I have had annual, recurring upper respiratory infections all my life. I’d get a virus. Antibiotics wouldn’t help. Before I was over the cold, a bacterial infection seemed to come out of nowhere. It was as though I had bacteria just “cooking along” in my sinus waiting for my immunity to drop because of a virus. When that happened I had to take an antibiotic.I went to Dr. Gill, and he confirmed that I probably had an ongoing infection. He “roto-rootered” my sinuses. Not the most pleasant experience, but well worth it. I have had NO upper respiratory infections since!! My thanks go to Dr. Gill and the whole staff at Alpine!! They did a wonderful job and changed my life!I am happy to recommend Dr. Gill and his whole staff to anyone experiencing sinus problems.

Its always very clean, and the people are both professional as well as friendly and knowledgeable.

I feel it necessary to let others know about Dr. Eriksen and his style of practicing medicine. The way he spoke to me upon entering the exam room made me feel he had little interest in my issues. He slumped in the chair opposite the exam table, asked me a couple of questions and did what felt like a cursory exam (I know this to be true now that Ive gone to a different ENT). He made light of my questions by joking (tone of voice) that he didnt think it was cancer. In the middle of one of my questions, which his medical assistant (not a nurse or PA) started to answer, he literally walked out of the exam room and NEVER returned.When I left the exam room I spoke to the MA and she made excuses for him by telling me that I was lucky because he is used to dealing with people with thyroid cancer.In addition, the exam room was not clean with trash under one of the chairs and some liquid running down the front of a piece of equipment.Perhaps he is a skilled physician but I will never go back. I was so pleased to have found a thorough and more interested physician at Alpha ENT.
