Staff were very knowledgeable about my travel needs, and they did a great job making sure that I would be fully vaccinated for my travel. They were able to decipher the CDC guidelines and provide vital information on how to stay safe abroad. I was also able to submit the payment to my insurance, which is a big plus. On top of all of that, they were VERY nice people - they deserve every positive review theyve received. Would highly recommend!

Happy I went. They answered questions and provided a nice health information package on my destination, made vaccine recommendations (but it was up to me which ones I wanted, if any) and gave a couple useful prescriptions. Well worth going to.

Lauren was friendly, professional, thorough- yet efficient, and made me aware of any and all health considerations for my trip to China. Her customer service is outstanding!!If you have any questions at all, or need any guidance on your trip abroad to ANYWHERE, you can feel confident that Passport Health will have your back. Theyre not pushing sales or vaccines, instead they give you honest & current information about both the recommended & optional vaccines/medications, and will give them to you if you would like to add that option. (My daughter traveled for a year doing volunteer work in Africa & Asia a few years ago, & this is where we came for all of her vaccinations, pills, & guidance. Lauren, like today, went through her entire itinerary, covered all of the health risks, & gave her a ton of up to date advice.) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

(Located on the third floor of the Great Western Bank)If you are planning to travel outside of the country, go to Passport Health first. Lauren (the doctor there in Ft.Collins) is VERY thorough. Her and I sat down for roughly an hour. We reviewed my entire trip, including some specific destinations Im considering. We discussed all the diseases I might be exposed to, the risk of getting them, and my options for vaccines. For only $70, you can stop in and discuss your options. Of course, vaccines will cost more, but that price will vary. Passport Health also will apply discounts to some of the vaccines. For example, 67 pills of Mosquirix (malaria vaccine) by itself would have cost me about $400, but because Passport health applied a discount, I only payed $150. This is an appointment you dont want to miss.

I have traveled a lot in my life and I went in to get some consultation about an upcoming trip. Lauren was very helpful going through a very thorough packet of information. The packet of info included tons of info from all of the different risks, weather information, and general country info. I appreciated that she was very knowledgeable about all of the different vaccines as well as providing information about where to get the vaccines at the lowest cost (even if that wasn’t with them). They also had very good prices on the vaccines that they did carry. At no fault to her own, they don’t carry Yellow Fever (no one in Fort Collins does) so I will have to go somewhere else for that one.I will definitely follow up with her if I have any other questions and go with her for any further trips.

Very knowledgeable, providing a professional, yet personal experience. We were given clear and concise information regarding all vaccines required for travel to South America. Passport Health provided the immunizations we needed and also offered alternate options in pricing and forms of vaccines. The overall experience was easy and I highly recommend this office!

This is an excellent place to get travel information and vaccinations. Lauren was prepared for our visit with a packet of information about vaccinations, health, and general info for the location we were going to. She went through the information thoroughly and was very patient with all of our questions. I was especially impressed she would explain why or why not a specific vaccination was a good idea...in one case, we opted for a recommended one and in another we opted to not have it. She wasnt upselling at all! Love the thoroughness and upbeat attitude. Well be back!

If youre traveling abroad you should definitely make an appointment with Passport Health before you go. I was planning a trip to Vietnam and at the last minute (one week before leaving) I made an appointment with Lauren Mochan at the Fort Collins location. They were able to get me in the next day and Lauren dedicated an hour for an in-depth overview of the health risks associated with the areas of Vietnam which I would be visiting. She asked questions about my past vaccinations and made recommendations for vaccines, medications and mosquito repellent. Lauren went into depth about prevention of illness, including great tips about drinking water and food safety. This experience was very low-pressure and the cost was reasonable. Laurens customer service was phenomenal! I came back from my trip healthy and I feel grateful to the high quality of care given by Lauren and Passport Health.
