While on a trip I found a dental issue that I felt needed immediate expert attention, however, I was just passing through and didn’t know a DDS near where I was. I found Dr. Yang, DMD on line. As a DMD he had the expertise to examine my condition and render an expert diagnosis for my condition. He and his staff were wonderful and his facility was beautiful! They were able to take me in the very next day! His diagnosis turned out to be better than I had hoped for and therefore I was able to continue on my two month journey. Thank you to Dr. Yang and his kind staff!

Best dentist office I have ever been to! Facility was very nice and clean. I was forced to do an emergency visit due to an abscess I had. They were able to get me in within an hour notice on a Friday. Upon the exam they told me I had a abscess which I didnt know till then. Previous dentist I went to didnt know what it was and just did a biopsy to make sure it wasnt cancerous. Dr. Yang could immediately tell what was wrong. Then came the step of the root canal. Dr. Yang and his assistant were very informative and talked me through the whole process. I am now out after the root canal by a couple hours and there is already so much relief! This entire process from me getting there to do the exam and walking out after the root canal took about an hour and a half. Thank you to the entire staff of True North Destistry for being very friendly and professional!

My overall experience was really great here at this dentist office. They have lots of new technology and are very well educated and educate you along the way.

I called in for a dental emergency. Tooth that was infected and needed extracting. They got me in same day straight away. The office ladies were absolutely amazing as was the dental assistant. Everything was so fast and they were so sweet and polite. Dr. Yang came in straight away and went right to work! It was over and out before I knew it. After being a naughty tooth-owner, I finally bit (pun intended) the bullet and pulled my sorry mouth in for a look. I was embarrassed and slightly overwhelmed because I knew my chompers needed some special love and attention. To my very pleasant surprise, every visit to Dr. Yangs office was as pleasant as it could possibly be. In all seriousness, Ive had more uncomfortable haircuts!If youre shopping around for a dentist, I dont care if youre in Wyoming or Winneka, drive, fly, bus, train to Flag to have Dr. Yang and his amazing team be your dentist.

My husband went here years ago to have work done and he loved it. Best customer service, best people and amazing work along with good prices and willingness to work with you on payments.I was having a tooth issue and required work done. Once again, amazing customer service at the front desk, amazing assistants and Dr. Yang is amazing at what he does. I had an X-ray taken and afterwards was told of my options and was given price quotes to choose what service I wanted. I chose extraction and was immediately settled in and was walked through everything they did as they did it. No issues whatsoever. After care was explained clearly and price for everything was great. I’d recommend this dentistry to anyone needing work done!

So, I’ve been reading about Dr. Yang and his staff and his amazing facility for over a year, and I had extremely high expectations of perfection.Normally, that’s a set up for disappointment, but my highest expectations were actually exceeded.Dr. Yang and his staff are absolutely amazing! I’m actually a little sad that I have to go home now, it was that fun.And they permanently solved my problem in a single visit, because he has everything that he needs on site, and this was even an unscheduled emergency. I called the office at 8:42 AM to tell them that I was in pain and I was in a chair getting everything fixed less than an hour later.No one should have the slightest hesitation or anxiety about a root canal or other procedures here. There was no pain whatsoever.(Written in the True North parking lot immediately after my procedure today.)

I’ve been very nervous to have my teeth cleaned since the Covid pandemic and everyone at True North Dentistry put my mind at ease with today’s appointment. I’m the type of person that likes to get my teeth cleaned every four months and it had been almost a year so I was itching to get back! I appreciated having a parking lot temperature check and the oxygen monitor prior to my appointment.Their office looks and feels SUPER clean and you can see extra air filtration devices in the individual exam rooms. I loved connecting with my new hygienist, Jessica, and also love Jeanne from all of my past visits. Dr. Yang is kind and cutting edge, and always respectful listening to my personal choices (I don’t use fluoride myself) Checkout was easy and pleasant as always!

I had a situation that occurred on a Friday morning, I tried getting into the local dentistry program and was told I had to wait until Monday. Monday morning I called the local progam and was told I was not able to be seen until the following day. I called the following day, I was informed my situation was not an emergency and could not be seen. I called a friend of mine who has been a patient at True North Dentistry. An appointment was scheduled, I traveled 85 miles for my appointment, after arriving, I completed the necessary paperwork and was seen immediately thereafter. After consultation with Dr. Yang, I decided what I wanted done. He immediately began the treatment which took approximately 2 hours, after seeing the crown, I was shocked. I was very satisfied with the work and services performed, I am scheduling myself for additional dental work; I will recommend True North Dentistry to friends and family, it is well worth it. My husband is an over size long haul owner operator truck driver and was in horrible pain from a bad tooth.....(not to mention he is terrified of dentists which is why he was in the situation in the first place lol)....I searched all of California and no one would see him or they couldnt tell me if they actually would have the time to pull the tooth..... On the route to California, he happened to be passing by Flagstaff Az... I was online searching and stumbled across True North Dentistry, so I called their office for my husband to try to get him in asap for an emergency tooth extraction. With out any hesitation they said they could do what was needed to be done. They were nothing but kind, they assured me he would be taken care of and the tooth would be pulled at his visit 100% for sure!!! (Every single other dentist I called which seriously was in the 100s range...could not be for sure the job would be done.. they had to look at it ... so I couldnt pick a place that I wasnt for sure would do it.. we had no time.... and many of the others wanted a deposit... or told me it would be around 1000+ If they would even be able to do the procedure.. Which is why I couldnt find one expecially with the time issue and having an over size load to deal with too and pilot vehicles..........It was a blessing to find True North Dentistry. They walked me through the entire process so I could realy the information back to my husband.. I was able to fill out all the paperwork through email to speed up his visit. Right when he got there they took him back. He was terrified of the dentist and they calmed his nerves numbed him up with out needles... even put him on some gas to clam him even more and got the extraction done fast! It was an affordable procedure in total cost about 600.00 and was worth every penny. They are great people there, they care about their patients and treat you like a friend, youre not just another number which is a rare find!! .... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!☆☆☆☆☆ A++++++!!! :)

I just moved to the area and had no dentist yet and I had just broken a tooth the week before while in Phoenix and came back home over the weekend to have a very painful tooth on Sunday night. So first thing Monday I called and was able to get in to see Dr. Yang by 9:30! He explained my options and the costs involved up front and was able to do the root canal right away. They have a state of the art facility and made my permanent crown onsite while I waited. I was comfortable the whole time with very little pain as well. Great dentist and facility that I definitely recommend.

I recently required some dental work as I had lost a filling and a neighbor recommended True North Dentistry, Dr. Yang so I made an appointment. As it turned out I needed a root canal, tooth restructuring, and a crown. Dr. Yang explained in detail what he would do and I agreed to the procedures. The entire procedures took about 1 1/2 hours. I was pleasantly surprised as I did not experience any pain even through the root canal. The cost for these procedures should have cost $3,000.00 however because Dr. Yang is contracted with United Health Care and I belong to United Health Care Advantage my out of pocket came to $1,550.00, witch of course I was very happy about. I highly recommend Dr. Yang and True North Dentistry, very professional and caring, he even called me the next day to see how I was doing. Dr. Yang is beyond a doubt the best Dentist I have ever gone to... :)

Some of the nicest people who work there! They took care of me and fit me in as soon as they could. I called the Sunday (which theyre closed) and heard back the next day even though it was Labor Day! This is not a happy situation under the best of conditions, but I had no local dentist to take care of the situation. I found myself in a very stressful situation, with no apparent solution.Happily, I found True North Dentistry, and I was able to be seen almost immediately.From the moment the phone was answered through examination, treatment and follow up, I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional.Most importantly, I was able to act as Best Man at my sons wedding the following week! Not sure I would have otherwise made it.I can wholeheartedly recommend True North Dentistry!

Very disappointed with this dentists shoddy work. He charged me an exuberant amount of money. I brought in my daughter, son, and wife for the dental work. However, Dr. Yang did a very lousy job on filling the cavities. Sadly, pain and sensitivity issues didnt subside. Eventually, I had to take my family to another Flagstaff dentist to get the job properly done. The second dentist informed me that the previous dentist didnt fill the cavities properly. As a result, my son had to lose (tooth extraction) one of his teeth. Im contemplating on reporting this dentist to BBB and the Dental Board...

Quite recently they made time on their schedule to help me with a serious dental problem involving removal and replacement of a cap and a root canal. Health restored in only 2 hours. Dr. Yang uses cutting edge equipment and techniques, including care that has prevented more serious procedures for both my wife and I. And hes the best shot-giver in the world!

Amazing Experience! Dr David Yang and his staff are the epitome of professional, kind, and courteous. They are always conscious of my busy schedule and get me in and out very quickly. I never have to wait like you do in all other medical offices. Dr Yang has lasers, CTs, microscopes, and the CEREC (same day crown) machine. The office is extremely clean and everyone is very friendly. Dr Yang is very gentle and explains his treatment every step of the way. He even shows photos of my teeth on the screen so I can take an active role in seeing his concerns. I’d never go anywhere else!

Worst experience EVER. I had a tooth repaired, the filling does not match completely my other teeth color, it took 6 months to them to submit in the right way the reimbursement to the insurance company (by the way covered). After they tried 3 times, asking me to pay out of pocket in the meantime, in the end they followed my advice to change the invoices.On the other hand the service was quick and the staff was kind.

Went in for a wisdom tooth extraction. The dental assistant was so nice to address my anxiety about my first extraction and reassured me through the length of the procedure. Wonderfully informative.
