I went in for a consultation which was amazing having him explain everything and have a plan of action for me making me feel like he really cared about my front teeth .I have had such a fear of dentist seeing how I broke my front teeth at age 7 . He believes in putting his patients first and providing the highest quality in care. His entire front office and clinical team are also amazing! They will always make you feel welcome. Dr. Williams is awesome. He is very knowledgeable and patient. I have an ongoing issue with receding gums and bone loss around my teeth; Dr. Williams offered several options to address the issues on my first visit to his office, options I hadnt heard from any of my other dentists over the years. He was also very patient with my wife, who doesnt enjoy going to the dentist at all.

Had a dental emergency and North Country turned me away. Dr Williams took me in as a new patient without insurance and treated me with great care. He explained everything clearly and was sympathetic to my concerns. Thankfully I was able to afford the care and would definitely come back once I have dental insurance. So far the best medical experience Ive had in Flagstaff.

From the front office to the back, everyone was wonderful! Dr. Williams bedside manner was above and beyond anything Ive experienced in the dental world. I would recommend him to everyone and anyone who needed compassionate dental care.

Jake (Dr. Williams likes to go by his first name, which I appreciate) and his staff are very friendly. They do great work, and Ive never had to wait past my appointment time. Today I had to have a very last minute appointment and they were able to squeeze me in! Everyone is very competent and communicates well. The office is full of the newest and best technology, and the atmosphere is relaxing. If I had to complain about something, it would be parking. Its a shared lot, and sometimes it takes a few minutes to find a space. So arrive a little early.

Excellent staff while Dr Williams is highly informative while being very patient with explaining everything. Great location with some awesome views of Mt Elden. Choose this place if you want a thorough and caring dentist.

(And if you know me, you know I dont often give full 5 star reviews)What can I say? I always enjoy any visit to this dental office. I first heard of this office, from an ex-coast guard friend. She compared her experiences here to her bloody mouthed experiences in the coast guard. Here they definitely know what they are doing. That and they are so nice to be around, from the front desk to the chairs.The receptionist is so pleasant cheerful, the nurses and hygienists are easy on you without compromising on care quality, and the dentist knows his stuff and tells you what you need to get better. All this and they are affordable.I have had several procedures with them, and have been more than satisfied without breaking the bank. Without insurance sadly, but still within my ability thank God.All in all, I highly suggest it. It would be hard to be dissatisfied here. The building is even nice to visit. Give it a visit!

I have been going to this dentist office for a long time (before it was with Dr Williams) and they actually make going to the dentist enjoyable. Sarah is the best hygienist, Nina always greets everyone with a friendly smile and I really like Dr. Williams. I was worried when he took over the practice, but now I find I like him a lot more than my previous dentist. He is knowledgeable, calm, and trustworthy. He takes time to give information and explains procedures/diagnoses. He also isn’t quick to fill every “cavity” or imperfection in your teeth as I have experienced before. Everyone is fantastic and I highly recommend. :)

It was a pleasure meeting my new dentist, Dr. Williams and being a part of his new practice, Northern Heights Dental. Dr. Williams has a great deal of medical knowledgeable and is very concerned for his patients comfort. I feel secure under his care. I also like his dry sense of humor. The staff is beyond compare. From the minute you are greeted at the door by the receptionist to the beautiful hygienists who keep the plaque at bay. I wish all of these professionals continued success treating the dental concerns of Flagstaff.

Dr. Williams and his staff are positively fantastic! The hygenist we use, Heather, is the best I have ever worked with. She is super friendly and knows her stuff backwards, forwards, up, down, and every other way. Dr. Williams is super chill, straightforward, and spot on. Nina at the front desk is a lively, bubbly person who makes you feel welcome and provides a warm feeling when checking in. This is the third dental office Ive used in Flagstaff and I wont be going anywhere else anytime soon!

Every experience here is amazing. Dr. Williams is so kind and helpful. He explains everything in a trauma responsive way by using orienting language each step of the way. The entire staff is also always friendly, professional and helpful!

The staff is very professional and knowledgable in dentistry. The office is always up to date with the most state of the art equipment and education. Enjoyed meeting Dr. Williams and looking forward to having him as my dentist. Heather as usual was great. I wish I was a better patient and wouldnt have to come back so often. I would give a 5 star but dont want a review to go to their head and besides we all can always do a little better. How about 4.5 Star.? As a patient Im sure they would only give me a 3 star. My family has been going to northern height dental for about 5 years and have never had a bad experience. My kids get excited about going to the dentist they love hygienist Heather and Sarah they are so good with my little ones!! I have been going to this office for 25 years...now on my third dentist, but still mostly the same staff and hygienists. Everyone is friendly and competent. Dental work is first rate. I highly recommend! Id never go anywhere else.

My hygienist, Sarah, is fantastic, friendly and very helpful and I enjoy talking to her when I go for my cleaning. Also, Dr. Williams is absolutely phenomenal. He is going the extra mile to work with me for a full dental reconstruction due to malocclusion that resulted from a rare and serious medical disease I had and now has been successfully treated. I am very confident and appreciative of the knowledge, skills, high competence and care I am receiving at this office. Oh, and the staff is tremendous... always very friendly and supportive.

I appreciate the staff and the new Dr. Williams. I have been going now for 5 years and trust all the staff 100%. They are caring and kind. If I have needed a last minute appointment they get me right in and getting my wisdom teeth removed recently was a piece of cake. Dr. Williams is AMAZING! As far back as I can remember, I’ve never really liked my smile. I have an extremely gummy smile that makes me very self conscious. Dr. Williams helped me fix my smile with a simple Botox treatment. I’m happy to say, I absolutely LOVE my new smile! I cant rank this office highly enough. Very professional and personal, and NEVER keeps me waiting. My daughter had a pit in one tooth so we had to go back for filling. She was in that chair no longer than 4 minutes, it was amazing! Total time in the office was less than 15 minutes. Very impressed.

Its really impossible to give this dental practice too high a rating. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Many times they have squeezed me in for an appointment to accommodate my chaotic schedule. There has never been a glitch with my insurance coverage; it helps that they know more about it than I do. The hygienists are all great and have performed about the least uncomfortable cleanings Ive had. We started using this practice with Dr. Day and have found Dr. Williams to be a very worthy successor. He calmly and confidently explains the situation, explores alternatives, and makes recommendations. Best of all, the procedures he has performed have had excellent results and were done right the first time.

Friendly receptionist, dental assistants, and dentists! Ive been going here for at least 10 years, and I have always been satisfied with their work. They are willing to explain to you what they will be doing, and are great about reminding you about appointments via email and text messages. Also, the views of the San Francisco peaks from their office are prime! Never disappointed.

Im one of those people who is not afraid of going to the dentist but as this office was determining who should take over for the retiring dentist I will admit that I had a few experiences that made me a little wary. However, Dr. Williams is fantastic, he really knows what he is doing, seems to genuinely care about his patients and keeps to his schedule. I even bring my 3yo son here. Cant recommend Northern Heights Dental highly enough!

Overwhelmingly, the staff was friendly and engaging. My questions were answered with care, the facility was clean and welcoming, and the overall experience was not unpleasant. Dana did a thorough job cleaning my teeth but not over the top and Jacob Williams had a jovial sense about him.

I found Northern Heights Dental online, and chose them because of where Dr. Williams went to medical school ( Midwestern University ) I knew he had to be top of the line because my son went to medical school there also. Favoritism, Yes. I was not disappointed . I have had numerous dental procedures over the past 10 months ie. Cleanings crown filling extraction lnvsaligners and implants. I have had little to no pain through all of my visits( Without being put under) I even look forward to going to my appointments, and thats a tall statement. Reason being, all of the people there are like family,and treat you like a guest rather than a patient .You cant go wrong .

The Doc and Staff are amazing! I was scared, expecting the worst. My lower right molar - has the hot and cold sensation... I put it off too long. Went in the office, today, made the call in the morning and was in the chair getting fixed in the afternoon (same day). No need for a Root Canal (thank god). I recommend this office. I will tell all my friends and you should too. Thank you for a great experience, going to the dentist is not on my list of favorite things.... Appreciate the service.

Worst dental office in the flagstaff area. Difficult to deal with. Random charges that I’m billed for months after a cancelled appointment with no other communication. Do not go here unless you want to be swindled and overcharged. Scam artist dentist. I’ll also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

Ok, so was the Bush administration since the last time I had gotten up the courage to go to the dentist. But I bit the bullet, so to speak, and starting making up for lost time with Dr. Williams at Northern Heights. Gradually we took care of some easy things and then came time for more serious work. I tilt back in the treatment chair and a little sign on the ceiling says, We Cater to Cowards. I dont think it was the nitrous that got me laughing. Dr. Williams and staff are great.
