Today, I had an appointment with Dr. Williams for an issue affecting my right ankle. The office was pristine. The ladies at the front desk are thorough and quick. They called me back before my paperwork was finished. My doctor was kind. She diagnosed me, spoke with me to address my issues, got me fitted for a boot, and sent me packing. This is what good care is all about. Thank you Piedmont Orthopedics.

I hate the reason I had to meet these people but I am so glad I was lucky enough for the team at the Fayetteville/Peachtree city offices to be my team. Dr Williams is wonderful. Jocelyn (Although she roots for such a horrible football team) is the greatest. And Brandon is such a pleasure to deal with. Would not have hand picked better people to deal with. Thanks guys

I really like this place. They really helped with my issues. The people are nice. The only thing I hate is the wait time. Sometimes you can be there 2 hrs just waiting. Other than that I like it.

First let me say, I think Dr. Williams is very good surgeon. Her knowledge is 5 -stars, This why I chose to see her, but I cant seem to get notes or my medical opinion that I asked for. this was made clear when I went to see her. Its been 10 days and no notes or letter. How many people will she see or have seen between my visit and now? How can she remember what what my diagnosis was? Also, I waiting 2 hours. 230 appt, didnt leave until 515, just make the appt 515! wait time is 1 star. lack of feedback and slowness is 1 star. Now I have to make another appt with another foot and ankle doctor just to get what I was supposed to get from her. 3 messages asking about this. What a waste of time and money.

The staff made certain to follow safety precautions associated with Covid19. The staff was welcoming and professional in greeting me upon arrival and answered all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Williams is personable, caring and direct. She exhibits personal compassion with firmness and insistence in explaining the importance patient participation in the recovery process as agreed. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Williams to find out what was going on with my feet. My pain had finally gotten so bad I couldnt take it much longer. Alot of x-rays were taken and she came in and gave me the news, severe arthritis! I was so upset until she said, we are gonna work on this starting right now. And she did! I was given 4 steroid shots, got some inserts and sent home with a follow up in 2 months. I was very impressed something was done today, not having to come back to get the x-ray results or shots.I highly recommend Dr. Williams and her staff!!!

Dr. WilliamsThe doctor and the assistant were both great. The got me through 2 shots.... I HATE SHOTS. The xRay team was pleasant also. My only concern was once I was done, the front desk took my payment but don’t give me ANY info. I drive away lost. I turned around and went back cause I wasn’t given any direction on what the doctor talked to me about(treatment, PT, Prescriptions)Once I returned she told me to look out for an email. I still have t received word on the prescriptions or the pt exercises the a doctor spoke to me about. I want to specify that other than THE ISSUES ABOVE, the doctor staff is AWESOME and I would recommend her to anyone.

I had a great visit today. The staff is friendly and and showed great attention. Appointments were running a little late but I did not mind the wait because we were kept updated. They provided snacks and water to ease the pain of the wait. Dr. Williams was amazing as usual. Very professional and spent the right amount of time with me to discuss my case and answer all of my questions. She provided excellent care and outline my care plan.

From start to finish, I experienced wonderful service. The young ladies at the front desk, for check in were extremely polite and professional and kind. Love Dr Williams - it’s is always worth the wait to receive the exam and follow up information and guidance. You just need to understand there may be a wait and be prepared. Would go to her over a Dr with a shorter wait, as I trust her care.

My experiences at Piedmont Ortho have been outstanding. My recent visit with Dr. Williams was well worth the wait. She took time to explain what was happening with my old tired feet and gave me many options to deal with my “golden years” of aging. She even had some try before you buy aids for me to use during the appointment. Now if she could only prescribe some 20 year old feet for me to use...

Dr Sharrona Williams is the best!!! She is by far the best orthopedic surgeon in her field. She is the specialist to seek if you have any injuries to your feet, especially if you are an athlete.

Dr. Williams always explains things to me in a way I can understand. She makes me me feel like she cares about my health and well-being.

Dr Williams is a great doctor, very straight forward I recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat but tell people that you will be waiting for 2 -3 hours past your appointment time. Somewhere there is an issue with scheduling. If you have an appointment at 2:45 you should not still be waiting to be seen at 5pm. Idk if this is a doctor issue or office issue but it is disrespectful of patients time. After my visit today I feel like Im a witch everytime I go because I am getting more impatient with waiting. Today I had not taken my pain medicine before going I showed up early for my appointment which made the waiting feel like longer. But my appointment was 2:45 at 4 I was finally called back to a room and had my splint removed by 4:10 and left to sit the office closes at 5 so at 5:07 I was sure I was left there. Told them i needed to use the restroom and go home I was done waiting the staff member I spoke to understood but asked me to let them wrap it back up since I was less than a week out of surgery then Jen the physicians assistant who was literally on her way out the door put her stuff done checked my incision and completed my paperwork so I could be casted and finally on my way back home by 5:30.

Dr Williams is great. Shes a very good surgeon in my experience. Would highly recommend.

Everyone wore masks, hand sanitizer was available. The receptionists were quick and efficient. Friendly staff, professional. The Dr listened abouts my concerns.She developed a treatment plan . Very pleased with Dr. Williams.

They do it all. Shoulders, neck, spine, back, knees, feet... Theyre all connected and Dr. Williams is a one stop shop. I knew I had pain in different places but I didnt know it was so connected. I left feeling much better than I did when I came and I look forward to getting back to my old self.

However, due to the level of care that I receive from Dr. Williams everytime that I come, it was worth the wait. The staff was great as well. Very pleasant office.

Great experience with Dr Williams ...she is friendly, knowledgeable and take the time even on a busy day. The wait has been terrible to be honest, but to me worth it. That is my only complaint. But she is great and the staff very friendly.

I really like Dr.Williams and the staff at Ortho Atlanta in Fayetteville or Peachtree City. Everyone is very professional, friendly, and they make you feel welcome when you walk in the door. My only “complaint” is that I have to wait an hour or two because Dr. Williams is on call at a hospital or in surgery. I should not take a star off for that, but sometimes waiting that long to see your doctor can become too much. Other than that, we’re good!

I had a terrible experience the first time thinking I had an appt for 12/17/20 at 3pm.. Little did I know when I arrived the heavy set lady with dark hair pulled back didnt have my appt... She wasnt helpful and very rude.. I will let my friends know to go elsewhere with this type of unprofessional experiences until this person have accomplish a great deal of training on how to treat clients that are paying her salary.... Terrible experience. so sad that so many office staff just dont care... She was so miserable behind that counter.. .

Now I’ve come to find out that this is a common practice with this particular doctor and that it happens ALL THE TIME! Even the office staff said please call and report this to Corporate!! A WASTE OF TIME!!!

Never on time waited as long as 3 hours one time. My arm and wrist still have not healed properly. The last 2 supposed to be follow up appointments I waited over 1.5 hours never saw her. No One returns phone calls no one cares.

Dr Williams is literally the best!

She seems very nice and she seemed like she did care. I think shes overbooked she needs more help. I waited eight months before I decided to see a different doctor. I kept getting put off.they did an x-ray claim they didnt see nothing and then put me in like ankle brace and then told me to come back in 6 to 7 weeks. And at last minute thay called me canceling the appointment and telling me the assistant went on maternity leave and would not give me an answer why the doctor needed same amount of time and I was in a lot of pain that I had to wait another 7 to 8 weeks it was highly suggested for me to stay with the doctor and I did give her the benefit of the doubt because of my regular doctor and they put me in the cast for . A week and a half a shoulder specialist seen me and he was kind of a joke as well cuz hes like youre limping but yeah Im here about my ankle at least he did the smart thing in order an MRI but I had to wait 7 to 8 weeks to see the regular doctors and then they put me in a cast for 2 months and then they put me in the air boots I thought I wasnt getting anywhere I was in more pain than I was when I first started the new doctors say I have Avascular necrosis (AVN) disease ankle and I need major surgeryI believe if the doctors for able to pay attention and did not have too much going on then they would also done the surgery before the new year.I dont know why the first doctor didnt see anything on the X-ray but when when I went to the new doctor he saw something on the X-ray and referred me to another specialist and both said that I need surgery
