure here a year ago, but decided to give it a shot. It was a terrible decision on my part. I will not be coming back. Update* found out at checkout gel polish is $15 and french color is an additional $10 so $25 additional dollars...

I dont think Ive had such a horrible manicure until now. I didnt complain while I was there because a friend was there to get ready for a special occasion. The lady who did my manicure was rude so I knew if a told her anything she was going to give me attitude and I didnt want ruin the fun with our friends. I wont come back to this place ever.

Watch to be sure you get everything listed in the service you are getting. Got a pedicure and did not get everything started in the pedicure and massage said 30 minutes and the person only did 6 minutes. This is the second time this has happened. I thought I would try again and before choosing my services I went over with the lady in the front, unfortunately not a different result. When I asked her about it she gave me a hard time with attitude. I seriously only wanted what I paid for. When I told the manager she was not concerned and quickly rushed off. Please consider going somewhere else.

Ive been here a few times and they never disappoint! I get stiletto nails with designs and she made sure I was satisfied and made sure the points and shape were perfect. My nails look fantastic and I get compliments everywhere I go! Ask for LeeLee, shes awesome!

I should have asked the price but got charge $10 for her to file off the gel. They dont ask how you want things. I left disappointed and will never go back

Walked in, wasn’t greeted for about 5 minutes finally when the lady walked up all she said was “what do you want”. Wouldn’t have thought much of it but I’ve been here before and they make countless mistakes including not measuring the size of my nails to make sure they’re all even. Staff was extremely rude, walked right out. Would never give my business there.

The man didnt listen to what color I wanted and I didnt figure it out until he had started, I left the salon with 2 nails chipped(the color coming off) very unhappy. I should have spoken up. Also my little sister was with me and the lady who was doing her nails answered a FaceTime call while filing her nails. This salon was so convenient because it was close where we live but now we will be going a few extra miles and heading to Keller nails.

The service was great and quick. I came in to have a nail fixed and they were done in no time. Always great me with a smile and everyone is great.

Cheap, but thats the only good thing. Not sure if the cuticle cutters had been cleaned, I asked her not to use them but she did. The technician doing my daughters manicure cut her and she bleed, that was two days ago and the finger is still sore. Very unsociable customer service.

As with many others that have written reviews my first experience was good as I had a pedicure. I went back about a month later for another one & was left for a long time soaking in the water & it got cold. Finally the gal came over & I had her put hot water in for me. When she started trimming my cuticles she was pretty rough as tho she was in a hurry. She tried to dig too deep on one of my toes & I about came out of my chair it hurt so bad. And no apology!

I have been going to this salon for 2 years and have had wonderful service until recently. The man that did my fill was horrible when he was filling my nails he didn’t bother to file my right hand when I told him he missed it he was rude. He was on his phone the whole time and very rushed!!!! I dont think I will be coming back the service seems to be failing

Scary!!!!!!! pleasant experience at first. Then after getting nipped several times with a cuticle trimmer she busted out the cheese grater foot thing followed by the USED pumice stone. I noticed as she touched it to my foot that it had been around the block a time or two. I asked if it was new she said no change after 20 customers! I managed to scoop my chin up off the floor and asked her for a new one. She walked to the back to get one, after a couple minutes came back with nothing then walked up front talked to her co workers then dug around in a cabinet underneath the cash register and finally came out with a new pumice in a package. I was so freaked out I asked her how they clean those between each of the 20 customers and she said they use a nail brush and alcohol. Im speechless still, and you couldnt pay me to go back.

I enjoy coming here. Yes, I am a man that gets pedicures.The staff has always been friendly and accomodating.The place looks nice but could use some minor fixes and cosmetic upgrades (for example the wifi info is in a sheet protector stapled to the wall - come one now, frame it)The only thing I dont like is the smell of the hot neckrolls.I do request they consider offering a complimentary beer in addition to the wine and margarita, if they can legally of course.

Terrible place! Stopped in for a quick manicure because their prices are cheap. I certainly got the cheap treatment! I left with an uneven paint job with bubbles in the paint. Also, I was cut and bled on two of my fingers around my cuticle. Dont go there!!

I dont even know where to start, WORST experience of my life. I went in to have them take off my acrylic overlay and put on gel polish, I being had never had the gel polish was unsure of the process so when he started to put more acrylic on my nails I thought that just went with the gel polish, so I paid him and let unsure and unhappy, I then asked a few people if this was just gel polish or if it was the acrylic and the gel polish, I was informed that it was both. Two days later due to my crazy schedule I went back to have him either fix them or please give me my money back as this was not what I asked for, he then started to raise his voice at my infront of my two children who happened to be with me I was trying to explain to him what he had done and he yelled at me that I came in with acrylic so he gave me a fill and added gel polish on the top, long story short I was yelled at by him in front of my children and the whole lobby of people and was told he would not fix nor refund me what he had messed up on because I came in with acrylic so he gave me a fill.... ??? That doesnt even make sense! HORRIBLE DO NOT GO THERE!! THEY DO NOT LISTEN NOR DO THEY CARE WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY, THEY JUST DO WHAT THEY WANT.

I went in for a pedi and change of color on my nails(gel on feet and nails) the pedi was rough and she cut my big toe down to far which cause my toe to hurt when I got home my poish on my toes were horrible smh my nails were nice(to different ppl) but they didnt put no type of oil or lotion on my hand afterwards.....!!! I paid $76 dollars for a regular pedi with gel a poish change (on my real nails gel) and eye brows waxed I will never go back....!!! I paid to much money for poor service PERIOD

My husband took me to get a pedicure and he got a manicure. We waited for 45min before we were ever seen. My husbands manicure was absolutely horrendous!! The woman never said a word, didnt say hi, didnt introduce herself, didnt ask my husband what he wanted. She completely missed fingers, she didnt buff half of them and the massage was a joke. My husband subsequently had to come home and cut and buff his own nails. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

My daughter went here for a set of ombré dipping and Trish did her nails, it was very horrible, the colors weren’t fade out but it turned out as a straight line...plus, she dipped the color way too far from the cuticles and it’s thin like a piece of paper, and couple of them broke the next morning . Will not be back!

I was very upset with my last visit. First, The guy filed my nail until it bled. I later noticed that two of my nails weren’t properly secure. One of my nails popped off in front of a customer at work which was very embarrassing.
