I came here for kidney stones and I was really dreading the experience. It ended up being the absolute best and easiest thing! I am so thankful for the staff there. Everyone was so friendly and really went above and beyond, despite the circumstances. I was out within an hour after lab work and a CT scan. I just cant brag enough on them.

I made an appointment and only had to wait a few minutes. I definitely recommend doing this if you can. I was treated with kindness and respect and my issues were quickly addressed. I have had many similar experiences at this urgent care and am always happy with their care.

Ive had to go in for something small biannually for about 3 years. Something must have changed recently, because the experience this time was atrocious. Called in to schedule and ask a question and the person who answered the phone was rude, unhelpful, and hung up before I could ask my question. Scheduled online instead and when I got there I was basically turned away because it was not mentioned to me that their credit card machine was down all day. Had I known, I would have come prepared with an alternate form of payment. Front staff seemed unsympathetic. Will not be going back.

I dont even have to go here to know how terrible the service is. First, everywhere, including their IVR system talks about setting up an appointment online, you click the link and its down. Second, one place says close is 7pm but online says 8pm. Third, I call to verify which time is correct and the receptionist doesnt even have the decency to answer until I called a third time...after waiting on hold for 15 minutes. Oh but she had the time to say Im the only one at the front desk and Im checking in a patient but she didnt have the time to say 7 oclock the first time and not waste so much time and cause so much unnecessary frustration for both parties. If youre really that busy youd think youd want the person on the phone to go away with a simple answer of 7. Instead she had two more unnecessary calls come in.

Would recommend going in the mornings if possible! They took me in very fast && were clear and respectful the whole appointment and answered all my questions with ease. Thank you!

I was seen and diagnosed quickly and accurately and provided an immediate solution. Care was very coordinated and each provider was professional. Great experience in a challenging time for health care.

So to start, scheduled my appointment on line. Arrive at 12:25. Five minutes early. Received a text from UCHealth to text them when I arrive. Let’s assume this is due to Covid and not wanting crowds in the waiting area. Just an assumption. I immediately receive a text back, “come in”. I then check in and am seated in the waiting area. Exactly 60 minutes later-1 hour they bring me to a room with a medical seat. Cannot lay flat. They acknowledge this room won’t work since I have a puncture wound in my left foot. But they will use this room temporarily until the correct room for my injury is available. The nurse asks me a few questions including, have you had a tetanus shot recently and I say no and also confirms I am allergic to keflex antibiotic. She then gives me a tetanus shot without wiping my arm with alcohol or cleaning my arm in Any way prior to the shot. After a few minutes I’m taken to this other room where I can lay flat for examination of my foot with the puncture. This one hour and 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The doctor looks at the wound which still has something inside. Very swollen and infected. I could not step on this foot due to the extreme pain. She says, “I think I can see it”. And then comments she would only try to remove these if they are visible. Which I already knew, was not visible. With “tweezers,” after yet another shot for numbing, once again with no alcohol wipe or any sanitizing begins to pick at the skin on the bottom of my foot. Which later I could see when I was in my home was more than 1/2 and inch from the infected puncture wound. And this “doctor” never once cleaned or sanitized my foot before during or after the shot or miserably failed attempt to extract broken pieces of thorn from deep inside my foot. Note, feet are dirty, we walk on them. Might be a good idea to clean a wound on the foot before and after working on them? She said, “ it will come out on its own”! At 58 years old pretty sure I’d already be aware of that but due to the massive swelling, infection and pain to the point I could not sleep nor walk on this foot, I went to urgent care to have it removed. Can’t say I’ve had much more of a horrible experience with the medical profession. That this one. And to top the entire experience off, the doctors last comments after she said she could get the pieces out of my foot (with tweezers) was, “I’m going to give you keflex”! Unbelievable. I don’t go to the doctor to have the use a pair of tweezers 1/2 and inch away from the actual puncture. Waste of time and waste of money. This facility should be embarrassed. From start to finish. At a minimum, START SANITIZING WOUNDS!!! and clean an area before you inject patients with hypodermic needles. Goes back to the 1940’s. Ya know. Had to go to a foot surgeon at orthopedic center of the Rockies. Thanks for nothing UCHealth!!!! Criminal

Im very impressed with my experience at the UCH Urgent Care Harmony location. I pulled into the parking lot at the time suggested when I registered online. Before I even parked, I had received the text notification that they were ready for me enter. My wait time in the lobby and exam room were way shorter than I expected. My visit required x-rays and I was in and out in less than an hour. Every person with whom I interacted was courteous and kind. Im so impressed with my entire experience!

Mike Deitz was supposed to perform an examination but didnt. He admitted to making up his mind before entering the room and didnt want to do the work. He then lied several times about medical and legal procedure and lied about my medical status to the other staff to get the paper work done quickly so he didnt have to do any work. He should not be practicing, and if UC Health employs physicians like this, I wholly recommend avoiding them completely.

I was a walk-in yesterday and I didn’t have to wait more than 20 minutes! I felt so safe and cared for the whole time. I’m definitely on the path to healing this head cold. Thanks Harmony Urgent Care!

This Urgent Care was a bit of a drive for me when not feeling well, but the care received was excellent! All staff was friendly, professional and the wait was minimal to be seen by a provider. I really liked to be able to go to the UC Health website and make an appointment to be seen at my convenience! I will use this Urgent Care again if needed again when I cant be seen by my primary Dr.

I had a really positive experience with the staff and providers here. Everyone was kind from the very beginning and sympathetic to my situation. The provider istened to why I was there and was conservative in testing since we already knew I was going to need to see an orthopedic specialist. As someone with a high deductible insurance plan I really appreciated that. For having broke my knee, it was as positive of an experience as it could be.

Unfortunately, Ive been in here a lot lately and I have to say the staff is consistently wonderful. Even when we showed up at almost closing time. Everyone still friendly, caring, and efficient!

Ive consistently had a positive experience at this facility from the EMTS and doctors. I will continue to go to this urgent care when I need immediate care. I wish all other UCHealth clinics were this amazing. Ive had some unpleasant experiences at other UCHealth clinics. Keep up the good work!

I thought I was going to the walkin clinic so I think what I went in there for was kind of silly. But they didnt treat me like it was silly at all. Very helpful and they saw me immediately just for a shoulder injury.

Surprisingly fast and courteous--the first time Ive ever had a positive experience with uc health. They know how to treat their patients at harmony. Everyone was so kind and actually listened to my problems. I didnt feel like I had to explain it over and over again. The wait time was under 20 minutes, which was great. Amazing job!

Excellent care from the receptionist to the docs. They deserve more than 5 stars! Dr Gibbs and Dr Barber both went far beyond the call of duty to give my husband exceptional treatment. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and truly made us feel that they cared about our needs.

I was greeted by the receptionist as son as I walked in. She was able to find my billing and medications list from my last visit to another facility in UCHealth and checked me in very fast. The waiting room was very clean and every other chair spaced apart was taped off. There was only one other person in the waiting room at 6:20 p.m. I was taken back to my exam room a couple of minutes after I checked in. DJ was personable and took my vitals and history. After he left the doctor examined me and gave me some recommendations and sent a prescription to my pharmacist. I received prompt and excellent customer service from everyone. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

I dont usually leave reviews but the staff here was simply amazing.Dr. Mercer was incredibly helpful and kind, while nurse Craig as well as the EMT DJ were amazingly thoughtful and caring.Cant recommend this facility enough.

As a college student, I am often not treated with as much respect, and can find it annoying to go to a doctors appointment. But during my visit, I was treated with a very high level of respect and care, it was a great experience and I really felt like they cared about what I was saying and wanted to me to feel healthier. I have a history of asthma that can cause a long term, annoying cough that lasts for forever if I dont get steroids to knock it out. Usually not a big deal, but with COVID its been difficult to get into the VA. I used the virtual urgent care, making an account was so easy, there were so many available appointment times to sign up for. Filling out my patient info, history and entering my insurance was super fast and the site was user friendly. My appointment with Dr. Carroll was great. He completely understood what was going on and 5 minutes later I had my Rx. I highly recommend using the virtual clinic. Thank you for great service.

Can’t recommend this place enough!! The staff are so kind and considerate! They were extremely attentive and did everything in a very timely manner. Very quickly had blood work, X-ray, and EKG done.

I saw Erika Wicks PAC on my last visit. She was wonderful. Listened intently and just had a very pleasant experience all the way around. The other staff who helped were just as friendly and amazing. I could tell they all really cared about and treated me with kindness and respect. Highly recommend since this is my 3rd time going with different staff everytime and the service is always the same.

The waiting took quite a while, but were in a pandemic so its understandable. The staff was incredibly caring and helpful. Dr. Mercer made me feel like she personally cared that I felt better, which tells me she is a great doctor if she can just walk in the room and make you feel better. She talked through personal experience and I find that important. My boyfriend also went here for many years for personal issues and they always took care of him. Thank you.

Was admitted for diverticulitis. I had extreme pain in my stomach area. The staff here was phenomenal and I could not have hoped for a better experience under the circumstances. I also went through the dreaded colonoscopy.All things considered, this hospital is highly recommended by me.

Got a deep cut on my hand sewn up Wednesday 1/20, 7 stitches. Erica, Kim, Karen, Melissa working that day all 3 were amazing doctors and/or nurses. Friendly, painless, skilled, and fast. One lady I’m not sure of her job at the hospital noticed I couldn’t find my car and helped me look haha, kindof embarrassing but she was great! Easier getting stitches than finding my car almost. She may have worked the front desk, thank you so much!

Every time I have had to use the Harmony Urgent Care facility it has always been a great experience, given the circumstances. They are always friendly, efficient and very professional. I wish it could be my primary care facility.

This health system may not be perfect but it is the closest to perfect I have ever seen.

Not impressed. The staff is not all on the same page of what’s going on. Each staff member told me something totally different and said the other staff members were wrong when I questioned why I was not told consistent information. I also sat on a chair that someone had urinated on.

When it comes to my health theres only one urgent care that I trust and even though its 8 Miles away and the others are 2 to 3 miles away I still go to urgent Care on Harmony the staff are always there theyre calm they understand you make you feel comfortable I dont know if anybody else has white coat syndrome like I do. But if my numbers are high they dont freak out they might recheck me but they dont cause panic but throwing out medical lingo that somebody with anxiety has trouble dealing with. The staff always have a smile even if they have to do precautionary measures because you show symptoms of covid-19 theyre taking your safety and everybodys safety the heart which is amazing thing like I said I recommend this place I have nothing bad to say about it I always feel the treatments are 100% without any doubt in my mind that its a misdiagnosis.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The staff was friendly and made you feel welcomed. It was easy to schedule an appt time online so I didn’t have to wait long. Everyone that I encountered was friendly and genuinely wanted to help in some way. It was later in the evening so I was worried I’d get rushed in and out but I felt like they took their time to make sure I was taking care of. I really felt heard and helped. I would highly recommend this facility if you’re in need on non-emergency urgent care!

So a little background. Im 22 and I crashed at 20-25 MPH on the spring creek trail because of a negligent dog owner. Waited 9 days to go to the hospital because I dont see the point of going if I dont need surgury or something like that. When I did finally go, the check-in was smooth and to the point. It took maybe 2-3 minutes to check-in. Maybe another 2-3 minutes to be seen. And treated with tons of care. EMT was super nice and the doctor was super nice. Was out within an hour and a half for a fractured knee cap. Awesome experience 10/10 would recommend.

Refused to give me antibiotics & then I got even More sick. Wouldn’t reccomend

Having really bad insomnia or at least thats what I think went in today for a very quick visit doc hooked me up and I just slept 7 hours I feel amazing thank you guys so much Im learning to drive truck right now and that could have been very dangerous I appreciate all the help ☺️👌

I was met with so much kindness and compassion from Dr. Edmonds and her nursing staff. Went into urgent care on a weekend with a terrible sore throat, could barely speak or swallow. I’d had several other tests done at another facility during the week but all came back negative and I was feeling pretty hopeless and scared. But each person I interacted with in this office made me feel heard and valued and taken care of. It was so nice to hear the nurses chatting and laughing with one another outside my door while I was waiting for my test results. Good little reminder that there’s joy to be had in all the pandemic madness. They all took great covid & sanitary precautions and listened carefully to my symptoms and concerns while giving me advice on how to manage my diagnosis. I am so grateful for my experience there.

This urgent care facility is a place that I take my self and my entire family of four children and my wife. They are fantastic about caring about you and making you feel better. Their facilities are top notch. And I am now looking at how to switch so that they are my primary care physician if that’s even possible

My husband and I recently moved here and we both became sick with the flu at the same time. We were able to quickly set an appointment time online and once we arrived the staff were friendly and professional from start to finish. Lindsey, the NP, and Mary, the nurse, who treated my injury and looked to my ongoing health both displayed great professionalism blended with human respect and caring. They are both to be commended.

I went in for a wasp sting. The staff especially the PA who treated me took extra good care of me. Duey the PA, took the extra step of following up the next day to make sure I was okay. All of the people at UC Health go the extra mile. Given the choice I always pick UC Health.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. They made a trip to the urgent care far less of a hassle for me than it usually is and all treated me with such genuine compassion and kindness. The wait was a little long, but it can be overlooked when I felt as good as I did with the care they provided.

I hate not to give different sections of this establishments different reviews. The uchealth urgent Care deserves a 1 star due to my seeing doctor, Dr. Bush, not coming into my room because of my asthma attack but instead stood maskless at my door and instructed me to the emergency room establishment. I told him I didnt think I could drive myself anymore because my oxygen level was at 80 and he insisted because it was right across the parking lot after all. However, the uchealth emergency room staff and establishment deserves 5 stars due to one nurse, Jenny. She made me feel better and explained what was going on which lessened my asthma attack. She had a positive attitude and genuine empathy for me. As far as Im concerned, shes the only one who treated me with any empathy or respect my entire visit. Just because someone has a lung condition, doesnt mean they have COVID. I understand the severity of COVID and will not take anything away from that. I am someone who does have a lung condition, who would probably die if I were to contract COVID, and everyone around you who IS SWORN IN to help you during a scary health episode wants to add to your anxiety by refusing to explain what maybe happening or even pushing you off on to other doctors when the problem is obvious and can be helped easily. I hope all these types if patients can come into contact with Jenny. Jenny deserves a raise and will be in my prayers for a long time. Thank you Jenny for actually caring.

Dr. Edmonds is great. Ive seen her twice now and shes always very professional, but also friendly and kind and compassionate. The other staff are awesome as well and give you first rate care. I really appreciate how well Ive been treated there.

Seems from the reviews when this place is on —it is really good. But for me it was stressful and not a good experience. The young woman who signed me in may as well have been a robot.I went there for a culture so if needed I could get an antibiotic before leaving town in 3 days. I did not get the promised call and by the time I got anyone to answer my calls it was to late to get an antibiotic and it didn’t matter because the sample never got sent to the lab. Everyone was all about ‘sorry’. But that did not help me.They had no problem getting my money immediately. But after being told I would get a refund I had to make WAY to many calls to many departments and still received only 1/2 a refund. I don’t know yet what insurance was billed for and this to me is part of the health care problem. To many people involved and ALL pass the buck-to someone else. I will say also the young man an, EMT who called me back from the waiting room was VERY professional and courteous.

Dr. Trevor Bush was an excellent dr that got to the point of my issue. The staff is super caring , friendly and fast.

I went in on doctors orders. I was seen in 5 minutes. Everyone was courteous, kind and caring. They take great care of the facility, its clean and staffed. I saw Michelle who was wonderful. I was in there againFriday night and they just keep getting better. Having won an award for best Urgent Care says it all. Great care!!

I use humor as a way to deal with certain situations like getting hurt. The staff met me right where i was (mentaly) and laughed along side me! That met everything!!!!

Staff were very friendly and respectful from the gal at check-in, to the clinical staff member who took my vitals, to the provider. Wait time was very minimal. The provider, Physicians Assistant Kathryn Gibbs, was truly sincere and empathetic with regards to my symptoms and how I was feeling. She was truly interested in helping me feel better.Ive been to this urgent care multiple times over the years and each time the experience gets better. All around great visit!

I got the best care and the greatest treatment in helping to take care of my illness. I’d recommend visiting here if the unfortunate situation arises, as they were fast in getting me in and helpful in making me Getting comfortable from the pain I was in. Great staff and operation I received from the moment I walked in the door, or well honestly, the front lady wasn’t eager to say hi or ask me if I needed help right away, but a couple minutes after she was done looking at her paperwork she checked me in. I’d say if she recognized I was there and said I’ll be right with you I would’ve felt better, but I felt like I wasn’t important to the lady at the deck at first. Overall they have great care at this emergency center once you’re inside. Nurses and Dr. was great!

UCHealth services have been excellent. The staff is efficient, courteous and professional. The care I have received has exceeded my unrealistically high expectations. My primary care physician takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides useful guidance. The online message board has been terrific - I can address a lot of my needs and concerns via secure email. Cant beat that! :-)

You can’t even get anyone on the phone they just leave you on hold forever definitely the biggest waste of my time ever. If you actually need to get something done don’t waste your time with this place.

Drive thru COVID-19 test was taken here two days before my scheduled procedure. The procedure had to be cancelled because the test had not been processed. If your procedure is important, test elsewhere.

Very friendly and efficient staff at the front desk. I always make an online reservation which drastically minimizes wait times. I was able to check in, be seen, and leave in under an hour right in the middle of the day. I was surprised at the end of my visit today with a get well card that was thoughtfully crafted by the tech who did my intake/vitals and signed by the staff. As he said, “it’s the little things.” I had a great/friendly experience today and feeling taken care of.

All the staff was really friendly and efficiently resolved the issues. They were funny and informative

I had a piece of glass stuck in my foot and felt a little silly going to urgent care for something so small, but it was a very positive experience with friendly and caring staff. I made an online appointment and was in-and-out in about 20 minutes. Dr. Bush got the glass out quickly and painlessly and I felt relief immediately.

Great staff! I felt that everyone was very caring, knowledgeable, and interested in caring for others. Even though the Mission Act is new, this facility is already prepared to handle veterans and submitting the claims automatically so that there is no out-of-pocket cost or reimbursement waiting periods. My rating falls from before, because the pharmacy has NO idea what the Mission Act is, so prescriptions had to be cancelled and recreated for the Walmart pharmacy.

I have (unfortunately) had to visit this urgent care on numerous occasions and have always found the staff to be exceptionally kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I always feel like my concerns are thoroughly addressed, my visit is prompt and efficient, and I trust the providers with my health. I’m so thankful to have this facility nearby!

Harmony Campus. Cheerful staff, quick to check us in and get diagnostics underway. We were headed home in no time with temporary cast and a plan of action. Doc kept us up to speed on any wait times (in our case for a radiologist to interpret the XRay). Even at that, we werent there long! Very pleased.

The doctors and nurses are very pleasentband helpful at the urgent care but theres a really rude man at the covid testing site that will talk to you like your stupid not ok for a professional

The reserve a spot ahead feature online was very helpful. All the staff I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. I was seen in an expected time considering it was a Saturday at Urgent Care. The facility is clean. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Dr. Bush and his staff were excellent. Dr. Bush is sharp, knowledgeable , and thorough. I had an excellent experience and highly recommend them. Also, Dr. Bush has great bedside manner.

Dr. Hope. (Love that name) Shes very intelligent and a great diagnostician. She quickly narrowed my symptoms down, found the cause and gave me the treatments and medication to address it.Plus shes really pretty! And for a guy feeling like hes at deaths door...being examined and cared for by such an intelligent, beautiful doctor is very, very comforting.

I was seen and diagnosed quickly and was treated with respect and gentleness by the doctors, nurses, and front desk staff. I was seen by a nurse named Mary who made me feel safe and cared for during a very scary time. I would highly recommend Harmony Urgent Care and the UC Health system.

My husband and I have been treated several times at this facility. The front desk, nurses and doctors are incredibly patient and kind. Ive never been better cared for.

The care itself was okay for an urgent care visit with a need for sutures. My reason for this review is that they seem to have a protocol that is such a time-waster for the patient. My initial visit the nurse came in to take vitals, the the PA came in, looked and said wound needed to be cleaned and left; then EMT came in to flush wound and he left, then PA came back and tried to glue the edges of the wound; when that didnt work, she had to pick out glue, and started sutures, but the method she was using wasnt working, and she had to start over and put them in one at a time. It was like watching suture practice, she was so unskilled. I have observed skilled suturing. ALL THIS TIME, HER HAIR WAS PRACTICALLY HANGING IN THE WOUND. The finished suturing wasnt great, but I assume thats what one gets in urgent care. After she was finished, I had to wait for the EMT to put ointment on and bandage. Between all the comings and goings I had a wait. I returned 8 days later, I had a minimal wait in the waiting room. A nurse took me back and took my vitals. I saw the PA at a computer when I was taken back. About 20 min later she came in and removed stitches, then said I needed a little ointment and left. Again, her hair was hanging around her face while she worked. I feel like that is so unsanitary. I assume I was waiting for an EMT. I waited a while and then just left. I realize protocol is in place for a reason, but honestly they werent busy either time I was there. Just like a previous reviewer, there was a lot of chit, chat, etc going on outside the room which is so annoying when one is just waiting. It would have saved so much time if the PA had just performed all the steps. A true hierarchical system in practice apparently.

I was seen for bronchitis on a Saturday afternoon. I arrived and had an estimated 60 minute wait, so I asked if I could leave for awhile to get something to eat. The front desk staff member was very friendly. My place was held in line and I was sent text messages with updates as I got closer to being seen. When I came back and was re-checked in, I was promptly called back. Dr. Trevor Bush saw me right after the intake nurse finished my notes and vitals. Dr. Bush made a quick diagnosis, but then took a fair amount of time walking me through my options for treatment. I felt like I was given more time in this setting to ask questions than I would have received with my PCP due to the schedule my PCP is forced to keep. Dr. Bush never talked down to me even though Im sure my questions were a bit overkill. I appreciated the time I was given, and Im already feeling a million times better. I had previously been told that this was not the best urgent care location to go to, but that was not my experience at all. I would definitely go again. Thank you!

Excellent: Has been great the 3 times weve had to go here.Also the LAB next door, same building, is also super fast to do your testing, efficient, and super fast to get results.Nice clean, new facility.Excellent customer service, nursing, and medical personnel.

My son broke his ankle on Monday. From the moment we walked through the doors, the UCHealth staff was very helpful and kind. We saw Dr. Mercer. She and her nurse Karin (I hope thats the correct name :)) were so fun with my son. They helped make what could have been a stressful situation, a very manageable one. Im very grateful for the service we received here.
