I would like to thank Mrs Dale Hallberg for getting us in with my young grandson as we had a dental emergency. We had reached out to his pediatric dentist and were told they wouldnt see him till the next day. We then called Hallberg Family Dentistry and Dr. Casey Hallberg waited for us to get to the office even though it was after hours. He was so caring and compassionate towards my grandson who had an accident and knocked out his front teeth. He had a lot of soft tissue damage. Thank you so much Dr. Casey Hallberg for caring enough to help us. You are the best.Our family has seen Dr. Dale Hallberg for over 20 years and I would highly recommend any of the Hallberg dentists.

Dr. Hallberg has been my dentist since I moved to Flagstaff. I have been there for two appointments so far and have enjoyed only good experiences. I have been 100% satisfied with my dental work and consultations.

This family of wonderful! I have been a patient of Dr Dale and Dr Trevor. I would see Dr Casey in a heartbeat. They Take their time to hear allOf the symptoms and complaints and thoroughly check to find the problem. All options were discussed in great detail and it was no big deal! Everyone (including me) has some hesitation going to the dentist, but with these guys In town it’s a breeze! My urgent tooth issue was managed and the cost was not nearly as much as I had been afraid of. I can not recommend this practice enough. From calling to get an appointment, the covid check in process, preperation and procedures, they were all magnificent.

Our family has been going to Dr. Hallberg since he first moved to Flagstaff, nearly 30 years ago. He and his office staff are by far the best in Flagstaff. Every experience has been outstanding. My daughters, who live out of town, still make their appointments with him when they are back during vacation breaks. They are always helpful and accommodating. He even treated a relative without insurance on an emergency basis and did not charge her. I have referred several people to him and will continue to do so!! Thank you for being the best!!

Calm, friendly, sympathetic, open-minded, detail-oriented, unhurried, meticulous--so many good adjectives to describe Dr. Hallberg. A wonderful man and a good dentist. Been seeing Dr. Hallberg for years. I love him and his hygienists. He really cares about people. He clips and posts all the articles he reads about any of his patients on his wall, nice to see that he takes a personal interest in people rather than just their wallets.

Ive been Dr. Hallbergs patient for over 4 years. Hes very conservative and doesnt ever recomend anything that doesnt need to be done. He is the only dentist I trust with my teeth. Thank you Dr. Hallberg and staff for always making me feel welcome.

Dale and his staff take great care of you from the moment you walk in til the time you leave. Office staff are kind and professional, and Dale Hallberg himself is awesome; funny, comforting and calm. Everything you want in someone whos gonna put power tools in your mouth.

I am a Flagstaff native, born and raised. I am 25 years old and have never had a worse experience in a medical office than I have here. The front office staff is very rude and could not comply with my request to call my insurance company and get a proper cost estimate for my crown, although I asked multiple times. As someone who works in the medical field I was highly dissatisfied with the companies professionalism when it came to disputes. This is now my second review as the front office manager threatened to seek legal action if I did not take down my original review, which really stated my more accurate disgust for this business. The dentist himself is awesome and very kind but the front office staff and office manager are a nightmare to deal with. They really put a bad name on the office they work for, in my own opinion.
