Dr. Collins does a great job. She’s fast and efficient and clearly wants the best for her patients. My only complaint is that sometimes they get a little backed up and there is a bit of a wait. Her office staff are also helpful, and the hygienists are thorough.

I decided to go to Stephanie Collins because so many people recommended her in the Flagstaff FB groups that Im in. I totally understand why she is so highly recommended. She is knowledgeable and really friendly. I felt so comfortable in her care, which as we all know is super important when you are at the dentist!

We just moved to Flagstaff and needed to set up new doctors and dentist. The staff at Dr Stephanies office were all very helpful. On our first visit things were very organized and professional. The entire staff was even more friendly in person. We definitely found our new dentist!

I’ve had negative past experiences at the dentist and was timid to find a new one when I moved to Flagstaff. After reviewing a bunch of different dentists online, I decided on Flagstaff Family Dentistry due to the overwhelming reviews praising the team for how kind and gentle they were. After my consultation appointment, I knew I had made the right choice. The whole team was indeed kind and understanding of my past issues with going to the dentist. I made an appointment to come back for a cleaning and can honestly say that I am no longer afraid of the dentist due to how wonderful all these women are.

Dr. Collins and her staff are truly amazing. I have had really bad experiences with many dentist so each time I find a new dentist I am always very anxious. Dr. Collins has a very calming demeanor and explains EVERYTHING she does before she does it.I really appreciate this about her because it eases my anxiety as I know what to expect. She, along with the rest of the staff, are very conversational which also eases some of the anxiety associated with the visit. If you experience anxiety with dental work or are looking for a dentist who truly cares about what they do, choose Dr. Collins. You will not be disappointed.

Last week I went and saw Stephanie Collins to get a teeth exam and cleaning. IT was a great experience. She is very friendly and professional. Best of all was the fact she didnt try to over sell me. It was a one visit exam and teeth cleaning, no of the 2 visit dentist experience most dentist are trying to sell. One for the exam and then come back for the cleaning or worst of all the the dentist that try to tell you you have to have a deep cleaning when you know you dont. None of the game the other dentist play!!! Makenna the dental hygienist was awesome too she did a very detailed thorough cleaning. Overall a very good experience!

They are trauma-informed which their approach. This means that they walk you through was hoping part of the procedures and let you know before they touch your face or shoulder. They are respectful of anxiety and worry around COVID and dental work. I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my dental cleaning and consultation.

I like how I am treated by Dr. Stephanie Collins and by her staff. I always feel that my dental care is important to everyone there. Dr. Collins explains things simply and well and she uses the newest and best equipment. All of them have good patient skills, too, and you can tell that they enjoy working there and that they like one another. I also appreciate the extent to which this office works with my insurance provider. Finally, I appreciate the fact that everyone working there is a fellow animal lover.

If I could give more stars I would. Just WOW! The staff were so positive and personable. They were incredibly patient with my toddler age son and so kind and accommodating of him. I am often anxious at the dentist and they really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Collins was thorough, honest and Kind. My previous dentist had told me I needed fillings that I hadn’t done yet, and she felt my oral health was great and insisted I didn’t have any cavities. Honesty is probably what I value most in a dentist, but Dr. Collins and her staff offered so much more! Highly recommend.

They dont care unless you have money or insurance Ive been told to wait and hold on 2 cavitys and now there worst sitting here crying trying to call them and been promise to be called back buts its been 2 weeks and its getting worse. If you have money then this place is great but if not goodluck too you.

I was woken Monday night with intense tooth pain. I was pretty certain I had an abscess. Being new to Flagstaff, what I did not have was a dentist. I called Dr. Collins’ office on Tuesday and she got me in on Wednesday. The staff is pleasant and helpful and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Collins is kind, supportive, gentle, and knowledgeable. She gave me as much time as I needed and made me feel like I was her only patient. I am completely satisfied with my experience and so pleased to have found a dentist I like and trust. I wish I could give her 10 stars.

They were able to get my husband in on an urgent basis. Everyone was very professional and courteous even before we reached the office. After entering the office the staff was extremely courteous, helpful with filling forms and letting us know whatWas happening at each step. My husbands temporary crown had broken while we were in Flagstaff on vacation. The Dentist was friendly, identified the problem and actually made a new replacement. Very expertly and efficiently. We are so thankful and impressed by the professionalism from this office.

Got my chipped tooth filled and theirs a giant line of filling down the middle of the tooth due to their own screw up and they expect us to pay more for their screw up for several appointments along with me waiting 60-90 minutes at least in the waiting room alone due to their “policy” this is not a dentist office these are scam artist and is looking for a professional dentist at the moment compare to these scam artists use these scam artist dentist with extreme caution as they’ll probably screw your teeth up like they did mine and charge more to “get it fixed” just because they be greedy and not to mention their receptionist was also quite rude to me as well just saying

She explains things well and answers questions thoughtfully. As a nervous dental person, I’m really relieved to have found this practice. Love this dentist office! I hadn’t gone to the dentist in longer than I’d like admit and they made me feel so welcome and even welcomed my awkward humor. Dr. Collin’s was gentle and explained things thoroughly. The hygienist (I forgot her name!) who took my xrays and pictures was a dang sweetheart. Great first experience!

Dr. Collins definitely made me feel welcomed from my very first visit. I had a bad experience with a previous dentist so the calming, friendly, non-judgmental presence of Dr. Collins and her staff was definitely much appreciated. I recently underwent a dental surgery and I was terrified to say the least, but the techniques she used to calm my nervous were really soothing. And the fact that she even bothered to try to calm my nerves (instead of just rush through the procedure like most dentists have done in the past) was really really nice and I really do appreciate it.Also my teeth look and feel amazing!I definitely recommend.

Dr Collins office is awesome! Starting with the ease of making an appointment, to the reminders given about your appointment date and time to totally understanding your being hesitant to visit a dentist when Covid-19 cases were high in Flagstaff, the staff is caring, thoughtful and helpful. My mom gets seen by Dr. Collins.Staff are always nice and friendly.And they take good care of my momAs of July we found out this was not a good place to get dentures, they did a terrible job on her dentures. Her dentures look all crazy. It was just the bottom piece cost her about $1400 or so wasnt worth it. Shes 91 years old, she didnt deserve that

STEPHANIE COLLINS is the best dentist ever! At 35 years old it’s pretty scary to think about having a full denture. Dr. Collins and her team guided me through every step of the process and made me feel not only comfortable, but excited about it!Every time I come in to the office I feel like I’m seeing my friends. From Logan to Maria to Kelly to Makenna to Aubrey and everyone else, this team is so friendly and awesome!One thing I really appreciate is that Dr. COLLINS listened to me and what my needs were, as well as what I could afford, and presented me with several options and the pros and cons of each. We were able to come to a decision about how to proceed together, and Dr. COLLINS was willing to compromise.I even ended up with a chip in one of the teeth of my new denture, and Dr. COLLINS fixed it free of charge and didn’t make me feel stupids about it.I will never go to another dentist again if I can help it! This truly is the best dentist EVER!

Stephanie is cool but the dental hygienist had a heavy hand and chipped my front tooth during a standard teeth cleaning. The cleaning was supposed to be completely covered by my dental insurance and I stated that was all I wanted or needed. When other charges came up I paid with my debit card. Now, 2 years later, they are saying that the cleaning was of a different sort and that now I owe an extra $110! The bookkeeping is incorrect and whoever is managing their finances is simply wrong. You cannot collect on something this old (and incorrect). The office is dirty, both physically and with their bookkeeping. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!

I was impressed with their safety procedures and room ventilation.. They had HEPA filters working in every room. Made me feel safe to have my mouth open without a mask!! I put it back on though after I got a great cleaning and check up!!

The office was very conscious of sanitary conditions. They had an industrial air cleaner along with ionizing filters in each room. Judy is an awesome hygienist and extremely gentle. Very little pain. All in all, the experience was pleasing and I really believe this is the best dentist experience in town. Dr. Steph is the best in town no doubt.

I could not imagine a worse dental experience if I tried. Stephanie calls her practice minimally invasive but recommended completely inappropriate cosmetic procedures and then proceeded to completely botch them - and refuse to refund my money! From Stephanie down to the receptionist, this entire staff is unprofessional and completely incompetent. I wouldnt trust her to floss my teeth, let alone do another procedure. Stay far away from this place if you dont want to endure months of hell trying to fix their mistakes.

Literally all of my coworkers recommended Dr. Stephanie and I see why! From the time I stepped in their office I was welcomed by friendly staff. Keely was very helpful and check in was a breeze. Dr. Collins was very personable and made sure that I was comfortable during the numbing process. I was very comfortable during the entire procedure and have been very pleased with the results. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I love this practice. Dr. Collins is extremely knowledgeable and also very kind. Her staff is friendly. I spent lots of time at this practice over the summer after my son broke a couple teeth in a bike accident. Dr. Collins and her staff were so compassionate and went above and beyond to help us and squeeze us into their schedule. She offers advice based on the latest science and is cautious about when procedures are truly needed. I’ll say it again…I love this practice!
