Imagine being suicidal and finally reaching out for help, only to have your call returned at 7am. You don’t answer, because who answers calls at 7 in the morning? Whoever left the voicemail says “this is your provider from banner. (Never once said their name, also my primary care provider is not banner so idk why she said that) I will be available between 7am-8am today and then 12:30-1pm. Hope you can get back to me!” So I called twice to leave a message, was transferred and hung up on TWICE, so they can kiss my money goodbye. I already have trouble getting out of bed in the morning, and I have had therapists before. I have never seen one with such insane windows for calls. They have no business making it this stressful on the patient to find a therapist. Will never call or use a facility from Banner.

Do not go here for urgent care. I was very sick and was told by the doctor here not to get a covid test because I was vaccinated despite having most of the symptoms. The next day I woke up horribly sick and tested positive for covid. I went through the effort to make sure my insurance was accepted. They said it should be fully covered yet a received a bill for $270 for them checking my vitals and giving me horrible advice. Dont go here this place is garbage.

Dr Storey and her willingness to listen to her patients concerns saved my life. I went to see her and because she took my pain and my concern seriously she was able to instantly able to make a diagnosis, for which she sent me to the ER and I was able to get surgery that literally saved me from going septic. Doctor Storey, I will never be able to thank you enough.

Unbelievable. The worst health care I’ve ever received. Not just myself but my boyfriend just got robbed from this place. He took two unpaid days off of work, got an ultrasound, went in to his appointment to go over the results and the doctor says they lost them and had the nerve to charge my boyfriend 150$ for nothing. I myself had to see a neurologist who did no tests on me and told me to take 900mg of gabapentin a day and come back in three months. I called my “physician” at the other banner clinic and she said it’s too expensive to get the MRI, I was told to get by other doctors. Thank god I got a referral to another neurologist with UCHealth who is getting my MRI and taking care of me. So upset with this place they do not care about their patients. They act nice but if you’re poor, they genuinely have no empathy for you. Avoid Banner health.

Karen Valades is the worst at this clinic! She doesn’t listen to the patient or my concerns. She says she will refill prescriptions and then never sends in any requests. I have seen her multiple times for my mental health and my physical health and nothing was ever resolved. My foot issues are still the same after multiple treatments. She just does not care. Will be switching.

This has to be one of the slowest offices in the west. I go there for an appointment, there is no one in the lobby, and it still took 45 minutes to get into the room. Then an additional 20 minutes after that. Took an hour and a half for a 15 minute visit. I asked to transfer records to another organization, and it took 2 months. Excuse me, its electronic, how hard is it to hit a button? Rx change took over a month for a call back (still waiting) so I had a doctor at UC health do it, and it took one day. The staff is rude at times, and you never seem to get the same answer from different people. I am leaving Banner, I have put up with their short comings for way too long. If you know whats good for you, you will stay far away from this place..

Dr. Taylor is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new doctor. I originally gave the place a 2 star because of one of the ladies in the front, after my first visit. I changed it because Dr. Taylor really is fantastic, and is very good at what he does. The younger lady is an absolute delight, always smiling and super pleasant. Shes usually on the left side when you walk in. However, I must warn anyone new its the older lady that is not so pleasant. I would rate her people skills 2/10, shes the reason I was a little hesitant on going back.

I visited Dr. Taylor for a couple of issues, which he cared very little about. Effectively, I paid my co-pay to receive two referrals. Zero assistance, care, or concern was offered. I brought two prescriptions from another doctor to be renewed. The doctor is internationally certified and practices in New York. Dr. Taylor had zero (literally, zero) interest in even looking at the written prescriptions on the doctors stationary, or the empty prescription bottles. Instead, he told me his referral people would call me, and good luck getting my prescriptions filled (when a patient sees you about anxiety medication, do not heighten their anxiety by assuring they cant receive it). He had zero help, understanding, or insight to offer. He was cold, standoffish, abrupt, and generally did not listen. I felt judged, unheard, and somewhat disrespected. It is not often that I leave a doctors office feeling worse, but he did very little to make me feel good or cared for at all. His people did call me, and they are located in Greeley. How is this proper, compassionate, convenient, or even care? I also asked him about some dermatological issues - he looked at me from across the room, said maybe I should see a dermatologist, and said his referral people would call me. On the note of the dermatologist, they did not call me. So, I paid a co-pay to be told Good luck, go to Greeley and had about 1/3 of my actual issue(s) addressed at all. Im not sure that its fair to say that Dr. Grant only cares about money, but I did not feel cared for.

I dislike the doctor hereand the front staff is horrible they are nasty and rude and only care about collecting your money. Tried to explain to them the insurance but they dont listen. They dont smile or treat you will any respect. Most people dont enjoy going to the doctors..so maybe if you dont like your job quit. Working with patients takes a certain type of person. Also the nurses are just as bad. Wait forever for a return call. No patient should wait a month.. horrible. So many people need jobs and you have these incompetent people working for you. Sad need to clean your staff up you can do better. Banner is just horrible. Oh still waiting on a call going on 5 weeks now. Told someone would call me after I called them upset. Crickets....waiting. Since July and its almost Sept. Incompetent...I will be putting in a complaint. Reading all these reviews....do something. Also the manager here is unprofessional and down right disrespectful.. to not call back for a week then lie.. has no clue about whats going on.. and could careless. No wonder they always have openings... That should tell you a lot. Horrible patient care... I will be going somewhere else and filing a complaint.

I just started as a new patient here and I absolutely cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the lady who answered the phone, both receptionists, the nurse and my doctor were all just amazing. I didnt have to wait long, they were totally upfront with what my costs would be and I have a wonderful piece of mind knowing I have a great doctor with a great staff. Thank you so much!

Im changing my review from 1 to 3 stars because the staff were cooperative after the fact.I am a victim of small medical maltreatment from this clinic. I feel obliged to leave a review to warn others of the incompetence of the staff here who took care of me after a knee surgery.I was supposed to receive physical therapy the day after surgery. Although I was told that there would be physical therapy, but I was not informed that it would begin the day after surgery. Also, the nursing staff never gave me the prescription for the physical therapy. After receiving the prescription, I tried to schedule my physical therapy, but because I am on medicaid, it takes weeks to schedule an appointment for physical therapy. Therefore, I will not be able to receive the physical therapy required for my surgery. This might have been easily prevented if, several weeks prior to the surgery, I had been given the prescription for physical therapy while being informed to schedule it weeks in advanced. If it were possible to have tangable evidence that this occured, I might file a small lawsuit in small claims court, but because there is not tangable evidence, all I can do is leave this review and figure out how to do my own physical therapy on my own time.

I have been here a couple of times and the doctors are great but the front office staff are short, uneducated and rude. This seems to be common (possibly a requirement) for front desk medical staff around Fort Collins. I am not certain if this is because the job is that horrible, or because they work in a college town, where kids do not pay their bills. However, they (ALL FOCO medical office staff, not just Banner) act like every patient is there to rip them off and begin every conversation in this tone.I am not convinced that this is a Banner issue. I believe it is a Fort Collins issue, as I have lived in 3 other cities and have never received such consistently rude service from office level medial staff!!!!!

I would give ZERO if I could.I have a few things to say about this particular Banner location: First of all, I have gotten most of my medical needs taken care of, however, the finesse of the physicians is severely lacking. One incident I recall vividly took place when my daughter had to get stitches taken out of her face following a traumatic encounter with a dog. Dr. Kurth exhibited ZERO empathy for my four year old and let the (wonderful, male) nurse do most of the work. This irritated me to the ends of the earth the way this pediatrician treated my frightened four-year-old. I have since moved her care and now neither of my children are seen at this location.Secondly, I have been dealing with chronic pain due to anklyosing spondilitus for about six years. To make a long (painful) story short I am currently a patient of Dr. Story, a female physician I have seen for about three years. I called today to get a referral to see my gyno at the Lady Moon location where I had my son. When I finally recieved a phone call back at the end of the day, I was told that the doctor refused to give the referral unless I came in for an appointment, which, I dont even need after calling my insurance. She did this, according to the individual placing the call because I did not come in after I promised to come in following my last appointment. I feel this is only to get money. I feel this is a form of blackmail. Being told I cannot see my gyno for a severe, pressing issue that causes me to not be able to lay down from EXTREME abdominal pain is obscene. I feel she should have sent me there incongruence with seeing a gastroenterologist. This is wrong of her to do this to me. I do not recommend taking your animals to this location, let alone your family or yourself. I have found the nurses and phlebotomist to be kind, but the doctors are only out for your money. Save yourself the trouble and go someplace else.

Went in for a bug I caught from my work. Caught it from another department where two people of five ended up with bronchitis. Feeling sick for four days by the time I went in and spoke to a Nurse Practitioner. Explained all of my symptoms including that I had very little to no sinus pressure/pain. She told me I had a sinus infection and to continue using my neti pot and OTC meds. If I still felt sick in two weeks I could come back and get antibiotics. So speed up two weeks I go into another doctor at another clinic. I have bronchitis and I also passed the bronchitis onto my boss. Put me on a slew of meds and I am starting to feel better. Stay away from this Health Center. All they want is your insurance payment and your copay while providing no real. Last time I will ever go to a Banner facility.

Dr. Taylor is an incompentant doctor who is unwilling to help his patients get what they really need. He insists on a multitude of tests and then refuses to bring any new medication or treatment to the table. I do not recomend using Banner Health, and suggest staying away from Dr. Taylor at all costs; there is a reason hes one of the only doctors in Fort Collins with openings for new patients.

My doctor didnt know anything about my condition. And told me basically im a bad person because i have used marijuana to help my condition. Im a chronically ill patient who is dependent on a prescription that they were unwilling to talk to me about. Even after i expressed if i stop you know this can kill people right? They didnt care one bit. Most un professional staff i have ever met in the medical field. If you habe reall health issues stear clear of the glorified walk in clinic they call banner health.

Staff in Dr. Rhodes office were rude. Yes I was 6 minutes late for my appointment, but had to hear from front desk and nurse in the room about how time was running close to thier lunch time. Only needed to discuss the posiblitie of new medication causing rash and headaches. Finally had enough of the harassment and walked out. Will never use this office again.

Wouldve rated lower due to so many issues, but I love my doctor there. The cyber attack may have exposed patients’ names, birthdates, addresses, physicians’ names, dates of service, clinical information, possibly health insurance information, and social security numbers. The MyBanner online patient portal is not as useful as UC Healths. They never get my uploads or messages. To get results from the lab at this location, I have to physically drive there, whereas with other labs like LabCorp, Quest & Horizon, I get my results emailed to me within 0-3 days. Theyre also limited as to which blood tests are offered. Hopefully that improves as the hospital grows. Most important to me, refilling my thyroid meds is always a major chore. Even though my appointments are current, they havent been setting up prescriptions with refills (or if theyre needing more labs, theyre not requesting them). Running out of thyroid meds majorly affects my hormones, moods, and life. Walmart always says theyre waiting to hear from the doctor on the refill. It takes multiple calls to Walmart & the BHC to get it resolved. Nothing has changed after repeatedly making them aware of the hassles of refills every 1-3 months. Communication and follow thru are severely lacking.I chose BHC since I liked the doctor and its near my home, but am considering changing if things dont improve. If it improves, Ill upgrade my rating.I hope this helps others considering this practice make a more informed decision. Good luck!
