The staff is wonderful! I loved coming in to see all of them. The reason why I give less stars is definitely not because of the staff, but because they didnt add in my molds allergy into the serum. So many shots and molds was missing the whole time. Plus, when I moved states, they sent my serum through snail mail. It was supposed to be overnight packed with ice. But it arrived a week later, during a hot summer. My current nurse noticed it and threw it out because we both were concerned with it. They need to be a lot more careful with the serums and add molds.

We have worked with Lacey Sanchez regarding our toddlers peanut allergy for a couple years now. In July, we started OIT for her allergy. She is finally on maintenance and is able to eat foods that may contain peanuts. This process has been absolutely life changing for our family and we couldnt have done it without Laceys unending support and guidance. We will forever be grateful for everything she has done for us and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone with allergy or asthma needs.

The staff here is great!Between Covid, allergy symptoms, the fires, and flu/cold season it can’t be an easy job.... but the nurse practitioner/dr went above and beyond and tested me for strep with some of the symptoms I was having. They could have easily told me to go to my primary care since they are a specialist office. I felt so heard and taken care of here! I feel so much better with the medication prescribed and the piece of mind they gave me with a quick test. Keep up the good work ! Thanks again!!

I highly recommend this practice. I started as a new patient with Dr. Erin Kempe on February 2, 2021 due to an allergy/urticaria reaction to my immune system. The office accommodated my appointment quickly and professionally and follow up appointments & communication was unparalleled. Dr. Kempe is extremely knowledgeable in the field of allergies, and beyond. I was able to gain some very valuable insight into my skin health and skin allergies. She delivered superb care with great results. I continue to receive treatment from Dr. Kempe and Colorado Allergy & Asthma Centers in Fort Collins and feel very confident that my skin allergy condition will continue to improve while I am being treated by a highly knowledgeable Dr. Erin Kempe, her outstanding medical advice and support. I would also like to acknowledge the friendly, prompt and diligent care provided by staff assistant, Lacey. I would highly recommended Dr. Erin Kempe and staff at Colorado Allergy & Asthma Centers. Wish I could give 10 stars!!

This is a review of Dr Erin Kempe. As I told Dr Kempe: You spent more time, and gave me a more complete understanding of my disease and treatment options, than any other health professional Ive dealt with since my initial diagnosis a decade ago. Dr Kempe quickly established a relationship while running initial tests. She clearly explained what is known - and what is not known - about my disease. She left me in the drivers seat, while being supportive of any treatment route I choose. All in al,l a positive experience. Thanks!

We have been customers for years. The service weve received from the billing department the last month has been unacceptable. They did not process our insurance, charged us again and then have continued to treat us as if we have done something wrong. Weve never cancelled or stood up an appointment, weve never missed or not paid a bill. Horrible service.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I have been going to this clinic for over 2 years. I have set up multiple appts and on the day of, I have been told I do not have insurance and have to pay out of pocket only to find out that I do have valid insurance and have to go through the process of reimbursement. The staff is belittling and will not get to the root issue before sending you on your way with faulty information. The COVID precautions change daily (someday you are asked COVID questions regarding travel and symptoms, sometimes not).

Recently met with Dr. Kempe and staff for allergy tests. Not only was the process thorough and effective, it was painless. Dr. Kempe and her staff have a great rapport and work really well together. They answered all of my questions, followed up a few weeks later and have put me on the path to feeling better.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was belittled by Dr Buckley after submitting to a test he ordered. He stated that the test results told him nothing. He was rude and tried to send me to speech therapy for an issue he admitted that he was not even sure I had. I have since gotten 2 separate opinions and both doctors said my test results were very telling and completely disagreed with Dr. Buckley. I do in fact have a health issue that he completely dismissed.Additionally, I over paid them and I have called 3 times in the last 30 days and have been promised a refund each time. I am still waiting.I would not recommend this office to anyoneI have attempted multiple calls, I was ignored when I attempted to discuss my issue regarding Dr Buckley and despite the finance departments multiple mistakes the staff was quite rude and offered little help the four times I called. I am still waiting for my refund. The response on this review sums up the response when I called. Zero attempt to make any corrections. I continue to be treated as if my health and accounting mean nothing to them. Absolutely sad.

The staff at the Ft Collins office have been tremendous. I have had chronic asthma for several years and have tried various biologics. Erin and the staff got approval for me to take Dupixent, which my insurer did not want to cover. They work diligently to get me approved and then worked to get the cost of the drug reduced dramatically. My asthma is under control and life is good. Thanks to everyone at the Ft Collins office!

I had my first visit with them in July. All of my experiences here have been amazing. The ladies are always sweet and accommodating. Dr. Kempe went the extra mile to find out what I was truly allergic to, as I am one of those people who does not react to the pin pricks. I am always happy and feel well taken care of when I leave.

This practice has been absolutely awesome. I have had allergies for years, and finally decided to try allergy injections, as the antihistamines either dont work for me anymore or may me feel bad. They entire staff has been very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. I cant say enough about them from the office staff, to the nurses, and the docs. When I had a reaction to one of my injections, they were awesome about taking care of me and ensuring that all was well. Itll be a while until I know that the allergy shots worked, but I cant thank the staff enough for their help and kindness.

NP Lacey Sanchez and MA Kassidy Medina provided me with exemplary care. I have been dealing with a chronic illness for almost 5 years and would not have been given an accurate diagnosis and treatment if it were not for them. They really listened to me and asked the right questions. Lacey communicated with other specialists to make sure I was seen by the correct people and followed up with me repeatedly, ensuring that I was comfortable as things progressed. The coordination of care was beyond anything I thought was possible. I highly recommend this clinic and these practitioners.

Just learned this place cares much more about their profits then my health. My last appointment, they insisted I take a lung capacity test to be able to continue filling my prescriptions. I told them I couldn’t afford it but they insisted anyways. Haven’t been able to pay the bill because finances aren’t great at the moment. They sent my tab to collections and closed my account which means I can’t get any prescriptions filled. They know I need my asthma medicine to live but they don’t care. Very nice service from an asthma specialist!

I have been a patient here for over a year now and receive regular allergy injections. Dr. Kempe is great and most of the staff are, too, however its really hit or miss with who you get at the front desk. The information especially surrounding COVID-19 is confusing and changes depending on which staff member you ask. Most recently I told the injectionist that I had some upcoming travel. She said to call when I returned and that the doctors would review the travel, symptoms, etc. and let me know. When I called, it was first of all very difficult to make the person on the phone understand why I was calling. She was not understanding at all. She pulled my chart and then began to ask me the COVID screening questions (the whole reason I called in the first place), and when I told her my travel she just said it was a blanket 2-week quarantine before coming back into the office. If this was the policy, why is it not communicated that way from the getgo? Sometimes the office has someone checking temperatures and asking if youve traveled, and sometimes not. I understand were in changing times but its very frustrating when theres not a singular message expressed by everyone. This office also appears to have an outdated filing system that can sometimes make it difficult to get a call back. It has taken multiple days for me to get a call back on simple questions or concerns.

I love EVERYTHING about Colorado Allergy & Asthma in FoCo. Dr. Kempe is personable, supportive and always answers my questions. Even though I dont see her as often as the rest of the staff, she always stops to say hello and ask about our dogs. The staff are also fantastic! Friendly, professional and accommodating. I really enjoy coming in for allergy shots. And, theyre working! I have already recommended friends to their practice and will continue to do so. Thanks for all you do!

After sharing my allergy symptoms with Dr. Kempe and the staff, they took my concerns seriously and tested my allergies with a skin test using all of the things that I thought I would be allergic to, avoiding me having to pay the cost of things I knew I wasnt allergic to. I shared that I was on a tight budget and they were able to work with me on a plan that was affordable and covered everything specific to my allergies. They were all extremely polite, friendly, and great to deal with. We ended up finding that I was highly allergic to all of the things I suspected, plus a couple other mainstream things I had no idea were allergy triggers for me. I will be a long-term customer for sure!

I am a newer patient to Colorado Allergy & Asthma Center. I have been so impressed with their above and beyond customer service. The process to figure out what was going on with me was quick and painless, and I was explained all options for treatment clearly. Love the staff, and Dr. Kempe is wonderfully personable! The only suggestion I have to go from an A to an A+ would be to extend their hours. They are only open 8-5 and are closed for lunch so it makes it a little tricky to come for allergy shots with my work schedule, but Im making it work!

Made an appointment six weeks in advance. The day I show up ( a four hour drive)they tell me that my insurance can’t be verified even though I brought a letter stating I had coverage. I was going to have to be self pay. They had the medications on file that I was on but decided to tell me the day of my appointment I couldn’t be tested due to one of them. Left after it was obvious they don’t have true client care. I phoned my insurance and verified I do have insurance coverage!

I have pretty severe eczema and asthma and have struggled with the chronic issues for years. I can honestly say that Colorado Allergy and Asthma Center in Fort Collins has done more to improve my quality of life in the last 4 years than any other physicians group I have worked with. Its not just the quality of care, but how the listen to your concerns and make you feel validated in your discomfort. They have been able to develop working treatment strategies that not only improve how I feel physically, but make me feel confident in its ability to work long term.If you suffer from skin and asthma issues like I do, you know how stressful it is to have flares up on your skin, or tightness in your chest. You want to feel better and you want to feel better fast, the team in Fort Collins have shown me through their actions that I can rely on them to get me feeling normal. I could not recommend this group enough, they are simply phenomenal.Special shout out to Dr. James, Dr. Kempe and their assistants. The sincere care for their patients and professionalism as doctors is noticeable from the first minute they walk into the room.

When I first called as a new patient, they were booked solid for the day. After explaining my situation and the rash on my daughter, they fit us in that same afternoon.Lacey showed the same concern I had about her rash, and took time to diagnose and treat her properly. Lacey also took the time to explain everything to me in terms I could understand. She made sure I was aware of the conditions and side effects of the medicines prescribed. My daughter just turned 3 and isnt fond of doctors or sitting still and EVERY SINGLE nurse or doctor that walked into the room played with her and took their time to get her comfortable with them.I highly recommend this Allergy Center. The Nurse Practioner, Lacey, was unbelievable with my daughter and I cant thank her enough!

I just got insurance coverage, but I dont have my membership ID yet. When I tried to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks out to get ahead of the game, they said I needed my member ID to even schedule an appointment. If they dont want my business, I wont give it to them because other Allergists will at least let me schedule an appointment without my insurance info.

Theyre great as long as you dont have any serious reactions or other concerning medical issues you need them to check out in a timely manner. Im an established patient who gets allergy injections there multiple times a week, and its been two weeks since I started having a mystery reaction that causes unsightly, painful, itchy, blistered lesions all over my body. After informing the office of said reaction last week, visiting the ER and being told to see an allergist immediately, I explained the severity of the situation to the receptionist over the phone again today, yet was told there would be no way to accommodate me any earlier than my previously scheduled appointment, which is almost two more weeks away. This is a serious reaction caused by an infection that can only be treated by a specialist, yet they refused to consider altering their schedule, and suggested I go elsewhere instead. I highly recommend doing the same in case of complications, due to their heartless inconsideration for a patients pain, discomfort, and the long-term effects of refusing to treat lesions in a timely manner that will surely turn into scars. Im very disappointed in the lack of professional concern for a patient, the complete apathy toward a patients condition, and the utter refusal to accommodate an urgent medical request. I will not be recommending this office to colleagues, as I would feel horrible if a similar situation were to happen to anyone else I know.

First appointment was in Greeley. Got to clinic on time for appointment, then waited 45 minutes to see the doctor for 10 minutes. Switching to Fort Collins clinic. The nurse left message for time to schedule appointment, I called to ask for that time, receptionist actually put me on hold when I was still asking her questions. Front office staff does not communicate well at all. Long waits and sounded like untrained appointment scheduler. They did ask for a review, so this is it.
