I have had consistent problems with this pharmacy since I started using them 10 months ago, but this is the final straw. I have been going back and forth with this pharmacy and my doctor for 3 weeks. My doctor has now sent my prescription to the pharmacy multiple times, and they keep insisting that the doctor has not sent the prescription or that it wasnt sent correctly. My doctor literally sent the prescription while I was on the phone with her the last time to make sure that it was sent! I have now been without my medication for 3 weeks! 3 weeks of constant suffering. Do not use this pharmacy if you actually need your medication!

This pharmacy is fine. Busy-but one can always figure out or ask when the busiest time is and avoid it. Been getting prescriptions here for about 3 years. I’ve always been met with friendliness and solid, helpful info on any new prescriptions. Ask the pharmacist questions. They know their stuff. Very helpful staff that went above and beyond on this last visit. Couldn’t believe they actually called other non affiliated pharmacies to try and help me when I was facing an expensive price on a new prescription. My husband and I both walked away very impressed with their concern and willingness to help. I’ve never had issues with this pharmacy yet.

Changing my review because the speed and customer service has improved dramatically since the summer and I very much appreciate it.

Inconsistent pricing, long wait times, and they lie about prescriptions being ready. Ive been picking up my dogs prescription here for the last 5 months. For the first 2 months, it was $22, which was more than I had been paying before, but I had just moved here so I didnt think too much of it. Then the price went down to the $8 I was paying where I used to live. The last time I tried to get the prescription refilled, the automated text said it would be $22 again. I called and the person on the phone had no other reason except the price of the drug had gone up. Im not buying that the price had gone down for months, and then went back up to the same price it was before. You can not trust that your prescription will actually be ready even if they text you saying it is. Yesterday I got a text saying the prescription was ready, and when my girlfriend went to pick it up they told her it would be 5 minutes (not the first time this has happened). She went and did some other shopping, paid, and went to the car, waited in line at the pharmacy again, and it was still not ready. Were switching pharmacies ASAP.The Wal Mart itself is the nicest one Ive ever been to, but the pharmacy is a dumpster fire.

Five stars to the cashiers who somehow keep a level head despite the disorder, zero to the rest of this place. Never have I had to consistently wait so long for a prescription to be filled every time (no less than 30 minutes for the last 6 visits). If youre told it will be ready after 4 p.m. next day, youre best off just giving it an additional 24 hours until its actually ready. Doesnt matter if its a busy weekend or midday on a Tuesday. I have a coupon for my dogs meds too, and found that I can get another $10+ more off through a King Soopers or Safeway pharmacy - Walmart cant even offer the best deal. Ill be transferring my prescription as soon as possible, and wouldnt advise anyone to use this pharmacy.

I came to pick up trazodone for $4. I looked at my receipt and was charged $10 for an unknown medication. I brought it up that I confirmed that trazodone should be $4 and that there seems to be an mistake. The cashier proceeded to tell me that this medication has never been on the $4 list. I told her that I was there the other day to confirm, then she told me tramadol has never been on the $4 list.I told her that I need trazodone, not tramadol; there was obviously a mistake. Then she told me well this is what was ordered so I told her, I dont need a pain reliever for my dog, I need a sedative for my dog. I kept repeating that I need traZODONE not traMADOL, but for whatever reason they kept thinking I needed tramadol regardless of how many times I told them that I need trazodone and I do not need tramadol. Once they finally understood that I needed a sedative, NOT an opiod for my healthy dog with destructive behavior, I asked if I could get a refund. The response I got was let me ask the pharmacist because that was a controlled medication. Uhm excuse me? The controlled medication that I never ordered, let alone physically touched or took from anyone because it was put under your counter for me to wait for ththe pharmacist to speak with me? The medication you charged me for that you werent even going to give to me anyway because it was a mistake that I pointed out?The pharmacist went to speak with me and for some reason came to explain to me what tramadol was for. He was kind, but I dont know why he had to explain to me what the wrong medication was for, so I just kept nodding. I asked him if I could get a refund for the tramadol that was still in their possession. Eventually, after a total of about 20-30 minutes of this nonsense, I got my refund. Let me be clear that I am not upset about the mistake made, I was upset that they were about to not refund me for a medication that I didnt need, and that they werent going to give me anyway.

I hate this pharmacy! This had not been the first issue I have had so part of the problem is I keep going back. I just left hospital. Came here to drop off prescription. I come back after the 45 minute and they tell me there was some problem and I need to wait another 45 minutes or come back tomorrow! I dont want to come back I need my medicine now. I dont feel good I want to go home. It takes 1.5 hours to put 15 pills in a bottle and hand them to me! Ridiculous!

RXs are a decent price. The place used to be fast and now it takes forever to get a script filled. Theyre nice enough so I dont blame them. But srsly...add more staff this is a joke.

It would have been quicker for me to walk to a different pharmacy and walk back. Prescription had to be sent in twice and still waited 7 hours for it to be filled. Was here 4 times in 1 day for 1 prescription. Employees seen slacking off while we waited and manager seems distant and complacent in the poor service. All around the worst experience i have had with a pharmacy.

If I could give negative stars I would!! Always a forever wait. No matter how many times my husband tells you he is ALLERGIC to one of the brands of his prescription, you always manage to fill it with that one. Causing him to give them back and wait AGAIN. Time for some employees that can do their job. Get it together.

New to this taking meds game, but the staff helped me out with all my questions, I think we all need to remember we are at a grocery store purchasing medication, with that we can not complain about how fast or poor service, to a point, it is Wallyworld after all.

This place is the worse. They mess up every rx.. wrong price.. wrong med. They told me my insurance refused to pay for an RX.. I called them the insurance and they said they never even tried to run it through they can tell on the computer. They lied. It was a mess. After paying out of pocket and to get money back. They say they hold your Rx for 10 days.. I went in day 6 and they had put them back. If you order your Rx and they dont have it they dont tell you. Once they filled it with the wrong drug.. the pharmacist did a consult and I said thats not the right med. If I would have taken it.. bc I was already on the same drug under a different name.. it would have stopped my heart. He said who filled it clicked on the one above that was spelled almost the same. I think they let anyone behind the counter to fill. That is scary and is it legal?? Id like to know how much money I paid when I shouldnt have. I pay for insurance but they just dont want to run it.. do your job and pay attention. The people at the counters are incompetent and rude. They always say we have no record of you. What??? Morons really. Hard to believe they havent been shut down. Be careful and make sure you get the right med.. and dont let them tell you it isnt covered call your insurance company. They told me it was an over the counter drug and my insurance refused.. lie. They never tried. When I went in and told them they said..ok.let me run it .and they blamed someone else. Funny how they ran 4 that went through then said..they tried with wrong insurance...what??? Thats not even possible. It was covered...this happens over and over again. Its all on the computer. So frustrating and unprofessional.Scary that this happens so beware and double check your meds.. it may save your life or someone you love. There is no excuse for this type of mistake.. its a deadly one.. so wake up.. pay attention.. do your job. And get trained people.. not employees from the toy section.. Shame on you...Beware... Shame.. 💊💀💭😔🤔 oh by the way the guy in the pharmacy.. pull your pants up.. he bent over and we saw it all...gross. Trash place and people. They should have to have a license to work in a pharmacy. Disgusting. 🤢☣️

It was the pharmacist here who was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I was refilling a script for pain medication while recovering from an accident in which I broke several bones throughout my body. The pharmacist seemed more interested in staring me down as if trying to intimidate me. I realize they probably see a ton of pharmacy hoppers who are working the system to get pain meds but not everyone who enters Walmart Pharmacy with a script for a pain narcotic is a user.He also did NOT tell me he filled my prescription with generic. He was too busy trying to intimidate me. When I got home and realized what hed done, it was too late.I would give this guy zero stars if I could. I would also say that next time Ill be sure to get his name so I can post it but its highly unlikely Ill ever use this pharmacy again. Im not sure how someone this ridiculously rude and with such an obvious chip on his shoulder has a job handing out meds to the general public.

First of all, the actual PHARMACISTS at this pharmacy get five stars. They are kind and willing to help you and answer any questions. The one-star rating is because the pharmacy technicians at this location have no idea what they are doing. After blatantly lying to my face and saying that my $4 prescription was out of stock, the pharmacist actually took two seconds to look and WHADDAYA KNOW!! It was there the whole time and they didnt even look for it. Then every single one of those little prima donnas proceeded to ignore me and made me wait another half an hour for them to fix THEIR mistake (which consisted of grabbing a pre-packaged box of pills and ringing it up--no counting required!). That wasnt even half of the problems they gave me today. Time to hire more competent staff!!
