I was seen here in early June and was told the visit is $150 & due on the date of service. I paid, was seen, and left happy.. No medication, no additional procedures - just talked to a PA and went on my way. Everyone there was helpful and nice. 4 months later I received a bill in the mail for $86 and no explanation. I do not have insurance and never told them to try to submit anything so I am very confused about where an extra $86 came from.. I didn’t even try to call and ask them to explain because I know there would be some sneaky service fee in there and I would owe it no matter what… Very disappointed with this as no one warned me to expect this. Times are difficult and I honestly feel duped. I started with 5 stars and am sorry to say I feel this place deserves 1 star after this experience.

We saw Lucy, NP she was great! So sweet with my baby and an ear infection. Addressed all of our concerns. Quick and efficient. We were able to wait in our car and got called in and back right away. Great experience.

The person who checked me on did a decent job, but if you value privacy, I would not recommend this Banner Urgent Care location. The exam room I was in had the door closed, and people just walked right in three different times... no knock first. I could hear what was happening in other exam rooms, too. Also, I waited in the exam room again after my foot x-ray was done so I could get a copy of the x-ray. The medical assistant (?) left the door open and I could clearly hear the P.A. dictating patient information. One last thing... PLEASE have employees introduce themselves and maybe mention what they do. With most wearing scrubs, it would be helpful to know job titles. Oh, and the thermometer (without any type of disposable cover) was run across my forehead a couple of times, then tossed back in the basket with a blood pressure cuff... no cleaning/sanitizing at all! I got one drop of hand sanitizer from the dispenser in the exam room; it was empty after that.

I came here the other day for pain I was having and while they werent able to help due to not having imaging that I needed they were the best staff I couldve asked for. So kind, compassionate and all around a happy friendly staff. They were all very helpful from the moment I checked in until I left. Doc was great she was so caring and kind also very attentive to my needs and listened while I vented about my frustrations with previous care elsewhere. Would absolutely recommend coming here for quality care. Thank you ladies!

Always have a great experience at this urgent care! Every member of the staff is super friendly! I was especially impressed with the gal at the front window, just listening to how she communicated with other patients while I waited. I’m a nurse at a Banner hospital, and was proud of how this team represented Banner while I was in this clinic today! :) Great job ladies!

I went in for a back injury today; I was noticeably in pain and could barely walk. The PA down my spine for maybe a minute and didn’t even check to see if I was swollen, he spent probably less 5 minutes in the room with me total. During my visit, I explained I had already tried at home remedies for the pain and so I was told I’d be given a prescription for muscle relaxers.Well, I didn’t get any prescription 🤷🏻‍♀️ All I got was a visit summary telling me to rest, take Tylenol, and only do activity as tolerated — all things I had already done.I feel like as soon as I mentioned that I needed a note for work, he thought I was faking my injury and just wanted to get me out of there. I normally NEVER leave poor reviews but I feel like I was completely ignored and wasted an hour of my time even going.

Team was very courteous and professional, even though they did not have proper equipment needed (a scope to view my throat). They referred me to ER for assistance.

I appreciated seeing a doctor ! and they staff followed protocols

First time visit as I’m new in town and haven’t yet set up a primary care doctor. The wait was long, but the staff was friendly and kept me up to date about where I was in line to see the provider. Nurse was knowledgeable and treated me with care. Will definitely go back if I need to in the future. Usually these places are dreadful, but not the case here!

Wonderful experience, Maddy at the front desk was fast, efficient and caring with my check in, Carol was so kind and caring as she got my vital and performed testing. Dr. Nystrom was quick efficient with my diagnosis but did not feel rushed. Thank you all for helping me feel better and for all you do!

I have had to go here with my little ones more than once because I couldn’t get into my doctors office for days. Each time I have gone in they have me waiting with my little no longer than five minutes (if that) to be seen. The second the nurse brings you back she made my little one feel at ease. Then the doctor has you in and out with the same at ease feeling. All the way around I love this place!

The staff was incredible and friendly and did the job thoroughly, even going above and beyond and giving me material to help prevent future occurrences. Not the most updated equipment, but otherwise amazing!

Nurses and doctors are super nice and understanding, only issue was having a long wait in the lobby, but they only had one doctor on duty so naturally there would be a long wait. Other than that, friendly receptionists, helpful and kind staff, clean and sanitized bathrooms and lobby, makes this place an enjoyable visit to the doctors office.

Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful….But, I was told I’d get my prescription this evening since I’m leaving town at 5am tomorrow. They must have forgotten to call/send it in. Walgreens didn’t receive it, nor was it sent to a different Walgreens and they were already closed once I found this out. I really needed the antibiotics, to feel better for my trip. Kind of frustrating.Otherwise I would have definitely given them 5 stars.

The staff at this location we fantastic. My check-in was fast. The triage nurse listened and took good notes. The P.A. listened and was able to come up with a treatment plan that should work to fix my issue. I was also told, if I wasnt seeing any improvement in 3 days, come back in. Thank you.

Went in here to get a covid test and she did the other labs while I was there saving me from having to go through registration at the hospital just for labs. Im a hard stick and the lady who took care of me got first try and was just great. Really from the lovely lady who checked me to the great tech who did my tests it was just a really nice experience. Well done Banner, Jennifer is a treasure!

The folks over at the Banner Urgent Care have always been very polite and respectful every time I was there for me when I needed emergency care, except for today. Ive been waiting for a couple of hours for my appointment to be seen by one of there physicians and when I got there to check in, I was turned away because of the X-ray machine not working. Which to me is sad,they could of said something about this when I was scheduling the appointment 3 hours ago,or at least sent me a message. I wasnt even seen by the doctor. This is totally uncalled for. Thanks for nothing.

My 23 yr old son who has severe asthma was struggling to breathe and was extremely uncomfortable when he went into Banner Urgent Care. He was working out of town and had ran out of his inhaler. The rx was supposed to be called in to a pharmacy that is 50 away. My son waited and no rx . He made numerous phone calls and was told something different everytime. He drove around to all the pharmacies they said and nowhere what his rx. The lady was rude and not helpful to my son at all. Then had the nerve to say they were closing ! After hours of struggling an rx was finally called in to the pharmacist as my son was standing there talking to him. The pharmacist quickly got his inhalers filled for him. How can you work in health care and have no care about a patient struggling

Went in just after open for monday 9/27/21 and was pleasantly greeted. Masks are mandatory and since I had a sore throat I was asked to wait in the car. They called me immediately for my info then 8 or 10 mins later to come in. Staff is very friendly and compassionate. Vital signs taken in 2 mins with nice new technology and oral steroid administered for a sore throat ive had for 2 weeks. In and out in 30 mins and no charge with my insurance. Will definitely go back if the need arises.

The whole team at this urgent care was absolutely incredible during my recent appointment. I was visiting from out of state and totally panicking on where to go, so I feel immensely grateful I landed on this gem. Everyone was kind, patient, professional, and treated me like a valid, feeling human being. They were very quick to see me as a walk-in and got me in an exam room in no time. All of my interactions with the staff were top-notch; front desk help was great, my nurse Krystl (not sure on spelling? I remember it being different from standard) was thorough getting my stats/vitals and figuring out what was going on, and Dr. Broman spent time to make sure I felt better and talked over options with me in a way that never felt condescending or abrupt like many other conversations can feel with busy doctors in an office like this. The doctor had perfect bedside manner and made sure I was feeling comfortable. My friend who came with me and I kept joking about how we didn’t want to leave and we wish we could bottle this place. When we were leaving, the front desk staff even checked back in with me with supportive, sympathetic words which made me feel so cared about. I got the sense that they had genuine concern about treating the whole patient in every way and taking a well thought out, multifaceted approach to care. I’ve had plenty of great medical care in my life from top rated places in my state but this sort of kindness is a rare find. I’d highly recommended them to anyone!

What a joke!!! I called early in the morning and they say to Reserve a time. So I did that and after being text to come later I did that. Show up and get the run around and the rude receptionist just kept saying, what is that you want from me....I would recommend not using this urgent care as there are many in Fort Collins where the staff, from the janitors to the doctors will treat you with some respect and dignity.

They charge you by the minute here. They dont tell you upfront that you only have 30 minutes until youre essentially charged for double the amount you pay when going in. I paid $150 to sit in a room and have a doctor tell me Im okay. Now 5 months later Im told I owe $130 extra. What a joke.If you dont have insurance in this country, you might as well suffer and die. This Banner Urgent Care has been fantastic every time we’ve visited and this visit was no exception. Every person we encountered was friendly and professional. We were seen quickly, yet I never felt like we were being rushed through our visit. Would highly recommend!

Great experience here with my son and a very sprained ankle. They were all very nice, wait time was reasonable, they have X-rays onsite, and the PA-C was thorough.

They tried to get me to pay for a covid test which is supposed to be free! Secondly they tried to get me to repay the $213 for said covid test that my insurance already paid for. FYI they use MyDocBill to send bills, do not trust MyDocBill either!!! Double check with your insurance any time you get a bill from them. Big scam vibes. Boo!!! Never coming here again. (PS Ive been on hold with their billing office to try to sort this out for eternity)

Totally played it perfect giving this kid reasonable options accommodating him not just in that moment, but down the road threw a fit still I think because he expected friction. Jamie warm kind eyes made me for get the room transitions clear , helpful she floated listlessly on air as we giggled. Shelly was absolutely perfect, I have never felt more trusting walking into an unknown clinic, she asked all the right questions, in detail, was not judgemental sincere concern and factual. She left no room for error, no question in my mind of who, what, when, where, why, how was next. She demonstrating a soothing bed side manner filling me with ease during my discomfort. Her instructions were laid out clear and concise. Gentle yet firm, and I laughed as I walked out the door. Thank you 🙏🏽 Salute!

Only reason I gave 2 star is staffs were friendly. Sigh the two doctors that I saw was horrible. After the second doctor, I went to see dermatologist and found out that I got fungal inpection. When I met 1st doctor, my foot didnt look like ring worms. It looked like bug bites... so he prescribed steroid cream.... sigh... 2nd doctor, my foot was getting worse and fungal made ring worm on my ankle. She looked at the chart and prescribed oral steriod with antibiotic. My deatologist didnt tell me anything but i could see that she was shocked because urgent care doctors saw the ring worm and prescribed steroids. My foot was getting worse and worse. Personally know church member who retired as pathologist. So I was able to show him all the prescriptions and tell all the story. He was able to show me CDC guideline that showing steroid are making worse in fungal. To find out fungal, they just and to scrap and look through microscope. It takes less than a minute. I am getting right treatment from Dermatologist and getting better. However I understand 1st can make mistake but 2nd doctor saw it was getting worse but making worse decision. And not even sampling and testing when there is ringworm. Because of the steroid, small fungal inpection from the foot spread all over my lower body. In the begining i didnt have any ringworms but after steroids i have 8 ring worms on my legs and feet. Maybe they had busy and tough day, but I hope they care more about patients. Sampling and testing is not hard or time consuming for fungal.

Everyone was so kind and sweet! they generally seemed to know what they were doing, except when they put my splint on (I went in for a broken wrist) they accidentally cut the material too short and then instead of correcting they just made it super tight (and wrapped too far up my fingers) which cut off my circulation and made my fingers go numb

Its easy to get in. The staff were professional and very nice. Not disinterested as some staff at other places seem to be. My infected finger was taken care of quickly, and with little pain. No long wait times either. Good place to get help.

Very professional and excellent service. Had to get the ole stick up the nose test prior to a procedure I am having this week, but it was very carefully done and painless. Great care and patient comfort is their priority, and it shows. Thank all of you in the healthcare industry for being there for us.

Went in for a smashed pinky, spent 30 minutes filling out paperwork after an hour and a half drive. When I finally got into the patient room, I could hear the nurses on the other side of the door saying Im gonna take my time with this one.They charged me 150 at the door, gave me new bandages and a pop tart and said go to the ER. Absolutely useless and the worst experience with a medical professional Ive ever had. I wouldnt recommend going here.

NOT ADA compliant. I have been here before during weekdays no problem. I was confronted by two employees asking for registration and paperwork for my service dog. I handed them a ADA pamphlet asked them to read it the just kept asking for the same thing hardly looked at the pamphlet I told them to keep and read. I was brought to the back and was still verbally being attacked and was having a panic attack. I finally had to just leave and go to UCHealth urgent care. I will be filing a complaint.

The “doctor” I saw did not seem very concerned about the reason I came to be seen. He also told me there was nothing he could do for me, and basically told me to go to the ER if I was concerned. I wish I had not wasted my time and money at this place and do not recommend others do the same. Would give zero stars if I could.

Score would have been higher if the receptionist had not ignored me for 10 minutes. She was on the phone with what sounded like Tech support about her printer, but never acknowledged me in any way...no eye contact, no Ill be with you shortly , nothing.

Very happy with Banner Urgent Care! Was easy to register appt on their website. Check in was easy and quick. Dr and nurse were very thorough and provided great information concerning my medical issue. Highly recommend!

Have covid 19 and they were really efficient when giving me my test and they really seem like they care

I went on line and made an apt and couldnt believe that i was in 45mins later , was late so they send me a sorry cant make it. Frightening I go in and was seen by the receipt right away. I was called into the back in 5 mins! The nurse was taking vitals and the doc poked her head in and asked me some questions and gave the nurse orders. I was done within 10 mins and as I was leaving I was shocked because they had a full wait room.when I arrived but it was now empty! What great and efficient service workers. Thank you so very much!! Everyone was so nice too! You cant get any better then that!!

Staff and Robert Nystrom DO were outstanding and professional.

Very Rude and unwelcoming receptionist, 4 people showed up for appointments, 2 of them were walk ups and even though I had an appointment scheduled, I went last. the 2 people that were walk ins got to go first despite the 4th person getting there before anyone else and she actually had an appointment as well. I had to wait even longer then the estimated wait time because they were busy with the walk ins lol. I had an appointment for 2:45 and I didnt see the doctor until 3:15 even though I got there 10 minutes earlier then my actual appointment time. The people that had appointments showed up on time/early for there appointments yet they get to go last because they had to help the walk ins.

I was taken care of wonderfully at your Banner Urgent Care yesterday! My appointment had to be rescheduled last minute & thankfully the young lady who answered the phone was able to take care of it! Also the nurse that I saw was super! Thank you for having professional, caring & knowledgeable people at your urgent care facility!!!

Went for my so, who has severe diarrhea, Made an appointment online. We showed up early and we’re the only ones in the lobby. Got to a room and was told the dr would be right in. After 30 minutes he went in the the room next to us for the people AFTER us. Ended up leaving. Do not recommend.

Long wait, they couldn’t find the needed supplies, medical assistant acted like my blood draw was the first one she had ever done. She stuck me twice and struggled to get the blood needed. Usually I’m am easy person to get blood from. Disorganized and confusing.

I enjoy very much my visit to Banner urgent care in Ft collins.I had exceptional care from Dr Goacher and the MA Carol.I would recommend Dr Goacher to anyone that can see her. One of the best doctors ever.She sent me to the ER immediately and follow up with ER doctor.I appreciate this kind of care very much.

Debbie took me back and was very kind and helpful. With my symptoms, I expected to need a flu and Covid swab but she was very quick and efficient with those collections and I was only uncomfortable for a few seconds total. Dr. Nystrom was friendly, listened to all of my concerns, and suggestion the best courses of action for me. Very pleased with my experience.

**update. I am raising my review to 3 stars since I went BACK today and was seen by a different nurse/ different nurse practitioner and was given antibiotics for a sinus infection this time. I guess it really just depends on which day you go and who is working for what kind of experience you will have and if you will get a proper diagnosis. To all the ladies that helped me today I appreciate you. Merry Christmas! **The nurses and the PA that saw me felt as though they went out of their way to be grouchy and unhelpful. I recommend skipping the Urgent Care all together and heading straight to the hospital. I have ZERO CLUE how that nurse was ever hired and I see other reviewers have had the same problem.Just called back and found out the grouchy lady that took my vitals is named Jen. Steer clear.

Never called back with test results. Never tried to reach out with test results even though my number was correct on file. Now the problem I had tested for has returned and I wouldve looked into it further had I been notified that it was a problem. Irresponsible medical care.

Friendly staff. Very efficient and clear on resolving my health issue. Extremely pleased.
