As the worlds biggest dental-phobic, I feel that when I say my dentist exceeds the five stars it should count for ten!Dr. Wuerker and his staff are kind, prompt, caring and professional.The office is spotlessly clean.The billing department has been great about checking what my insurance will cover before procedures and the front desk has been responsive when Ive had emergencies. Dr. Green isnt even my usual dentist and he came in on a weekend to fix a chipped tooth when I had a wedding to go to!If youre looking for an office that will treat you like a friend, this is it!

Another great experience for myself and my husband today. Dr. Green, Katie and Dawn deserve to be mentioned. They never make either of us feel uncomfortable about how well we are keeping our teeth clean. They are sure to tell us how well we do, not how much we can do better. It is a practice we would recommend to anyone.

I’ve been a patient for years. I have never had a bad experience. In fact it has always been a good experience. The staff is efficient and professional the billing fair and efficient. But mostly Dr Rich Werker is exceptional. I would never trust anyone but him with my teeth. And his assistant Angel is the best.

Truly wish there was an option for 0 stars. My wife had been there before and all seemed great. I made an appt a couple of days ago for my kids and I was surprised at how fast they could see them. I made an appt for both kids to have their teeth looked at and discuss braces/invisalign.After being taken back to the exam room the assistant said ok we will clean and xray. my wife said not what we are here for. We want to have their teeth looked at and then discuss about invisalign. The assistant brought a woman from reception and that person ordered, in a very disrespectful manner, my wife to put her mask on after the assistant said she could remove it. My wife again said why they were there and both ladies spoke down to my wife.The doctor didnt even bother to go in the room and look at their teeth. Once it was obvious they were there to pay for the treatments they mandated he didnt bother to come in. He simply said he doesnt do that kind of work and gave a number/name to go see another doctor.I now understand they made the appt so quickly because they thought they were going to make more money. Which, if they did the invisalign they would have.Now though my family will Never go back there!

I have nothing but positive to share about this establishment. My husbands family has been coming here almost 30 years, and we now bring our children here for all their dentist needs. We are here 8+ times per year due to having a bigger family, and we truly enjoy every visit, which is saying a lot about a dental office! This place far surpassed our expectations.

Thanks to Rich and his team, my teeth are whiter than theyve ever been. Very reasonable pricing and an extremely comfortable and comprehensive office. You guys rock!

AVOID this dental office. I would avoid this dentist due to the ridiculously rude management! Dr. Green and Dr Wuerker are very nice and do good work, as well as the hygienists. But they need new office management.Here is my experience:1. The dental office constantly overbooks their appointments, you will be lucky if you get 3 good minutes with the dentist himself.2. You can show up fifteen minutes early to an appointment, but they will not see you for 20 minutes AFTER your actual appointment time. So do not try and go during lunch, as most people try to schedule.3. Multiple times my husband and I have called to speak with the office staff, and they are rude and will cut you off as you are speaking. Especially the office manager.4. We received a billing from 1.5 years ago, and simply wanted to see a statement of why we owed $80, the office manager threatened to take us to collections, but would not provide the detail as to why we owed it.5. I was not pleased with work done on my tooth, and simply wanted it to be reviewed, when I called the office to see if I can get looked at, I was told the service was done, and it would be weeks before they could see me. Instead of simply trying to fit in 5 minutes for meWe have cancelled our service with them since our experience has not improved.

I used to be so afraid of going to the dentist due to past experiences. Dr. Wuerker and Dr. Green are both fantastic. They are quick and efficient and they no how to make the procedures less painful. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Finally found a good dental office to get my teeth cleaned. Jo, the hygienist was excellent. Very professional. She worked quickly, efficiently and was very thorough. She actually educated me on flossing and mouth care as opposed to just telling me to do it. Good place to go and centrally located. The TVs in the rooms could use some updating though.

Everything about Boardwalk Dental was fabulous! From the initial phone call, to scheduling my appointment, and getting my teeth cleaned. Marcia took great care of me during my cleaning. She took her time and showed me how to improve my brushing and flossing techniques. She was very gentle but got the job done with minimal discomfort! Then Dr. Green came over to look at my teeth. He was very friendly and funny! I wish other dentists I have had in the past were so easy to get along with. Unfortunately he told me I would need a couple crowns on my teeth that have huge fillings that were placed during my military days. I knew this was coming so I was glad I have good insurance that the office was helpful in getting everything set up to help me pay off these needs. I will definitely be referring all my friends to Dr. Green and everyone at Boardwalk Dental!

My wife and I both have always had a great experience with everyone at Boardwalk Dental. Julie is our hygienist and we couldnt ask for a more pleasant and knowledgeable person to work on our teeth. Dr. Green has done some minor work on a filling for me right after a problem was discovered during my cleaning, and he took care of it immediately after my cleaning. Painless, quick, and efficient. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for caring dental professionals.

Ive been coming here since I was in high school and recently moved back and knew this was the only place to choose!!! Reception is always so nice. All of the staff and dentists are always friendly and kind. I highly recommend!

What a great experience! Both Dr. Wueker and Dr. Green were super polite and made me feel very comfortable :) The assistants were terrific as well! My fillings feel perfect I WILL be back!

I have been a patient at Boardwalk Dental for 16 years. My experience with the office and staff has been consistently excellent! The person I spend the most time with and the reason I have been a loyal patient for so many years is Dr Wuerkers hygienist Erin. She does the most thorough cleaning I have ever experienced. She is very pleasant and professional. I really look forward to my visits.

I had a crown done today and I was very nervous. I cannot believe how easy Dr. Green made it all seem. I had no discomfort and felt like myself when I left. I will not be nervous for another procedure with Dr. Green. I still would recommend them to my family and friends.

My wife and I have gone here for years, and have always had a great experience. There are a couple reviews that talk about a rude and disorganized staff, which, from our experience, couldnt be further from the truth. Sure, they get busy/backed up from time to time (just as any successful medical/dental office), but theyre extremely efficient at getting us in and out quickly!

The staff is great and very friendly. My routine check up and cleaning was about as pleasant as I could have hoped. Ill definitely stick with Boardwalk Dental.

Dr Wuerker has been my dentist since 1998. I would not go to another dentist unless he retires. He and everyone I have had contact with, in his staff, has been all I could ask for. He is a competent, fair and compassionate man. This is one place my partner, who has dementia, does not complain about when needing to go for dental work. I respect his opinions and appreciate deeply the way he and all his people have taken care of us over the years.

Ive lived all over the country, and this is the best dental office Ive ever been to. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. The desk staff will process your insurance claim for you. Erin the hygienist is excellent, the dental assistants are excellent, and Drs. Green and Wuerker are both friendly, cordial, relaxed, and cutting edge professionals. Ive had fillings, crowns, and extraction work at Boardwalk, and the quality of the work has always exceeded my expectations. Although I would consider my experience at Boardwalk Dental as mixed, I would avoid this dentist due to the horrendous management. I loved the dentists and hygienists at Boardwalk but unfortunately I will now have to take my business elsewhere.Ill start with the good... Dr. Green and Dr Wuerker are very pleasant and do good work, same goes for the hygienists.Now comes the bad... 1) I received a bill that said I had a previous balance. I called into the office to figure out why I was unexpectedly being charged. The manager told me that I had a previous balance from some work that was done over 1.5 years ago. I asked why I was just now receiving this charge and being made aware of it when I have been in their office for two other cleanings since. Long story short I requested to see a statement of the charge since the description of previous balance is not adequate. She just said that she may not have time to pull up the statement and was going to send me to collections at the end of this month.2) I always show up to my appointments 10 minutes early but there is no point in this. I would always wait 20-30 minutes past my appointment time before I was taken to the back. Most people probably go to the dentist on a break from work, like I do. Expect to be at this office for at least an hour and a half. I dont know if they have too many customers booked or if I am extremely unlucky.3) You pay to see a Dr. but you only get a few minutes with them. Even technicians are trained to do basic work. So what you get is a dentist supervising technicians... Id liken this to the Walmart of Dentists.

Visiting from out of town , the dental staff and dentist where very inviting and did an amazing job on my teeth . I would highly recommend definitely will be back for routine visits .

We have been going to Dr. Wuerker for over 20 years and have nothing but good things to say. The staff remembers my name, is very courteous and I never wait long. I am an admitted fearful patient and the gentleness and respect I receive is sometimes accompanied by good-natured laughter. Our whole family aees sees these doctors and we are ALL highly satisfied.

I have been a patient in the past, but needed to visit another dentist office because of financial matters. Long story short, it was NOT worth switching! After a terrible experience I went back to Dr. Wuerker for help. I felt so bad that he had to fix what I paid someone else to do. Even though it took 2 visits to fix the problem, he kept a smile the whole time, and encouraged me to not hesitate if I needed another visit. Boardwalk Dental rocks!

My mother came in from meeker CO and was having tremendous pain. She was seen by Dr green and his assistant tiffany and given a referral to dr.kocheever for a root canal which she will be getting down when she gets back. Thanks so much for taking such good care of my mom!

DO NOT go to Boardwalk Dental EVER! I moved to Fort Collins and needed a new Dentist. I went in for a cleaning and my dental hygienist did a great cleaning job however it spiraled downhill from there. The dentist said that I had a tiny cavity that they wanted to fill so I made an appointment to come back and get that fixed. When I showed up the dental assistant assured me no anesthesia was to be used since it was so small. The dentist showed up and put local anesthetics in my mouth without my permission but I got over that. After drilling, the Dentist had the nerve to tell me that I never actually had a cavity and it was just the shadow/coloring of my tooth. So I now have a filling where there was actually never a problem. Then to top it off, I asked the Dentist what I could do about my sensitive tooth we had discussed the previous appointment. They told me there was possibility of cracking from a previous filling but they couldnt be sure. Well, when I re-asked about the issue, the Dentist pulled out a flashlight that can tell him whether there were cracks or not. So why couldnt he have done that 2 second process on my first visit and not charge me for putting the desensitizing treatment on my tooth (that didnt work)?!?I am overall very upset! I am in pain from having this dentist drill in my tooth that didnt ever have a problem. So I advise you to go anywhere but Boardwalk Dental!

***PLEASE READ*** I did like this dentist office however I feel like i have been very cheated. I have been coming here for almost 2 years and was told they took my insurance but I just finished paying a 1,000 bill because its actually out of network and no on told me. So they didnt lie, they will take it but its not in their network. They have been using a very selective vocabulary and i just thought that i needed a lot of work done because i had put the dentist off for a few years. Well, one thing i can say is i will not be so naive when i find a new dentist. I just feel like this is a very shady business practice. Also makes me feel like i have been taken advantage of because i trusted their advice on what i needed done but i question it all now. Lastly, more than once my quotes came back reasonable but months later i would get large bills. I just went with it because i figured they knew best and i didnt have the time or energy to fight them on it. Just beware, they dont really call your insurance for quotes- they just use a book they put together themselves for a base price but it has nothing to do with your personal insurance.

This has to be the worst dental office my family has ever visited. They do halfway work and treat their patients terribly. My family is know having to go to a different dentist to fix the work yhat was done by Dr Worker and his staff. Do your self a favor and find a different dentist and forego the unnecessary double trips and twice the money.

I would highly recommend Boardwalk Dental. I have recently begun Invisalign treatment for my crazy snaggle teeth. I have been told in the past by Orthodontists that I would not be a good candidate for Invisalign and would need traditional braces. After taking impressions of my teeth, Dr. Green was able to show me a digital model of my teeth and how they would straighten out over the next 15 months. I have had clear braces for 4 months now and WOW, what a difference! I love my visits to the office to pick up my new trays every other week - I cant wait to have the straight smile I have always dreamed of . The staff is always very friendly and professional, and the Dr.s are fantastic at what they do!
