Quick to help and work with me. All staff was knowledgeable and clear when explaining what I needed. Only insisted that I get what was needed for dental work. Really happy and feeling confident with my choice of dental offices.

This is a dentist office that will not push you for unnecessary services. I am comfortable every time. Everyone is polite and professional. I highly recommend this dentist office.

I am a new patient at Country Club Dental, having recently relocated to Flagstaff, and had my first appointment for teeth cleaning and health check. Mikayla was exceptional and made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. Whitney was fantastic and very witty while conducting the final examination. Bonnie, who checked me in and out, was extremely pleasant and efficient. I am so thrilled to be a new patient at this facility and plan to start bringing my mom here once we move her to Flagstaff.

My denture was broken over the weekend this morning and CC fit me in same day to begin the process of replacement. Also Rhonda at the front desk had already gotten in touch with my insurance so I would be informed on the cost of the work by the time I arrived. I appreciate the level of care I received today. Everyone in this office puts you at ease immediately. Professional, friendly and I even had fun laughing with them. AT A DENTIST! I couldnt have asked for a better experience unless my insurance covered everything 100%. Lol. :)

Loved this place, it felt like walking into a big family. From setting up the appointment to being greeted at the front desk, the staff was exceptional and so so sweet! Everyone seemed really happy to be working there and the energy was just really good. Of course the service provided was awesome as well, I saw Anna and she was really nice, extremely knowledgable, and very gentle. She even helped me with some recommendations after to better care for my teeth based of what I said I was struggling with. The main doctor even poked his head in to see the patients that day as well. Overall a really 10/10 experience!

Hygienists here are very kind and gentle, but the dentist is a jerk. Very aggressive. Stabbed my tongue instead of my cheek (with numbing needle) and when I asked if it was meant to be swollen he said we do not care about your tongue. Do not recommend anyone trust this guy anywhere near your mouth. Would have told him this in person, but cant talk without my tongue :)

Just wonderful from start to finish. The front office ladies are amazing, friendly kind and VERY knowledgeable. My dental tech Chloe is amazing, very gentle. She let me know what she was doing every step of the way. Dr Whitney is very kind and is a wonderful dentist. I will recommend Country Club Dental to anyone that I know that needs a kind and knowledgeable dental clinic. 100 Stars!

Very, very nice staff. Took me in right at my set appointment time, didnt have to wait. Their online contact of filling out all paperwork is awesome, no having to arrive 30 minutes early before your appointment to fill out paperwork, its done! DR. WHITNEY IS THE WORST DENTIST EVER! I came to this office in bad shape. My teeth werent the greatest and then I was in an accident that only made it 10 times worse. Dr.Whitney was so rude. I cried for 2 days after I left his office. He made me feel so doomed or as if he wanted to punish me. Thank God I got a 2nd opinion from Aspen dental, who by the way is a great place to go, but I wouldnt send my worst enemy to him. Sad part is his assistant is great, she was so kind and compassionate and even disagreed with the dentist and recommended I go elsewhere. Thank you so much for that. BTW you should look elsewhere for employment. Find a dentist that matches your kind spirit. No dentist should make you feel the way he made me feel. Ever. Period. This guy needs a new career!!

This dental office is great! Nora was so friendly and very informative. She did the most thorough cleaning Ive ever had and gave me recommendations for my dental care routine. The whole staff and atmosphere is quite cordial. 10/10 would recommend!

I was delighted with the service I received from the Country Club Dental office. The ladies working in the reception office are helpful and kind and right on top of things. Nora, she cleaned my teeth, she is great. Each procedure was explained to me as she worked. I had not had my teeth cleaned in a very long time, so there was a lot of work to be done. I was pleasantly surprised at the care and skill with which Nora did her job. She was concerned for my comfort and made sure I was ready for each procedure. She worked with professionalism, skill, and a great sense of humor. I had never laughed so much while getting my teeth cleaned. She is amazing.Dr. Paul read the images of my teeth and explained to me what he saw and how he would proceed with my teeth. He is brings a calmness and an assurance about him. I love Paul the Dentist he is so down to earth and doesnt make you feel bad when your teeth are not as good as they should be.. Bonnie and Ramona are wonderful full of personality! The gal that cleaned my teeth I forgot her name, she too is very nice and patient! The only complaint I have is that the dentist Paul needs to bring in his world famous chili! LOL! Overall, I had a superb experience at Country Club. The receptionist was welcoming and casual, the hygienist was very considerate of my comfort/discomfort and even described to me what she was doing and what she was using to get the job done. The dentist was friendly and professional, clearly showing me what I was looking at and where to go from there.Everyone was very friendly, accommodating and easy to get along with. I would definitely recommend other people to give this place a try. Coming from someone who is always nervous about dentists, my experience at Country Club was a welcome relief.

Super friendly staff, really fast too! This dental office may not look like much from the outside but they have all of the most advanced equipment. The hygienist was considerate of sensitive gums and Dr. Whitney was informative and helpful with developing a long term dental care plan. This expirence took away the anxiety that usually comes with a dentist visit without using drugs.

Whats important to me in a dentist, I found here - honesty. Friendly office environment, as well. Great place for dentist services from cleanings to crowns. It has been at least 7 years since my last visit to Country Club Dental, or any dentist, and the experience was great!! Nora is absolutely one of the best dental hygienists Ive ever been to and made me feel very comfortable during the exam and cleaning process.

I loved this office. They helped me immediately when I needed it!

Only one doctor on staff rest were assistants. Doctor was very rude and was only interested in quickly getting me out of the office. Did not allow me time to make a decision and rather pressured me to make the more costly decision. I was in so much pain I had no choice. In addition, their billing and what they tell you have to pay is far from accurate. They do not take the time to look up what specific insurances cover because they recommended me multiple services that were specifically not covered by my insurance. I am just glad I did not let this business scam me out of more money by providing false information.
